SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/21- “A Shield Surrounds Us!” (Psalm 3:3)
Premise Question: What kinds of protection does The LORD offer us?
“But you, O LORD, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.” (Psalms 3:3 NLT)
But You, LORD GOD Almighty, are an interminable barrier of protection, surrounding me on all sides, with Your impenetrable armor; keeping me safe and secure from all harm. You, O LORD, grant me a glorious victory over all my enemies, filling and restoring my entire being with great courage and might, lifting me up out of my desperate depths of despair, to the position of highest honor, the victorious champion. (Psalm 3:3 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Papa God surrounds us on all sides, with His presence, His provision, His safety and security, His encouragement, His honor and His great unfailing love, lifting us up out of despair, and into a place of great victory, honor and acclaim, for He is the shield that surrounds us and lifts us up on high, to be seated in the heavenly realm.
