SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 07/20- “A Spiritual Drink In A Dry Land!” (Psalm 63:1)

Premise Question: Where else can a person, who is effected by the common human condition, go or run to but to The LORD; in a land that is scorched and distressed, because it is deprived of and lacks any hunger satisfying or thirst quenching spiritual sustenance and drink?

“O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.” (‭‭Psalms‬ ‭63:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

You, O Sovereign LORD, The Almighty Papa God, Maker of Heaven and earth and everything therein, You are my God, The One who created me to worship, honor and serve You. Therefore, it is with the most serious intention, and divinely inspired purpose, that I am on the ultimate quest to find and discover who You are. I have an insatiable craving, along with an unquenchable thirsting for You and Your Manifest Presence; as my entire being, my spirit, soul and body yearns, aches and is in desperate need of You, in this indifferent, lacking any sustenance or moisture, very dry, cracked and parched land, where drought persists, with no spiritual drink to refresh and renew my whole being—spirit, soul and body. (Psalm 63:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: All of humankind is effected by a common human condition, that of desperately looking to satisfy, and quench a hunger and thirsting deep within their very souls.

Every person experiences this extreme craving of a deep urgent hunger, with an unquenchable thirsting, that is buried deep within the within, of their innermost being.

There are, for humankind, no other viable options or alternatives; for it is only Papa God, The Creator, that can fill the space and void that’s deep within each person, as it was His divine design and purpose that created the cravings, the deep yearning and desire of hungering and thirsting for His Presence, in every person; which when diligently pursued, leads to a hunger satisfying, thirst quenching, life fulfilling, joyful existence, which results in experiencing the very essence of the best that this life has to offer!

Remember, wherever the water flows, there is life! So, ask The LORD for a cool, refreshing and renewing, spiritual food and drink, to satisfy and quench your urgent insatiable hunger and unquenchable thirst, in this scorched, dry and extremely parched land! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 05/21- “The Only Thing That Really Matters!” (Galatians 5:6)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/21- “The Only Thing That Really Matters!”
(Galatians 5:6)

Premise Question: What is the most important thing, the thing that really matters the most, and is superior to everything else, as it relates to the daily focus of our lives, as true followers of Jesus Christ, in our walk of faith?

For when we place our faith in Christ Jesus, there is no benefit in being circumcised or being uncircumcised. What is important is faith expressing itself in love. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬ NLT)

For when you are a true follower of Jesus Christ, you become an integral and most valued part of the family of Papa God—The Company of The Redeemed. And, it matters not what background, race, culture, or station in life that you’ve come from, as it doesn’t have any relative worth or real significance. The one and only thing that really matters or has any meaning at all, for it is superior to any and all other things and nothing else will actually work or have the desired effect, so is therefore, absolutely meaningless, is our belief in and our walk with Papa God; always showing by our overt and caring actions towards others, that we are walking in His love, when we are loving others and giving His love away unconditionally! (Galatians 5:6 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Once we become members of The Company of The Redeemed, which are the true followers of Jesus Christ, our priorities and focus must change and be transformed.

It is quite commendable to become a scholar, an apologist and linguist in biblical languages, history, culture and anthropology. It’s wonderful to be able to quote, from memory, large portions of The Holy Scriptures, to have great understanding and insight into doctrine and the tenets of faith. It’s a remarkable thing to be able to express your knowledge and wisdom of all the great mysteries of The Scriptures to others, expressing yourself as an orator or writer.

To be recognized, by others, for following a strict standard of rules to live your life by, or incredible accomplishments and great achievements, world travel, building of magnificent edifices, your unique talents, abilities or being really gifted, may be a great honor and feel good, but it is not nearly as important as the thing that really matters the most!

The most important and significant thing that really matters is our authentic faith expressing itself in real, genuinely authentic love—the love of Papa God being expressed towards everyone. For it surpasses and is far superior to all other expressions, activities and accomplishments, that we could ever do or be involved in.

Our faith expressing itself in love towards others is the true barometer and measure, the revealer of the real condition and authenticity of our actual faith walk! Check out 1 Corinthians 13! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY:PDCP- 03/05- “Our Greatest Honor!” (1 Peter 4:16)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/05- “Our Greatest Honor!” (1 Peter 4:16)

Premise Question: Is there a difference between suffering, because you’re being recognized as an associate of Christ, and suffering, because of your own willful belligerent behavior?

But it is no shame to suffer for being a Christian. Praise God for the privilege of being called by his name! (‭1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬ NLT)

There is never any ignominious guilt or shame associated with being recognized as a follower of CHRIST. So, when you suffer reproach, because of your association and personal attachment to Him, rejoice! For it is a great privilege and supreme honor to be identified and labeled as a true follower of CHRIST—when you are called a Christian. (1 Peter 4:16 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The greatest privilege and supreme honor, that a believer in CHRIST can receive, in this life, from the world, is to be associated with, by being recognized and called, by The LORD’s Name—a Christian. It may be done in a contemptuous way and manner, being completely derisive, but it carries not an once of stigma or shame. There is a distinct and marked difference, though, between suffering because of our alignment with CHRIST, and suffering due to our own bad decisions and behaviors, outside of CHRIST! One is filled to the brim and overflowing, being over the top, with loathsome and quite perilous ignominy, while the other is a glorious and wonderful reason to rejoice, with thanksgiving and gratitude, for the great privilege and supreme honor of being identified, as being an associate of CHRIST; thus, wearing the label, termed by designation and reputation, of being a Christian.

A note of interest: The writer, of this great Epistle of 1st Peter, is none other than Peter himself! It’s interesting to point this out, because of his own brief moment of great shame suffered, when he denied his association and personal relationship with the “Galilean”—CHRIST! He definitely rebounded and fully recovered from his momentary lapse, and that, because of The LORD’s great compassion and unfailing love and His mercy and grace. We bear CHRIST’S Name, without any shame, for it is a privilege to do so, as it is our greatest honor.

Check out the entire chapters of 1Peter 3-4. It’s great reading and wonderful insights into how we ought to deal with suffering, as well as, how to approach and interact with others. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/15- “Hearts And Motives—Rewards For Deeds!” (Jeremiah 17:10)

Premise Question: Is it ever prudent or wise, to think or believe, that we can cover or hide, the true intentions, thoughts and inclinations, of our hearts and minds, from the all knowing, all hearing ears and all seeing eyes, of The LORD God Almighty, our Papa God?

But I, the LORD, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.” (‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭10‬ NLT)

Knowing and comprehending that the human heart is the most beguiling and despicably fraudulent living thing on the face of the earth, and is also filled with the potential for deeds and acts of pernicious evil, I, The LORD God Almighty, with due diligence, explore, evaluate and examine the character, disposition and inclinations of every heart of humankind; investigating, assaying and appraising even the supposed hidden intentions and affinities of every heart. So, you can be absolutely sure, that I, Papa God, will not overlook anyone, by neglecting to confer and bestow the appropriate recompense and renumeration upon everyone on the face of the earth, according to their true intentions, actions and deeds. (Jeremiah 17:10 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Nope! Not even remotely a slim sliver of a slight possibility or chance! For Papa God is all knowing, all seeing, and flat out hears all, and then, rewards all, according to their true intentions, actions and deeds. We need to be ever mindful of this certain and absolute truth, for nothing can or shall ever be hidden from Him. So, be wise, prudent and transparent, being full of integrity, and oh, by the way, don’t ever attempt it! For it will of a surety, not go well for anyone who does! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/19- “Our Walk And Talk Should Match The Walk And Talk Of Jesus!” (1 John 2:5-6)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/19- “Our Walk And Talk Should Match The Walk And Talk Of Jesus!” (1 John 2:5-6)

Premise Question: How can we know and show, with certitude, that we truly love Papa God and are truly living our lives honorably and right?

But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him. Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did. (‭1 John‬ ‭2‬:‭5-6‬ NLT)

When we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, walk and talk, living our lives on full display, for all to clearly see and hear, in accordance to the way Papa God’s Holy Writ indeed declares that we should live; then, we can, with full assurance and confidence, know with certitude, that we are completely in love with Him and in fact are living our lives in Him and for Him daily. After all, shouldn’t all those who say they are members, in good standing, of The Company of The Redeemed, show that they truly are, by the sure and certain conduct of their walk, matching their declarative talk, and that, it then, can and should, be clearly matched, with the example of the walk and talk of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ? (1 John 2:5-6 PDCP)

Bottom Line: First off, Papa God is always going to respond to obedience more favorably than just a sacrifice without obedience. (Proverbs 21:3) So, in order to know that we truly love Papa God and are living right, we should begin by studying, looking at and into, learning, knowing and understanding, the life of Jesus, and exactly how He lived His life while here on the earth. Then, we need to deliberately, with diligence and sure devotion, choose to live our lives in the same way, manner and with the same approach as our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ did. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/17- “Our Love For Papa God And Our Love For Fellow Believers, Must Be Synonymous!” (1 John 4:21)

Premise Question: Tell me again, why is this command, so vitally critical and most important to accept, understand, come into agreement with and into complete compliance?

And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister. (‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭21‬ NIV)

This vital and most critically important command, that Papa God, The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, has given to each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed is: Anyone, meaning everyone, without exception, who says they love Papa God, must also, with the same love, express, show and have love towards each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed, their fellow believers. (1 John 4:21 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Love for our fellow believers, which are our most precious and dearly beloved brothers and sisters, must be one and the same, without exception, as it is for our Papa God, Whom personally implemented this divine rule, that must be followed, with strict adherence and full compliance. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 12/09/15- “Set Yourselves Free—From All Your Devris!” (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/09/15- “Set Yourself Free—From All Your Debris!” (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Premise Question: How do we, or can we, set ourselves free, and then, stay perpetually free, to continually live free, experiencing complete release and total deliverance, from our sin and the darkness of this world, in order to receive the fullness and gracious gift of salvation and freedom of The LORD?

“Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.” ‭‭(2 Corinthians‬ ‭7:1‬ ‭NLT‬)

Ergo, in view of and as a direct consequence of Almighty Papa God’s succinct and declarative assurances, that He’s afforded each one of us, through His great and precious promises, which we presently have total access to and are now in full possession of, dearly beloved fellow members of The Company of The Redeemed; it is therefore, incumbent upon each one of us, to break free, by purging and absolving ourselves from anything and everything that may tend to influence or distract us in an unsuitable manner, or that may even be possibly defiling, debasing or causing debauchery to become a profane stain within and without our body, soul and spirit. We should always make it our life’s aim to conforming absolutely to the description, the exact definition, of the ideal representation of impeccable holiness, Jesus Christ. We can do this, by becoming a personal temple of worship, whereby, our individual life is lived in reverential awe and holy honor exclusively for and unto The LORD GOD Almighty. (2 Corinthians 7:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We set ourselves free by accepting Papa God’s gracious and most merciful and wonderful gift of salvation and then, continue to be free by being obedient and completely compliant to His Word and will for our lives! For it is because of Papa God’s great and precious promises, that He has given to us, to assure us; mainly that He would be our Loving Papa God, living, breathing and walking among us, filling us with His joy and peace, comforting us, strengthening us, providing for our needs and ultimately, keeping us eternally safe, and, that we would be His very own, greatly beloved children, that it therefore, behoves each one of us to, “keep our hearts and lives free of all debris, by flushing the flesh and staying refreshed!” Thus, we are guaranteed to fully experience life and His salvation Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 12/05/15- “How Papa God Does Things Is A Mind-Blowing Mystery, But Also Amazingly Awesome!” (Ecclesiastes 11:5)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/05/15- “How Papa God Does Things Is A Mind-Blowing Mystery, But Also Amazingly Awesome!” (Ecclesiastes 11:5)

Premise Question: Given the reality that we cannot understand nor fully comprehend the mysteries of Papa God and life, what is it that we can do, ought to do and certainly should do?

“Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things.” (‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

As you are completely unaware, not having the ability nor even the capacity to know the origin of the course and direction the wind takes, or the perplexing mystery of the miracle of conception, in how the Spirit brings life to the form of a human being inside the womb of a pregnant woman, so too, the ingenious endeavors and activities of The LORD GOD Almighty is far above and beyond your ability to comprehend or fully understand. For The LORD GOD Almighty is The Author, The Originator, The Inventor, The Maker, The Builder and The Producer of all things in Heaven and on the earth, and even beyond Heaven and earth. And furthermore, there is not anything that He, Papa God, is not able to do and do excellently. (Ecclesiastes 11:5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Papa God’s ways and thoughts, being too wonderful to fully understand or comprehend by us, because His ways, being in stark contrast to our ways and His thoughts, are much higher than ours, and therefore, should not, and in fact, is not and certainly cannot be compared. But, Papa God’s ways and thoughts can be and should be, though, fully accepted by us, by each of us placing our complete faith and utter trust and reliance in and upon Him and His ways and thoughts, as being The Only Real Truth, that merits and deserves us our having the full confidence and assurance that it is for our greatest good and benefit that He does what He does, in the way that He does all things, with love and excellence! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP-12/04/15- “As Long As I Have Breath, I Will Praise The LORD!” (Psalms63:4-5)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/04/15- “As Long As I Have Breath, I Will Praise The LORD!” (Psalms 63:4-5)

Premise Question: For what duration and in what way and manner, should we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, honor The Name of The LORD GOD Almighty?

“I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy.”
(‭‭Psalms‬ ‭63:4-5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

It is of my own volition, that I deliberately, with great diligence, devotion and determination, each and everyday of my life, for as long as I shall have breath, choose to honor You, O LORD, wholeheartedly, with every fiber and all the strength of my being, by offering up to You, my highest and most extravagant praise and worship, unto Your magnificent, incomparable and splendidly glorious Name. In so doing, I shall be filled with the glory of Your presence, being completely content, absolutely gratified and supplied abundantly, with every kind of the most delectable of fare. Therefore, I shall not ever stop lifting my hands, my heart and my voice, with expressions of great and exuberant joyful praise unto You, LORD GOD Almighty. I will utter these ecstatic expressions, with my mouth and lips, and with singing, that shall come from the very depths of my most grateful and satisfied heart and soul, even within the within of the innermost part of my being. (Psalms 63:4-5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as fully accepted and sealed members of The Company of The Redeemed, should always be joyfully ready and willing to, at all times, on all occasions and in every circumstance and situation, without exception, offer up unto The LORD GOD Almighty, invoking, bestowing upon and honoring His Name, with constant expressions of extravagant praise and worship, in songs, that are filled with exuberant joyful singing, which should ultimately come from deep within the within of our innermost beings, being forever grateful, full of joy, extremely thankful, hearts and souls. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 11/26/15- “Give Thanks To Papa God—Tell Others Of His Goodness!” (Psalms 9:1)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/26/15- “Give Thanks To Papa God—Tell Others Of His Goodness!” (Psalms 9:1)

Premise Question: What attitude, condition and personal action should we have, exhibit and take, that truly determines, shows and proves, that we, the people of Papa God, are actually offering up to The LORD, authentic praise and worship, true honor and reverence, with real thanksgiving, sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude?

“I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done.” (‭‭Psalms‬ ‭9:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

It is my great privilege, delightful pleasure and extreme honor to choose, of my own volition, with a purposeful determination and strong conviction, to make it my daily practice and disposition, of always expressing thanks and exuberant praise, with a heart full of gratitude and appreciation to You, my LORD and my Papa God; holding nothing back or in reserve, I am fully persuaded and devoted to declaring to everyone everywhere, with much enthusiasm, all about Your miraculous mighty acts, Your wonderful works, Your glorious exploits and gracious deeds. (Psalms 9:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: A humble and contrite attitude of gratitude, that comes from and is continually being expressed from, a heart full of joyful rejoicing praise, honor and thanks; and then, tells others of The LORD’s excellent goodness and wonderful deeds, is what determines, shows and proves, that our praise, worship and honor of Him is truly authentic and absolutely real. We, as believers and the people of Papa God, should make it our aim in life, to always, without holding anything back in reserve, choose to give all thanks to Papa God, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, and too, as we have opportunity, should always choose to tell others about His glorious, filled with grace, goodness and mercy. Blessings…
