SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/21/15- “The Way Of Humility Is Best Chosen!” (Proverbs 18:12)
Premise Question: Just what is the marked differences between haughtiness and humility and where does each of them end up?
“Haughtiness goes before destruction; humility precedes honor.”
(Proverbs 18:12 NLT)
In advance of a disastrous failure overtaking a person’s life and causing their complete undoing, resulting in ruination of a respectable reputation, and also accompanied by great loss; the issue begins in the innermost part of the person’s being, which is, the seat of their emotions, ethics, desires and attitudes, their heart. Now, unfortunately for them, when a person gives the self over to being highfalutin, pretentious, arrogantly supercilious and disdainfully contemptuous, disaster always follows. But, when an individual approaches life with a “down to earth,” genuinely meek, as well as, modest and humble heart, by not ever exhibiting an air of superiority, thinking they are better than someone else; then, that is the precursor that shows up, by making an appearance ahead of the huge blessings and benefits, along with the great honor, respect and high esteem, that will be conferred upon each individual’s life, who displays such humility. (Proverbs 18:12 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Haughtiness, which creates a debilitating blind spot in a person’s life, is accompanied by its self-centered, cantankerous, being recalcitrant and stubborn attitudes, as well as, being entirely incorrigible, intractable and snobbish, while displaying, disdainfully proud and obstinate behaviors, which are full of scorn and arrogant pomposity, will always pave the way for a person’s life to be ushered onto the path that will ultimately lead to utter devastation, complete ruination, ending in total destruction of one’s life and reputation!
Humility, conversely though, with its attitudes and behaviors of lowliness, meekness, gentleness, deference, reverence, respect and regard for Papa God and others, creates perfect vision and discernment in a person’s life, as it opens up the lines of communication with Papa God’s Spirit, in order to develop a personal relationship with His Son Jesus Christ, who then becomes our spiritual guide, by the Spirit, directing and leading us to the way and upon the path of eternal life, divine wisdom, perfect peace and the fullness of everlasting joy! Therefore, always remember: The way of humility is always best chosen! Haughtiness is the quickest way to wreck yourself! Humility is the only way to great honor! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/20/15- “Don’t Allow Pride To Ride And Rule!”
Premise Question: Why do some people choose the way of pride, which leads to devastating disgrace and destructive demise, when everyone is given the wonderfully blest opportunity to choose the way of humility, which leads to wisdom, peace and joy?
“Pride leads to disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.”
(Proverbs 11:2 NLT)
When adulation, adoration and applause,
is heaped upon people’s lives,
then arrogance, hubris, insolence,
a full blown pride may arise,
swelled up in all of its pretense,
devastating disgrace and destructive demise,
but a meek, lowly and contrite heart of civility,
filled with modesty, courtesy and polite respect,
overcomes all arrogant insolent hubris, with humility,
which then brings wisdom from above,
in all of its truth, honor, good judgement and insight,
teaching and nurturing us with His unfailing love. (Proverbs 11:2 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Don’t allow pride, along for the ride, in your life! For its resulting consequences, when allowed to ride and rule in your life, are a loss of respect, honor and esteem, accompanied by, devastating disgrace, abject humiliation, total annihilation and utter destruction! So, why anyone would ever choose to allow pride to ride along, to be the ruling influence in their life, lacks good sense, understanding or the ability to accept and comprehend the eventuality of the guaranteed outcome! There is, though, an actual cause and reason we can point to, that has a huge bearing on why one may succumb to being strongly influenced, carried away and overwhelmed in choosing to be led and directed by pride over humility. Pride can be extremely intoxicating, as one can become completely inebriated and drunk on the praise, recognition and accolades being heaped upon them by others. It can cause a person to become confused, befuddled, delirious, vision impaired, unable to see themselves and things in their life for what they really are. We are all subject to becoming captivated by our pride and the praise of others. It can have the debilitating affect on us of becoming imbalanced, beside ourselves, resulting in emotional and mental stupidity. When this occurs, we lose our ability to appropriately discern or make good judgements, and as a direct result, wise decisions are rarely, if ever, made! So, don’t allow pride to ride and rule and reign in your life, where ignominy and shame prevails, but choose the way of humility and meekness, which leads to wisdom, peace and joy. Remember, when we lose our balance, we are subject to falling! “Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall.” (Proverbs 16:18 NLT) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/19/15- “Don’t Be A Mocker!” (Proverbs 3:34)
Premise Question: Given the resulting absolutely abject, being completely abhorrent and utterly repugnant response, that is engendered, from The LORD, when one chooses to practice the behavior of a mocker; just why would anyone ever fain to practice such disdainfully deplorable behavior?
“The LORD mocks the mockers but is gracious to the humble.”
(Proverbs 3:34 NLT)
He, The LORD God Almighty, is indignantly displeased, having contemptible ridicule, being utterly dismissive and derisively scornful towards those who are full of conceit, and who proudly display a high opinion of themselves, exhibiting an air of superiority, while showing disdain towards others, by disrespecting them in their speech, attitudes and behavior; but He, The LORD God Almighty, openly demonstrates and proves His love, by preferring and showing His undeserved goodwill and pleasure to those who are not arrogant, but are modest, respectful, meek and lowly in their approach, attitude, and behavior, and He is also inclined, because of His great compassion, towards those who are weighted down with onerous burdens, distressing grief, mental anguish, pernicious pain and unrelenting persecution. (Proverbs 3:34 PDCP)
Bottom Line: I truly believe that one of our greatest enemies to seeing and coming to grips with the actual truth about ourselves, lies deep within us, and perhaps it is so well hidden that it’s come to the point of us being unaware that we are even unaware of it. Oh what blindness occurs in us when our vision becomes completely impaired by our own pride, self-deception, delusions of grandeur, our own sense of self-importance, the celebration of our own accomplishments, achievements and accolades. Our hubris, insolence, conceit and arrogance, as well as, our feelings of insecurity and being unsure of ourselves, will cause us to become a person who mocks, ridicules, insults and derides others, and therefore, will continue to keep us in the dark, with our eyes closed, entirely resistant to any reasonable confrontation with actual facts. Our only way out of this pride maelstrom of insanity and our ultimate total destruction; is through the humility and contriteness of our heart and soul! Humbling ourselves under Papa God’s mighty hand, as He will always resist and reject the proud, but will always give gracious favor to the humble, those who are poor in spirit, as He is ever continually drawn to them. For it is only with true humility and contriteness, that we will regain our sight and sanity in every part of our lives; spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically, and then, we will fully experience the joys, benefits and blessings of The LORD’S gracious favor in our lives! Otherwise, we experience the abject and utter mocking of The LORD in our daily lives. Humility or Humiliation, we make the choice! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/18/15- “Papa God Himself Gave A Sign!” (Isaiah 7:14)
Premise Question: What miraculous implication and great significance does the name Immanuel have attached to it, why is it so significant, and for what relevant reason and specific purpose was it given?
“All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’).” (Isaiah 7:14 NLT)
As a direct consequence of you, oh king Ahaz, trying the patience of Almighty God, yet being afraid to trust and test The LORD, and that you are also full of false humility, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty Himself will affix His personal signature to a sign, with the Good News message of redemptive salvation for all people everywhere, thus, obligating Himself to fulfill it in this most spectacular and miraculous way: A young, undefiled, pure woman, having not yet been with any man, will become pregnant, without ever having known a man, and she shall bring forth, by giving birth to, The Divine Immaculate Son of The Almighty God, and she will call Him by this Name, Immanuel, which means, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty is living and dwelling among us, as one of us. (Isaiah 7:14 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The miraculous implication and great significance that the name Immanuel carries with it is, that truly, the veritable expressions of both Papa God and His unique and beloved creation, humankind, have come together in the quintessential, being a completely harmonious and perfect union, for all to see, in every way. This is extremely significant because of the two different natures coming together as one; The LORD’S divine nature being enjoined with the human nature, coming to live and dwell together in one human form, in the very midst of all of humankind, to act as the mediator between Papa God, His Father, and humankind, becoming the Atonement and taking our place in death, so that we could experience new life. Look! Here it is! Check it out and verify it for yourself! The relevant reason and specific purpose this had to happen in this way, was because of Papa God’s great love for His beloved creation, in order that the breach that had been created, as a result of humankind’s sin, could be repaired and the relationship and right standing with a Holy Papa God could be returned to its former and original condition and state. Papa God Himself gave a sign, a virgin conceived without ever having been with a man, from that, came Immanuel, The LORD our God is living and dwelling among us, as one of us! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/17/15- “In Papa God’s Time, Not Our Time!” (1 Peter 5:6)
Premise Question: What does authentic humility look like, involve and entail?
“So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor.” (1 Peter 5:6 NLT)
Do yourself a huge favor, by coming before Papa God with a humble and contrite attitude and approach, without pride or arrogance, but with gentleness, meekness and a respectful submissive attitude. So in consequence of you submitting yourself underneath Papa God’s superior ability, skill, power, strength, authority, unique purpose and specific divine will for your life, in this manner, He will support and undergird you, by lifting you up and placing you in the perfect position, in order to accomplish His unique purpose and divine will for your life; of course though, you must be willing to accept and understand, that He will not do this in your own time frame, but in accordance to His perfect timing, when it is due, on time, and not a moment before or after His divinely appointed time. (1 Peter 5:6 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Here is what I believe authentic humility looks like: Leading by example, for our actions and behavior must align with our words. We must be modest, clothed in humility, meekness, gentleness, kindness, with the obvious absence of any self-promotion, arrogance, pride, or egotism; not given to being vengeful, spiteful or full of guile, nor insolent, indolent or impetuous, but courteous, kind, polite, obliging, showing respect and honor towards others and with a complete reverential awe towards Papa God.
This is what I believe authentic humility involves: Waiting obediently, relying, yielding, trusting fully in Papa God. Sacrificing our own wants and desires for His, with a joyful, expectant, confident and patient, hope filled faith; having an attitude and approach of servitude and submission to Papa God, our elders and to others; putting others needs before our own, by engaging in the interests, emotions, and challenges of others, being touched and moved with compassion and genuine concern, to identify with them and then, embrace them in their plight, with the love of Papa God.
Finally, I believe authentic humility entails: Our faith in and love for Papa God and His Son Jesus Christ, our redeeming LORD and Savior, which compels us to, with thanksgiving and gratitude, eagerly serve Papa God and others, as it is a necessary consequence and outgrowth of our faith and devotion to Papa God, as The Spirit of Christ now living in us propels us into action and puts a demand and requirement upon our lives that encompasses our time, talent and treasure. Our motivation though, for becoming humble, must never be to do it because of what we may derive, or are going to get out of it, but simply, that we humble ourselves before Papa God because we are eager to serve Him and desire to please Him. And we must always remember, it’s not about our perception of time, but it’s all about His perfect timing, for He does all things well, in His time. So we wait patiently, full of joy and an expectant hope, upon His never early or late, but always on time, divinely appointed and established time. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/16/15- “Most Highly Favored Are You!” (Psalms 1:1-2)
Premise Question: How many people truly follow the divine wisdom, great advice and Godly counsel of this wonderful psalm, with a delightful promise?
“Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the LORD, meditating on it day and night.” (Psalms 1:1-2 NLT)
Most highly favored, by The LORD God Almighty, are those who deliberately, with diligence, choose to not follow the ways, example and counsel of the rebelliously wicked, by walking and following after them in lock step, or being found to be standing with those who stand for nothing but lawlessness and unrighteousness; nor do they sit down to share a fellowship meal with those who have nothing good to say about anyone else, always being critical, ridiculing, divisive, judgmental and mocking of everyone, in a derisive way. But when they take great pleasure in looking into, being fully engaged and enjoying the commandments and revelations of The LORD, as they continually spend time reflecting, in deep thoughtful contemplation, throughout each and every moment of all the days of their life, they are blest and filled beyond measure, with The joy of The LORD. (Psalms 1:1-2 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Only The LORD Himself is truly aware of how many of His children have followed this life giving, wonderful advice and wise spiritual counsel contained in this psalm; but from what I have observed and experienced from afar, as well as, up close and personal, over the course of my own life, I’ve seen two very different outcomes, depending entirely upon the choice of company one chooses to habitually and continually keep and hang with in their lives. The decision to follow or not follow The LORD’S advice and counsel in this psalm, will be the determining factor in either experiencing horrible resulting repercussions, or the incredibly joy filled benefits of The LORD. For it is entirely up to us, as individuals, to not listen to or participate in, vile, disgusting talk, that all to often takes a wrong turn and becomes a charged atmosphere of thunderous ridicule and divisiveness, along with lightning bolts of criticism, judgment and rude mocking about others. Each one of us must make the prudent decision and choice of deliberately following, with great diligence, the wise counsel and advice given to us in this psalm! Let us choose to not ever enter into conversations that belittle, tear down, decimate and destroy others; rather, let us choose to enter into and be a part of conversations that build others up, protect, encourage, renew and refresh them, before others. We will only be able to accomplish this if we will continually spend time reflecting, meditating, considering and contemplating upon the life giving Word of The LORD! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/14/15- “Serving The LORD Comes With Great Benefits!” (Colossians 3:23-24)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/14/15- “Serving The LORD Comes With Great Benefits!” (Colossians 3:23-24)
Premise Questions: Is it possible, as well as, it being the honorable and right thing to do, for a person to do work they don’t enjoy, and or, work for someone that they neither like or respect?
“Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.”
(Colossians 3:23-24 NLT)
So, in anything and everything you do, no matter who it involves or what it may entail, as to what may be required, requested or expected of you; always extend yourself, by exerting maximum effort, holding nothing back in reserve, doing it with your whole heart, mind and body, with a flourishing enthusiasm, while at the same time, exhibiting great courage, as if your very life depended upon your work effort and ethic, and do it as if, you are actually laboring diligently for The LORD God Almighty Himself; not merely working for a human boss, overseer, supervisor, or foreman, since you are already aware of the true fact that you shall have conferred and bestowed upon you an incorruptible, being absolutely invaluable and incalculable, a magnificently huge inheritance, from The LORD God Almighty, which is an eternally glorious, without end, unmerited reward, as a result of you serving, in the wonderful service of The King Eternal, Jesus Christ, The LORD and Savior of all humankind. (Colossians 3:23-24 PDCP)
Bottom Line: According to this passage of Scripture, it is not only possible to do work you don’t enjoy, as well as, work for someone you don’t necessarily like or respect, for whatever reason; but it is the only attitude and approach we should have, as believers, as it is the only right and honorable thing to do, as long as, we are doing the work that we’re presently doing and working for those we are working for at that moment; no matter what we are doing, when we are doing it, where we are doing it or who we are doing it with and for! In regards to our work and who we work for, we ought to always be exhibiting the appropriate attitude, having a great work ethic, being full of integrity and giving due honor, respect, with an earnest effort. This is much easier to accomplish and do, when no matter what work we do or who we are working for, we do our work joyfully, willingly, not under compulsion and we do it without resentment or bitterness; but we have and exhibit the joyful attitude, that in everything we do and everyone we work for, literally, we are doing it as unto The LORD, for we are actually working and serving Him and it is Him who will ultimately treat us right, like royalty, by giving us our glorious inheritance and incredible rewards. Not to mention, that it should really be our desire and greatest ambition to always be pleasing to Him, in all that we do or say! So, we should not be looking or striving, in this world, for the recognition, accolades, attention, affections or approval of humankind, but, with regards to our work, we certainly ought to be gleefully anticipating, waiting in hopeful expectation, that no matter what is happening now or in the future, for a certitude, our sure and certain reward, of our glorious, never ending nor fading, eternal inheritance, we will personally receive, from The One we humbly and enthusiastically serve, Jesus Christ The LORD! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/13/15- “Mandates That Are Central And Vital To Our Lives!” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/13/15- “Mandates That Are Central And Vital To Our Lives!” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
Premise Question: What are we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, internalizing and personalizing and what are we teaching the generations that follow and succeed us to internalize and personalize?
“And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up.” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7 NLT)
These righteous directives that I’m giving to you today, are for your benefit, as they are imperative mandates for living your lives, each and everyday, in a righteous way. Therefore, you must make them a vital and essential focus, becoming the central part of your lives, by deeply embedding them into yours and your children’s hearts. These mandates should also become the strongest teaching influence and inspirational guide in your children’s lives, reproducing, by internalizing and personalizing, committing to their memory, in them, Papa God’s righteousness. Speak, discuss and teach them while you’re in your home, whether it’s mealtime, family time, or even downtime, make these mandates the topic of conversation, no matter when or what particular course of life you are pursuing along the path, during your sojourn; whether you are reclining or recumbent, retiring at the end of your day for rest or sleep, or awakening and arising to begin your day, keep them before you and your children, at all times, on all occasions, no matter the situation or circumstance. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The premise question could have been, since we are now deeply embedded in the age of computers and use of personal devices; do you have an IP address, what is your IP address, what and who is your IP address connected to and are you following its protocol? As each computer and personal device has an IP address of its own, so too, has each individual in humankind been assigned their own spiritual “IP” address, by Papa God, which is both personal and unique, as it’s a one of a kind, for there’s not another one exactly like it that has been or ever will be issued. We are referred to as, being fearfully and wonderfully made, Papa God’s own unique and beloved, made with His own hands and then given His own breath, creation. We are called a peculiar people, a royal priesthood, the very offspring of The Most High! It is The Most High that has called and required us to follow His specific righteous directives and imperative mandates, His procedures and protocols, and that for our own benefit, in order to promote a flourishing, fulfilling, satisfying and successful life, during our sojourn here on earth; but to also have an impact on our eternal existence and future as well. When we internalize something, it becomes a central part of influencing who we are and in determining our values, mores, our motives, attitudes, ethics, our outlook on life and our belief system. When we personalize something, it marks us, very much like a tattoo marks the outer layer of skin of an individual and then becomes something that the individual identifies with, as well as, others identifying the individual with the mark, so too, our heart and very soul becomes marked with whatever we’ve allowed ourselves to internalize and personalize, for it becomes incorporated as an integral part of our identity, within the within, of who we are, and clearly shows and demonstrates what we’ve come into agreement with in our lives. We all need to come into agreement with Papa God’s command to internalize and personalize His life giving Word, His righteous directives and imperative mandates, into the innermost part of our beings and into every part of our daily existence, as well as, being devoted, deliberant and with great diligence, to train up, teach, mentor and guide the generations that follow, to also internalize and personalize Papa God’s Word into each and every moment of every day of their own sojourn here upon this earth, no matter what! For it truly is our prime directive! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/12/15- “Papa God’s Love Is Lavished Upon Generation After Generation!” (Psalms 103:17-18)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/12/15- “Papa God’s Love Is Lavished Upon Generation After Generation!” (Psalms 103:17-18)
Premise Question: Just what kind of love is a love that continues on down throughout the ages, generation after generation, never ending, always extending, ever mending, not ever pretending, but certainly contending, tending and bending towards, as well as, lending a reliable, huge and helping hand to all those who are faithful and will fear and revere, honor and obey His covenant and commands?
“But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!” (Psalms 103:17-18 NLT)
From eternity past through eternity future,
the all consuming, never failing, unconditional, reliable love of The LORD,
is always going to be lavished upon those who are His beloved children;
all those who will faithfully worship and honor Him, in holy reverential awe. Generation after generation, without end, will know of His love and salvation,
by keeping, obeying and following His righteous commands and directives. This will have a glorious and wonderfully beneficial effect in each of their lives,
as The LORD’S righteousness and love, which will be clearly seen by all,
will be extended and poured out upon all, even to all succeeding generations! (Psalms 103:17-18 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Quick answer: It is the love of Papa God! There is not another love like it, period! His love is the only love that can set the captive free! His love is truly the only love that releases the prisoners from darkness and bondage! The only love that enables us to walk in love before others, forgive, release and bless others, when we’ve been wronged, wounded or hurt by them and to truly forgive and release ourselves, when we’ve hurt, wounded or harmed others. It is the love of Papa God that releases and sets us free from our bitterness, anger, addictions, predilection, rage, resentment, regrets and remorse; “for whom The Son sets free, is free indeed!” Oh that we would choose to tap into His love, and then make it our life’s ambition to see it carried out in our daily lives, passing it on down the line to every generation that we have the privilege, honor and opportunity of touching and influencing with His great love. One of my favorite passage of Scripture is found in 1 John, here it is: “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.” (1 John 3:1-3 NLT) Blessings…
