Scrip for today:PDCP-05/31/14-Listening to The Lord
This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. (Isaiah 48:17 NIV)
Stop whatever you’re doing right now, put aside everything and everyone else, and pay close attention, listen to the message that The Lord God Almighty, who is your Redeemer, your Deliverer, the Holy One of the Chosen, who has obtained your release from captivity and removed the penalty of sin, which is eternal separation from His presence, even death, hear what He says; “I am The Lord Your God, there is no other. I am The One who imparts wisdom, knowledge and insight to instruct, teach and train you in ways that will bring the greatest benefit to you, in your life, I am The One who leads, guides, directs and watches over you, as you journey upon the path and the way I’ve chosen for you and that you should choose to travel on, while here, in this world.” (Isaiah 48:17 PDCP)
Scrip for today:PDCP-05/30/14-To be or not to be condemned
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. (John 3:18 NIV)
Whoever you are, wherever you’ve come from, anyone and everyone, from every background, race, culture or station in life, it matters not, as long as you fully believe, by placing your complete confidence, trust and faith in Jesus Christ, the One True God and Lord of all, and the one who has provided The Way to escape the adverse judgment upon our lives of being pronounced guilty, condemned to die, without hope, assigned to an eternal punishment without end, you shall avoid judgment and condemnation; but, whoever chooses not to accept God’s gracious provision of The Way to escape, by not believing, is already set and standing in the position of opposition; therefore, they have brought judgment and condemnation upon themselves, by refusing to believe and acknowledge the Name, which is above every other name, God’s One and only True Son, Jesus Christ. (John 3:18 PDCP)
Scrip for today: PDCP-05/29/14-Husbands love your wives
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, (Ephesians 5:25, 26 NIV)
Men, who’ve willingly chosen to be joined together in holy matrimony, with a woman, should profoundly love their wives, with great honor and affection, undivided attention, gracious consideration, always concerned with their welfare, while ever cherishing, treasuring and being thankful for them, in the same way that Christ displayed His benevolent affectionate love towards us, as a much desired and valued precious treasure, His very own, chosen and redeemed of God, the church, by laying His life down willingly, as a ransom for the redemption of mankind, in order to transform, change, and make us new, from a place of utter defilement to a place of holy consecration, set apart unto Himself for a sacred purpose. He has accomplished this, by washing us clean with His shed blood, removing all sin, filth and defilement, then giving us continual access to His Word, which is the fountain of life, the springs of living water, that promote and produce a healthy and thirst quenching satisfying spiritual life. (Ephesians 5:25-26 PDCP)
Scrip for today: PDCP-05/28/14-Discipline is a good thing
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. (Hebrews 12:11 NIV)
Initially, at the very moment of receiving, then experiencing a severe and strong instructive reprimand of corrective chastening, it’s not going to be enjoyable, agreeable, nor in anyway pleasant, but excruciatingly difficult, exacting, seeming unreasonable, perhaps even grossly excessive and extortionate. After awhile though, with the passing of time, it becomes quite apparent, because of what is brought into existence, as a direct result of The Lord’s chastening, that it shall yield a veritable wonderful supply of upright, morally excellent, virtuous righteous living, free from strife, anxiety and dissension, characterized by harmony and tranquillity, for all those who choose to allow the instruction of The Lord to impact them to their core, developing in them the practice of righteous behavior. (Hebrews 12:11 PDCP)
Scrip for today:PDCP-05/27/14-A good fight
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. (1 Timothy 6:12 NIV)
In the fullest and highest degree, I plainly, with the greatest of accuracy, convey to you, that no matter who or whatever person, anyone and everyone, that listens to and takes to heart, My message, as well as, chooses to place their full confidence, with complete trust in Father God, Who dispatched Me here to the earth, will continue to exist, forever and without end throughout all of eternity, and also will not be subject to the righteous requirement of God’s law, but will traverse from one place, the place of receiving our just reward for our wickedness, which is eternal death, to another place, the place of receiving His peace, joy, righteousness and an eternal life of bliss! (John 5:24 PDCP), your personal testimony of salvation! (1Timothy 6:12 PDCP)
Scrip for today: PDCP-05/26/14-Discipline is a blessing
Blessed is the one you discipline, Lord, the one you teach from your law; you grant them relief from days of trouble, till a pit is dug for the wicked. (Psalm 94:12, 13 NIV)
Blissfully happy, contented and exorbitantly fortunate are those You choose to train, equip, chastise and exercise authority over, Sovereign Lord God Almighty, those You choose to impart wonderful revelation knowledge of and instruction in Your perfect established commands; You, Oh Lord, bestow and confer upon them Your great deliverance and release, from onerous times of distressing vexing afflictions and agitating harassments, even creating a place to capture, overwhelm and then hold those who are morally reprehensible, the wickedly evil. (Psalm 94:12-13 PDCP)
Scrip for today: PDCP-05/25/14-Cross from death to life
“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. (John 5:24 NIV)
(John 5:24 PDCP)
Scrip for today:PDCP-05/24/14-Put a guard on them, avoid ruin
Those who guard their lips preserve their lives, but those who speak rashly will come to ruin. (Proverbs 13:3 NIV)
When we are able to have control over the content of what we allow to escape out of our mouths, through our lips, it will have the wonderful effect of protecting and maintaining our existence, by filling our lives with an effervescence of joy, conversely though, when there is no restraint or thoughtful consideration, but an acting with haste, with a lack of prudence, while articulating, it will result in arriving at a place of certain downfall, a life that’s ravaged, a thoroughly complete utter devastating loss, irretrievably injured, without possibility of repair! (Proverbs 13:3 PDCP)
Scrips for today: PDCP-05/23/14-True vs False
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. (Ephesians 4:25 NIV)
Therefore, as a result and consequence of you becoming a new person, each individual, that means every one of you, are imperatively obliged and bound, by a necessary requirement, to remove and cast off all lies, fabrications, making false statements, inventive stories, any canard or untruth; for you are to only utter words that will articulate the truth, communicating in a truthful manner, with your dearly loved and highly regarded close fellow family member, for we are all part of the same body, individual and unique members of the one true family of God, the redeemed of The Lord! (Ephesians 4:25 PDCP)
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23, 24 NIV)
No one can escape the demand and requirement of what is owed, as a result of man’s sin, every one is woefully inadequate to even begin to have the ability of measuring up to the excellence and pure light of the holiness and righteousness of God, yet, all of us are declared innocent, guiltless, totally absolved of all of our sin, completely justified, as if we had never entered into sin, which is given freely by His grace, although this grace was not free, in the sense that it cost nothing, for it cost God The Father and His Son everything, paying the ultimate price for our redemption, His atonement satisfied the full amount owed for our deliverance from sin and death; all of this came through Jesus Christ, The One True Almighty Lord God and Savior of mankind! (Romans 3:23-24 PDCP)
HE IS LORD OF ALL OR NOT AT ALL!
The Lord is either Lord of all, or He’s not Lord at all! It’s one or the other, not something or anything else, nor does it fall somewhere in between…It’s All or Nothing at All!
Here is an acrostic for LORD, which illustrates whether or not He is THE LORD of our lives.
LORD-LOVE, OBEY, RELEASE, DEVOTE!
LOVE The Lord and love others, as He loves you, leaving your sinful ways and evil practices behind.
Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ (Matthew 22:37, 39 NIV) Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. (1 Peter 2:1 NIV)
OBEY The Word of The Lord, obliging to live only by it and for Him.
But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: (1 John 2:5 NIV) I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. (Psalm 119:11 NIV)
RELEASE others, as you have experienced the release of The Lord, walk in release towards others.
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. (Matthew 6:12, 14, 15 NIV) The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, (Isaiah 61:1 NIV)
DEVOTE yourself fully to becoming a disciple of The Lord.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. (Acts 2:42 NIV) Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15 NIV) Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. (Romans 12:10 NIV)
Doing and being actively involved in Loving The Lord, Obeying His Word, Releasing others, as we have been released and Devoting ourselves completely, are all strong indicators that truly He is The LORD of every part of our entire lives…He is then, The Lord of All!
