SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/31/15- “Papa God’s Commands Bring Comfort And Joy!” (Psalms 119:143)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/31/15- “Papa God’s Commands Bring Comfort And Joy!” (Psalms 119:143)
Premise Question: What can one do, where does one turn, who should one call out to, when hemmed in, completely surrounded, pressed hard and buffeted on every side, without any relief or point of escape in sight?
“As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.”
(Psalms 119:143 NLT)
Even though I may become overwhelmed during difficult, discomforting, disturbing, as well as, distressful taxing times of trials, troubles, turbulent and turbid circumstances, that are filled with anxiety, I am still consumed and captured by my love for Your commands, for when I turn to them, they give me much needed comfort, real joy and pure delight. (Psalm 119:143 PDCP)
Bottom Line: What can one do, where does one turn and who should one call out to, when being overwhelmed by the events and complexities of life? One can and absolutely should seek the face of The Rock that the builders rejected and then, turn unto His commands. Jesus Christ is The Rock and Cornerstone of our redeeming salvation, for in Him and them only, does one find the very essence of real joy, sweet comfort, perfect peace and pure delight! This has always been, is now and forever will be true; regardless of the severe situations, complicated circumstances and dire consequences one may face in life. Even when one is completely surrounded and hemmed in, with no where to run, no place to turn, no way out, no point of escape in sight, and further still, even while being beaten and buffeted on every side, one can confidently, with full assurance, choose to turn and look to The LORD, The Rock of our salvation, and find His life giving and renewing commands, which brings us His sweet comfort, real joy and pure delight. I really like the way the Apostle Paul puts it in (2 Corinthians 4:8) “We are hard pressed on every side by many terrible troubles, and yet, we survive and are not decimated and entirely crushed.” He goes on to further say: “We are uncertain, being completely perplexed and troubled, but we are sustained and still remain filled with The joy of The LORD, even though, in the natural, we would typically be utterly driven into the depths of depression and despair, and yet, we rejoice and are lifted high!”
As I was meditating on (Psalms 119:143), a song began clearly and vividly playing in my head. In my mind, I heard my sister Terry singing the song, “I Go To The Rock.” I was so moved by the experience, that I was compelled to call my sister and tell her about it! As soon as I told her the reason for my call, she immediately began singing it to me over the phone! It was perfect! Thanks sis…This experience, I believe, tells us, that is exactly what each of us should immediately do, at all times, on all occasions, in any situation and in every circumstance; go to The Rock of our salvation and look unto His life giving, filled with joy, comfort and delight commands. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/30/15- “Let The LORD Have It All!” (Psalms 55:22)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/30/15- “Let The LORD Have It All!” (Psalms 55:22)
Premise Question: Why do we, The Company of The Redeemed, who are the most cherished and greatly beloved people of The Most High Sovereign LORD, choose to continue to carry and hold on to the heavy burdens in our lives, being entirely way too reticent to let go of them, when they are the very reasons we are constantly being weighted down, beaten up, torn apart, pulled down and kept down, and which, ultimately leads us to our total decimation and destruction; when we have been strongly encouraged and exhorted to give all of them to The LORD, by letting Him have and deal with it all for us?
“Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.” (Psalms 55:22 NLT)
Hurl and release all of your painful suffering, grief, wounds, afflictions, apprehensions, self-doubt, anguish, uncertainties, misfortune, mistakes, mishaps and fretting over disappointing failures, upon The LORD God Almighty, who is loving, merciful, full of great grace and consolatory comfort. For He has shown a tremendous propensity for you and will provide an abundance of whatever is needed; in order to supply the appropriate nourishing for your flourishing. He, The LORD God Almighty, will not ever, not under any circumstance or condition, nor at any given time, let those who are virtuous and upright, the righteous, be overtaken, overwhelmed, nor will He allow them to be defeated or destroyed, by the evil one. (Psalm 55:22 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Why would one choose to hold on to their heavy burdens and cares, when they could unburden themselves, by simply releasing them to The LORD and then, allowing Him to carry and deal with them on their behalf?
A myriad of reasons and explanations can be sighted, but here are just a few: Pride—”I don’t need anyone to help me, I can carry and manage them on my own, I got this!” Lack of trust—”The last time I trusted someone, by becoming vulnerable and telling them what was going on in my life, next thing I know, everybody knew what was going on in my life and it was too much to bear!” Bitterness—”I’ve been hurt so deeply, that every time I think about it, I get overwhelmed and the bitterness in me just grows exponentially!”
Unforgiving—”Don’t you realize the extent of what they did to me, I’m never going to forgive them for what they did to me!” Resentfulness—”I’m completely displeased, flabbergasted and indignant, that you, of all people, do not understand why I am so justified in my resentment!” Malice—”My evil, but entirely justifiable intent, is to reciprocate, by hurting them like they hurt me!” Vengefulness—”I can’t wait until I can pay them back and get my sweet revenge upon them, by inflicting great harm and injury upon them!”
Pride will always not end well for anyone! Not being able to trust leads one down a path of hopelessness and loneliness! Bitterness not only defiles and has an affect on the individual person, but will also defile and have a dramatic effect on those around them! Unforgiving holds one captive and in bondage to others! Resentfulness will never bring anyone real joy and pleasure, but will produce frustration and indignation! Malice is a cancer that brings annihilation and destruction upon oneself, as well as, others! And finally, Vengefulness will not ever truly be satisfying nor fulfilling to anyone! So, what must one do? Get rid of it all! Release it all! Give it all to The LORD! Let Him deal with it in His own way and on your behalf! Take The LORD at His Word! Come unto Him, cast all of your burdens and cares upon Him, because He really does care for you, and His yoke is easy and His burden is light! (Matthew 11:28-30, 1 Peter 5:7) Once more—”Let The LORD Have It All!” Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/29/15- “Don’t You Know? If You Don’t —You Should!” (1 Corinthians 3:16)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/29/15- “Don’t You Know? If You Don’t—You Should!” (1 Corinthians 3:16)
Premise Question: When will we, the church, the body of Christ, which is The whole Company of The Redeemed, finally accept and come into the full understanding and realization, that we are all part of one in the same body, one in the same faith, one in the Spirit, and one in the same LORD, who is LORD of all and over all, and which now lives and dwells, personally, within the within, of each of us, in the innermost part of our being?
“Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16 NLT)
Are you still yet unaware, of the magnificently marvelous, most wonderful and miraculous truth, that each member of The Company of The Redeemed, all coming together, as one, actually make up, and are presently, right now, the very temple (the dwelling place) of the presence and person of The LORD Jesus Christ, Papa God Almighty’s Only Begotten Son’s Spirit, The Holy Spirit, which now lives and personally resides, within the within of each one of you, in the innermost part of your being? Surely, you must know this by now, for if you don’t, you very well should know it, as it’s absolutely imperative that you fully accept this reality, and then, begin living your life accordingly, with this truth in view and at the forefront of your understanding, as well as, being put on display, so that, everyone can readily see, your daily righteous behavior and good deeds. (1 Corinthians 3:16 PDCP)
Bottom Line: We, The Company of The Redeemed, can not, should not and shall not stay or continue to be unaware, ignorant or in the dark, concerning the vital and greatly significant, being entirely glorious truth, that we are the temple and dwelling place, where The Most High God chooses to live and personally reside. We must all come into the full realization and acceptance of this marvelous truth, that all of us coming together as one, literally make up the very place where The Spirit of The Most High will work and operate out of, to do His bidding, and His good pleasure, in order to fulfill His great commission, which shall accomplish His perfect will and purpose for all of humankind; He does this through His Church, The Body of Christ, The Company of The Redeemed, which is enlivened by His Spirit, motivated by His Love, empowered through prayer, with a laser focus, that’s always reaching out to those who are lost, hurting, who are sick, afflicted, the invalid and infirm, and all those who’ve lost their way and are without any hope or real peace. The LORD does not want us to be unaware, ignorant or in the dark any longer! Don’t you know? If you don’t — you certainly should! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/28/15- “O LORD! Please! Help Me!” (Psalms 27:7)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/28/15- “O LORD! Please! Help Me!” (Psalms 27:7)
Premise Question: Where can I go to get the absolutely perfect soothing answer, that fulfills my desperate cry for help and then, truly refreshes and satisfies my soul?
“Hear me as I pray, O LORD. Be merciful and answer me!” (Psalms 27:7 NLT)
Most Holy and Sovereign LORD God Almighty, full of compassion and grace, incline Your omnipresent ear, with Your long suffering and gentle disposition, towards the direction and sound of my desperate call; at the very moment You hear Your most humble and full of gratitude, servant’s plea. Show me Your loving kindness, and Your beneficent gracious divine favor, by acting on my behalf and responding to me, with the perfect solution that will meet and solve the present situation and circumstance of my urgent and pressing call. Please, O LORD, answer me according to Your mercy and Your perfect purpose and will for my life. (Psalm 27:7 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There is an old song I remember singing quite a lot, while growing up in church many years ago; “Where Could I Go But To The LORD!” When, on occasion, I sang it as a child, it didn’t have much impact or meaning for me, as the lyrics didn’t necessarily pertain to me, in any great sense or degree; but as I grew older and subsequently experienced life on many different levels, it became extremely pertinent to me on a number of different levels, as well as, even greater, on a very personal basis. The lyrics to the chorus of, “Where Could I Go But To The LORD,” which was written by the great songwriter (J B) Coats in 1940, go as follows:
Where could I go, where could I go
Seeking a refuge for my soul
Needing a friend, to help me in the end
Where could I go, but to The LORD
The lyrics in the three verses to this song are also quite powerful! So, as it pertains to the scripture verse found in (Psalms 27:7), we recognize that the only place that we can truly go, in order to have our desperate cry for help heard, and then, necessarily, as well as, satisfactorily answered, is to The LORD! There will be times and occasions in our life, though, that a friend, a family member, the church, the government or some other agency, will not have the capacity nor the capability to really hear, respond or understand our desperate cry for help, and thereby, satisfy and fulfill our deep need. But, we do have an advocate, who is willing, waiting and wanting to hear our voice cry out to Him for mercy, from the depths of a humble and contrite heart. We ought to humbly plead, pray and cry out to Him, asking Him to hear our cry for help, with the full understanding that it is only He, that can truly give us the help that we need. For He, The LORD, is our only hope! We serve a good, gracious and full of mercy Papa God! Therefore, we can humbly appeal to His beneficent mercy, great compassion and gracious favor, and with full assurance and confidence, know that He not only hears us, but will also acknowledge us, by getting back to us, with the perfect answer for us, in complete accordance with His divine purpose and will for our life. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/27/15- “Mind On Him — Mind At Peace!” (Isaiah 26:3)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/27/15- “Mind On Him — Mind At Peace!” (Isaiah 26:3)
Premise Question: Is our hopeful expectation from The LORD for perfect peace, for sure and real, and what must we do to get and experience it fully?
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!” (Isaiah 26:3 NLT)
You, Most Holy and Sovereign LORD God Almighty, will personally make sure to faithfully maintain a right relationship; one that is flawless, without fault or defect. And, in spite of any upheaval, turmoil, trouble or disturbance, You will keep them, those whose faith and confidence is placed solidly in You, O LORD, in a harmonious state of peaceful tranquility. You will do this for all those whose intentions and attention, desires and dispositions, are fully and firmly fixed, being entrenched and entirely immovable, never deterred, always adhered, steady and true, ever mindful upon You. This, You do for them, because of their total credible belief in and their absolute assured reliance upon You, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty. (Isaiah 26:3 PDCP)
Bottom Line: So, be entirely encouraged in your heart, mind and spirit, being fully assured, with absolute certitude, concerning The LORD’S faithfulness and integrity to produce and preserve in you a peace that surpasses all understanding and comprehension; protecting and maintaining in you, at all times, on all occasions and in any situation or circumstance, the sublime calm of His serene tranquility, His harmonious agreement and perfect accord.
Completely accept and understand that when you place your full confidence, faith, hope, trust and reliance upon The LORD, He will not ever disappoint you; for His integrity, strength, surety and certitude can be absolutely depended upon, every time, all the time, without ever failing or faltering. Your hopeful expectation and convictions are real and shall be rewarded, by Him.
Finally, we ought to come to grips with the reality that our peace in life is truly dependent upon our intentional faith, hope and trust being entirely placed in The LORD; by fixing our daily focus in life, through meditating on His Word, giving careful consideration to what we think about, reflect and contemplate upon, and by making sure that we always rehearse and recollect upon the goodness of The LORD, remembering that it’s all about Him and what He can and wants to do for us, through our becoming fixated, having a tenacious and steadfast focus, with a rapt and resolute resolve to pay close attention to our thoughts and being immovable and undeterred in our trust and faith in Him.
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/26/15- “Our Strength And Protection Comes From Papa God!” (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/26/15- “Our Strength And Protection Comes From Papa God!” (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
Premise Question: Who is the only One, known to humankind, that is ever faithful and true, and can absolutely ensure the protection of the very souls of humankind, keeping them strong, safe and eternally secure?
“But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.” (2 Thessalonians 3:3 NLT)
But The Magnificent LORD God Almighty, who is always reliable, ever faithful and true, being omnipotent (all powerful); will Himself show up on your behalf, surrounding you with His Angelic Armies of Heaven, with sure and certain protection, as well as, make you strong and courageous, with His effectual spiritual force of might and power, The Holy Spirit, which is even now working and living inside of you, so that, you will be triumphantly victorious over the enemy of your soul, the Evil One. (2 Thessalonians 3:3 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, our Redeemer and loving Papa God, is one of a kind, The One and Only One who is Faithful and True, being absolutely trustworthy and completely reliable. And it is His Everlasting Word that is His eternal bond, which binds, fastens and holds us, The Company of The Redeemed and everything else together. He infuses us continually with His strength, might and power; undergirding, reinforcing, renewing, refreshing, sustaining and supporting us daily, moment by moment, with the comfort, guidance and leading of The Holy Spirit, working and living inside of us, within the within, of the innermost part of our being. Finally, He is constantly guarding and protecting us from the devices, attacks and evil schemes of the enemy of our very soul and our eternal existence; keeping us eternally safe and secure, from the harm of eternal death and destruction. Thank You Papa God for the strength and protection You provide! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/25/15- “Seeking The LORD Yields Great Benefits!” (Psalms 34:10)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/25/15- “Seeking The LORD Yields Great Benefits!” (Psalms 34:10)
Premise Question: When has the combination of youth, perfect health, great wealth, competent expertise, lots of experience, personal associations and prestigious influence, ever assured or guaranteed someone’s success in completely overcoming or avoiding entirely, the myriad of difficult situations, circumstances and challenges that life can and does present to everyone?
“Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the LORD will lack no good thing.” (Psalms 34:10 NLT)
It matters not how young and virile you are, nor the level of vim, vigor and vitality you exhibit and may well be at in your life, or even the amount of talent, treasure and temerity you have amassed and possess, because you are still going to eventually be subject to the vagaries and vicissitudes of life, grow weak and have a hunger and thirst, that nothing in this world has the ability to satisfy nor quench. But, those who ardently seek The LORD God Almighty, with a fierce fervency, will never be deficient or have a lack of provision of anything that is good, necessary or needed to survive and thrive, not only in this life, but in the life to come, as well. (Psalm 34:10 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Not having any combination of, nor even if someone was fortuitous enough to have a combination of all the advantages of youth, health, wealth, expertise, experience, associations and influences, does it ever guarantee that they’ll be successful in being fully insulated against, or be able to avoid entirely the things that can and do happen to everyone in this life. Having perfect health doesn’t guarantee great wealth, nor does having great wealth assure good health. For even expert doctors, with lots of expertise and experience in their field, still get sick, suffer and die. The rich are still subject and vulnerable to losing their wealth and going broke. The highly educated, trained and connected have been and can still be seen at the unemployment office. And, even if someone who is related to, or has an association with, the most influential and powerful in the world, they can still be found to be lacking and living an impoverished life. Any or all of these things can happen to anyone at anytime. It’s called life! But, whoever recognizes that it is only when one places their full trust and faith in The LORD Jesus Christ, that it completely guarantees and entirely assures that they will not ever lack any good thing in this life, or in the life to come! Seeking and trusting The LORD does yield great benefits! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/24/15- “Anger Is For Fools!” (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/24/15- “Anger Is For Fools!” (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
Premise Question: How does one control and moderate their temperament, so as to, mollify and modify their angry outbursts, and keep their composure?
“Control your temper, for anger labels you a fool.” (Ecclesiastes 7:9 NLT)
It’s an absolute imperative that you not be a reactionary person, one who is easily incited in your emotions to “flying off the handle” with a desire to immediately strike back in anger at someone or something, at every turn in life. Refuse to waste your time, energy, resources and talents on being an angry person, for anger will completely destroy all the promise and potential of everything that is good, with the ending result of you being known as someone who resides in the company of fools. (Ecclesiastes 7:9 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Learn to deliberately exercise restraint, holding in check your tongue, emotions and reactionary angry outbursts, by having trained yourself, with the efficacious help of The LORD, to always be measured and balanced in your response to things that happen and also in your response to others. Always stay composed, with the self being controlled by The Spirit of Christ living inside you, so when you respond to things and others, you’re doing it in an appropriate fashion and manner, within the proper limits and accepted spiritual boundaries, rather than being controlled by your present situation or circumstances, or your mental, physical, emotional state of mind or even your attitudinal disposition, by having an extreme and intense reaction, with the resulting consequences of losing all sense of propriety and composure!
Humility is always going to be the most prudent and wise way to comport ourselves, for it will greatly enhance our ability to respond appropriately, rather than becoming angry and reactionary. Choosing to be humble also enables us to mollify (soften and reduce), as well as, modify (alter and lessen), having the capability to make the adjustments necessary, in order to stay composed and under control, without becoming angry and ill tempered, which causes us to have and exhibit an angry reaction, which then leads to others looking at and perceiving us as foolish, imbalanced, and perhaps, somewhat crazy. Finally, humility will not only help us keep our composure, but will keep us in the serene presence of The LORD’S perfect peace and harmonious tranquility. Remember, anger is for fools, not the people of Papa God! Therefore, refuse to be identified as a member of the company of the fools, by controlling your temper, with The LORD’S help, at all times! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/23/15- “A Delightful Crown Of Victory!” (Psalms 149:4)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/23/15- “A Delightful Crown Of Victory!” (Psalms 149:4)
Premise Question: How can it be that our total surrender is what guarantees our ultimate and complete victory in life?
“For the LORD delights in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.”
(Psalms 149:4 NLT)
For The One True Sovereign LORD God Almighty Himself takes great pleasure in filling His own precious and most cherished people, The Company of The Redeemed, with exuberant joy, satisfaction and fulfillment; for He places upon their heads, all those who walk in humility before Him, a guaranteed triumphant glorious crown, that will never fade, nor can it ever be taken away in defeat, as they, His people, have delightfully pleased The LORD in their humble surrender to Him, and have therefore, been rewarded the everlasting crown of victory! (Psalms 149:4 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Our ultimate triumph and crown of victory is inextricably tied to our humility and total surrender to The LORD God Almighty; for when we please and truly delight The LORD, by totally and completely surrendering everything to Him, it causes Him to honor and reward us, by conferring upon us a glorious victors crown of everlasting joy, peace, righteousness, and eternal life. Our ultimate victory, is therefore, absolutely assured and guaranteed, when, and only when, we humbly surrender to Him every area and part of our lives; our wills, our relationships, our ways, our work, our behaviors our goals, dreams and aspirations, all of it to His way, His will, divine purposes and desires for our lives. The only way to win then, and receive the delightful, satisfying and fulfilling, everlasting crown of victory, is total and complete surrender! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/22/15- “Shipwrecked Friendship!” (Proverbs 16:28)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/22/15- “Shipwrecked Friendship!”
(Proverbs 16:28)
Premise Question: What are some of the telltale signs that show up when one is being influenced and affected by the villainous activities and ruinous behavior of a troublemaker; versus, what are some of the indicators that one is experiencing the wonderfully beneficial results, as a direct result, of the righteous handiwork of a peacemaker?
“A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.”
(Proverbs 16:28 NLT)
An obstinate, cantankerous troublemaker, is a vile person who is always looking for opportunities to sow gossip seeds of discontent and evil lies about others, with the intent of causing a great conflagration of irrationality that will enrage emotions to the point of being out of control and wreaking havoc even amongst the dearest and closest of life long friends, ultimately causing such a rift that it is beyond repairing the shipwrecked friendship. (Proverbs 16:28 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The telltale signs that one is dealing with a troublemaker are: They stir up dissension, contention, discord and descent among friends, family, spouses, associates and neighbors, through the use of divisive and hurtful words, pointing out discontentment and exacerbating situations and circumstances, through the twisting, turning and manipulation of emotions, events, struggles, weaknesses, personal mistakes and failings, proclivities, perceptions, opinions and personality traits of those we know into a veritable perfect storm, which heretofore, had been calm seas and smooth sailing. Troublemakers are agitators, inciters and expert provocateurs, who are proficient at making incendiary remarks that stoke fires that need to be extinguished and put out, causing tumult and strife to flourish, a fire that rages on and on, turning into a conflagration, a fire that is out of control and eventually burns down, tears apart and utterly destroys everything and everyone it touches or comes close to; even to the separating of the closest of friends and families and neighbors, through the nefarious planting of insidious seeds of evil speak, gossip. We should never allow a troublemaker to have influence in or access to our lives or the lives of others.
On the other hand, though. Peacemakers are quickly identified by the wonderful and blessed direct results of their righteous handiwork that’s being experienced in our lives. They will have a calming effect and bring comfort, joy, peace, assurance, hope and strength to difficult and stormy situations or circumstances. Some of their blessed results will be healing, reconciliation, restoration, resolve and peaceful resolutions and solutions. They will not tear down, or tear apart, but will build up and renew, as they will stir up others in love and unto good works. Let’s all choose to be peacemakers and refuse to be or participate in the actions and behaviors of troublemakers, who have as their ultimate goal and ambition in life, to Shipwreck Friendships! Blessings…
