SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/28- “There’s No Reason To Fear, Our Victory’s Already Here—A Done Deal!” (Isaiah 41:10)

Premise Question: What have we, The Company of The Redeemed, who are the greatly beloved and cherished children of The Most High, to be afraid of or discouraged about?

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

So, because I Am, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, has already personally selected you to be my cherished choice servants, do not ever be frightened of anything or anyone, for there is nothing to be afraid of, as I Am, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, shall always be with you and shall never abandon, leave or forsake you. Therefore, don’t ever allow the things that are happening around you to dissuade, distress, discourage, dismay or terrorize you, for I Am, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, am your Protector and Everlasting Redeemer. I Am, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, will make you strong, with the power of My might; which shall be there, as an ever present help and strong support during difficult and troubling times. I Am, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, have taken a firm hold on you with My righteous right hand and shall never grow weary and then let go or release you from My, already assured, victorious strong , everlasting grip. (Isaiah 41:10 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There’s really no need to ever be afraid of anything or anyone in this world. Even though we will definitely encounter trouble, trial, tribulation, tumult, pain, suffering, hurt, disappointment, distressing hardships, as well as difficult and troubling times, during our brief time and spiritual sojourn here on this earth, there is still not ever a reason to lose hope, but there is always a reason to remember and not ever forget this: He, The Supreme Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty has overcome it all, on our behalf, and will always be there with us, to comfort, to help, to encourage, to protect, to strengthen and support us, by empowering us to also be overcomers.

It is because of His great promise, that He will never abandon, leave or forsake us, that our victory is already assured, no reason to fear, or to ever be discouraged, as our victory is already achieved and is here—a done deal! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 12/15- “The Paradox Of Our Tongues!” (James 3:9-10)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/15- “The Paradox Of Our Tongues!” (James 3:9-10)

Premise Question: What is the determining factor and condition, as it relates to whether or not it’s cursing or blessing that comes out of our mouths, being uttered by our very own tongues?

“Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!” ‭‭(James‬ ‭3:9-10‬ ‭NLT‬)

My dearly and most beloved family of The Most High, we have an all too common practice, that is paradoxical in nature, of expressing, by uttering praises and blessings, with acclamation, exaltation, admiration, laudation and commendation, unto our LORD and Savior and Papa God, while at the same time, coming out of the same mouth and with the same tongue, we utter profanity, filled with condemnation, denunciation, abomination, damnation and a commination of curses, directed towards our fellow humankind; which, by the way, were also formed, shaped and modeled, by The LORD GOD Almighty Himself, to be a representation of His Own Likeness. What is this then, that I’m hearing coming from your mouths; both, expressions of appreciation, grateful homage, with high acclaim and devotion, as well as, expressions of profane obscenities that are blasphemous, filled with obloquious hurtful abusive language? My most beloved and cherished fellow family members of The Company of The Redeemed, this should not be occurring, as it is completely unacceptable and incongruent behavior that should absolutely never be a part of our common practice, as believers. (James 3:9-10 PDCP)

Bottom Line: What ends up coming out of our mouths, which is uttered by our tongues, is more often times than naught, determined by the content of our hearts. One more salient point to consider: When we curse others, who have been created in Papa God’s likeness, we, in essence, are essentially cursing The Creator of humankind.

Remember, it is always out of the abundance of what is in our hearts, that determines the expressions and how the mouth ends up speaking; whether it be blessing or cursing! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 12/09- “Set Yourself Free—From All Your Debris!” (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/09- “Set Yourself Free—From All Your Debris!” (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Premise Question: How do we, or can we, set ourselves free, and then, stay perpetually free, to continually live free, experiencing complete release and total deliverance, from our sin and the darkness of this world, in order to receive the fullness and gracious gift of salvation and freedom of The LORD?

“Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God.” ‭‭(2 Corinthians‬ ‭7:1‬ ‭NLT‬)

Ergo, in view of and as a direct consequence of Almighty Papa God’s succinct and declarative assurances, that He’s afforded each one of us through His great and precious promises, in which, we presently have total access to and are now in full possession of, dearly beloved fellow members of The Company of The Redeemed, it is therefore, incumbent upon each one of us, to break free, by purging and absolving ourselves from anything and everything that may tend to influence or distract us in an unsuitable manner, or that may even be possibly defiling, debasing or causing debauchery to become a profane stain within and without our body, soul and spirit. We should always make it our life’s aim to conforming absolutely to the description, the exact definition, of the ideal representation of impeccable holiness—Jesus Christ. We can do this, by becoming a personal temple of worship, whereby, our individual life is lived in reverential awe and holy honor exclusively for and unto The LORD GOD Almighty. (2 Corinthians 7:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We can set ourselves free, when we, choose to fully accept Papa God’s gracious and most merciful sacrificial offering of deliverance and freedom—His indescribable, inimitable wonderful gift of redeeming salvation. And then, we shall continue to be free, by being obedient and completely compliant to His Word and His divine plan, purpose and will for our lives!

Therefore, it is for this very reason, and truly because of Papa God’s great and precious promises that He has given to us, that we are filled with the sure confidence and full assurance of knowing that He is our Loving Papa God; living, breathing and walking among us, filling us with His joy and peace, comforting us, strengthening us, providing for our needs and ultimately, keeping us eternally safe.

And finally, we can rejoice and be glad, as it is extremely joyful knowing that we are His very own, greatly beloved children, and therefore, it behoves each one of us to, “keep our hearts and lives free of all debris, by flushing the flesh and staying refreshed!” Thus, being set free, with an eternal golden guarantee, to fully experience life and His redeeming salvation, because of His great unfailing love He has for each of us. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/06- “Note To Self—Then Too Everyone Else!” (James 1:2-3)

Premise Question: Is there ever any good thing that can come, when we, The Company of The Redeemed, choose to complain, mumble, grumble or groan; rather than, looking at it with joy and considering it a privileged opportunity to grow and see the purpose and will of Papa God revealed in us?

“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.” (‭‭James‬ ‭1:2-3‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Acknowledge, accept and embrace the difficult times in your life. Recognize them all, as honored and privileged opportunities, to experience the ultimate in pure delight, with great felicity, my dearly beloved fellow members in The Company of The Redeemed. For whenever, whomever and wherever you may encounter these difficult people and times, which will be hardships that are numerous, varied and sundry in kind, don’t ever let any of it, in any way, throttle or disable you, due to the reality of what you should already be aware, “au courant” of and familiar with; that being, the ongoing process, in your sojourn and walk of faith, of the evaluation and verification of your full confidence and complete trust and reliance that you’ve placed upon and in The LORD GOD Almighty. This then, will have the perfect result and effect of bringing into existence into your life, not just a lofty desire, thought or wonderful aspiration, but a valiant tenacious courage, a resolute determination and steady persistence, which will empower you, enabling you to stay on, not stray from, and to walk uprightly upon the path of Papa God’s divine purpose for your life. (James 1:2-3 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Nope! Complaining, mumbling, grumbling and groaning has never brought or bought anything good or righteous into our lives!

Therefore, here’s something for everyone of us to seriously consider, then diligently, with devotion and dogged determination, follow resolutely!

Note to self, then to everyone else: no more giving into moaning and groaning, mumbling and grumbling, bumbling and stumbling, crumbling into a heap of desperation and despair, being depressed and oppressed, completely suppressed, kept under duress.

But, choose to always joyfully accept, embrace and endure, the hardships in your life, as part and partial of the process, for they are only a trace of Papa God’s unique and divine purpose being fully accomplished, in your sojourn of this life.

So, choose to always rejoice in the midst of your ordeal and trial, knowing full well, that His perfect purpose is soon to be fulfilled. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/20- “A Walk With The Wise!” (Proverbs 13:20)

Premise Question: Why should we choose to walk and spend time with those who are wise?

“Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.” (‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭13:20‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Everyone has been given time, as capital, to spend on and in their lives. It would be prudent to invest the time given, by spending it wisely with and on those who are enlightened and full of vital insights for having success in life; for when time is invested wisely, it results in returning great benefits and a fortune. Conversely though, when time is spent consorting and associating with imbecilic dolts, those who lack good judgment or sense, it’s a very poor investment, completely wasted and will have diminished returns, resulting in a life that languishes, characterized by, experiencing incredible abuse and irreparable damage, being ground down into failure and misfortune.
(Proverbs 13:20 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Why is it so vitally important how we choose to spend our most valuable commodity—time? Because if we won’t or don’t spend it wisely, we will surely suffer severely and really smart for it! For when we invest our most precious commodity—time, poorly and unwisely, we won’t ever become smart or achieve any modicum of success, if we continue to unwisely choose to invest and spend our time on things that lack wisdom and sense, by wasting our time on and with the unwise!

A strong, but wonderful word to the wise and to everyone else: Walk with the wise, embrace wisdom and as a direct result, become very wise; associate with fools and malcontents and get into lots and lots of trouble, while experiencing way too much unnecessary drama, terrible turmoil and can only lead to and produce a life of misery, poverty and a extremely dreadful and dreary existence! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/15- “Building Holy Faith—Praying In The Holy Spirit!” (Jude 1:20-21)

Premise Question: Do we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, make it our common practice to build ourselves up in our most holy faith and are we faithfully praying in the Holy Spirit?

“But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.” (‭‭Jude‬ ‭1:20-21‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

But you, my dear friends, members all, of The Great Company of The Redeemed, and who do have complete access to the comfort, power and presence of The Holy Spirit, as He, The Spirit of Christ now dwells, residing deep within the within of your innermost being, don’t ever stop growing, developing and maturing in your sacred and most precious walk of faith. Therefore, don’t become lackadaisical or accept the status quo of mediocrity, but continue to faithfully utilize fully the power of The Holy Spirit, by making it your daily practice to rely upon, and to pray in, The Holy Spirit. Keep on practicing the presence of The LORD—loving and walking humbly before Him, loving and walking in release before all others, as you wait, with a patient calm assurance, for the all consuming, rescuing and redeeming, protective covering of the loving and merciful grace of our LORD and Savior—Jesus Christ, to transform, then transport you to your eternal abode; to forever be in the very presence of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty. And that, without end! (Jude 1:20-21 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, must stay ever vigilant, with a deliberate diligence, to not ever become lackadaisical and then, as a direct result, slip into mediocrity, where our most holy faith stops growing and developing, and our practice of praying in the Holy Spirit wanes, to the point of no longer building ourselves up in spiritual maturity, but actually begins to diminish, atrophy and die. Don’t ever succumb to being just mediocre!

A very wise young man once said to me in a staff meeting: “Once you’ve licked the lollipop of mediocrity, you suck the rest of your life!”

Thanks, my son, Rob Cox. Something I’ll never forget and constantly remind myself of, as I daily give thanks, while awaiting the mercy of The LORD Jesus Christ, who will bring me eternal life, I will build myself and others up, on our most holy faith, by praying in The Holy Spirit, and thus, stay safe and secure, in the loving arms and care of Papa God’s unfailing love. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/13- “The Infuriation Of Temptation!” (James 1:13-14)

Premise Question: Where do we assign blame, when we succumb and give into temptation; and, are we ever tempted, given an opportunity to do good, and, if we don’t do it, is that a sin?

“And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away.”
(‭‭James‬ ‭1:13-14‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

When, not if, for everyone will encounter temptation, having occasions, whereby, they will have the opportunity to either surrender and submit to The LORD GOD or surrender and succumb to the carnal desires of their flesh. Therefore, when temptation ensues, no one should ever attribute it, by laying or assigning blame to anyone or anything other than themselves, and especially do not ever say, “it is The LORD GOD that has brought this temptation to me!” For The LORD GOD is completely impervious too, and doesn’t even have the capacity to be induced or in any way influenced by carnality and evilness, nor does He or would He ever attempt to put any wicked stumbling blocks in the path of someone, with the expressed purpose of causing them to yield and succumb to temptation; because each individual person is prone to be carried away by their own proclivities and propensities, being allured into captivity and bondage by their own evilness and sinful desires. (James 1:13-14 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Perhaps, when we are tempted by something, it gives us an indicative signal of an area in our walk that we may need to spiritually mature and grow up in.

Thank The LORD GOD Almighty that He helps us in our weaknesses when we cry out to Him for assistance! And, even when we do succumb, when tempted, He is faithful to restore us, when we humbly confess and make ourselves accountable to Him and others.

The issue of deflecting and assigning blame to another, other than ourselves, goes all the back, to the Garden of Eden, where we find Eve deflecting blame upon the enticement of the Serpent and Adam following suit, by deflecting and assigning blame to Papa God and Eve, the woman that God gave him as a helpmate!

As Adam and Eve were prone to deflect and assign blame, so too, are we still today, it is therefore, obviously, an inherited humankind trait.

No matter what the allurement, inducement, provocation, snare or tantalizing trap, we should not ever deflect or assign blame to Papa God, or anyone else, save ourselves. For neither Papa God nor the Devil are the one’s who made us do it!

And, remember, if ever tempted, given an opportunity to do good, just do it and be mightily blest! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/10- “Choose To Live An Honorable And Circumspect Life And Thereby, Silence The Accusations Of The Mis-And Uninformed!” (1 Peter 2:15-16)

Premise Question: How and what must we do, The Company of The Redeemed, in order to effectively silence the roar of those who would cast dispersions, utter or make foolish and unwarranted mis- or uninformed evaluations of us, by spreading false and foolish accusations/recriminations, thus, leading others and themselves to come to outrageous conclusions and faulty perceptions?

“It is God’s will that your honorable lives should silence those ignorant people who make foolish accusations against you. For you are free, yet you are God’s slaves, so don’t use your freedom as an excuse to do evil.” (‭1 Peter‬ ‭2:15-16‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty fully intended that you have the capacity, with His enabling, to live your lives honorably and circumspectly, and that your lives should be accompanied by generous acts of kindness and doing good to everyone. Therefore, living this way will have the wonderful effect of being completely successful in squelching and utterly dismantling the prattle of the misinformed, as well as the uninformed—those who happen to lack sense, who are shortsighted, without any prudence or discretion. Choose to live your lives as those who’ve been liberated, set free, released from bondage, being a full fledged member in good standing, with all rights and privileges, of The Company of The Redeemed; but refuse to use your privilege of liberty to disguise, conceal, mask or camouflage an indulgent licentious lifestyle. For you are Papa God’s holy and uniquely chosen people—His bond servants; therefore, live, being wholly subject to Him and Him alone. (1 Peter 2:15-16 PDCP)

Bottom Line: In order for us, The Company of The Redeemed, to fulfill Papa God’s desire, will and purpose for us, of successfully combating, refuting, overcoming and silencing the roar of the mis- and uninformed people, who are wont and quick to be foolishly accusatory, in spreading false and misleading information, which cast unwarranted dispersions and recriminations against us; leading others and themselves to come to faulty, wrongful and outrageous conclusions and perceptions of us, we must choose to live our lives in an honorable and circumspect manner and way. Meaning: being truthful, conscientious, upright and forthright, ethically honest, principled, led by principles that are of good repute and are completely trustworthy, watchful, attentive, vigilant, careful, considerate, deliberately prudent, scrupulous, influenced by sage wisdom, always “above board,” open and transparent in all our dealings with those who would be subject to being accusatory and who are perhaps mis- or uninformed.

We must also come into the wonderful understanding and insight of just how blessed and free we are, having been delivered and liberated by Papa God, through His Son—Jesus Christ, who is our Redeemer, LORD and Savior!

But, we must never ever use our freedom, as permission, a reason, excuse or justification or a license to enter into or participate in any evil behaviors or activities that would be dis-pleasing to Papa God!

Remember, we are Papa God’s very own, redeemed, greatly beloved and most cherished bond servants, and it should be our greatest aim and desire to always be pleasing to Him, in all that we do and say! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 11/09- “Generosity, Humility, Thinking About Others And Their Interests, Is The Way We Ought To Go And Be!” (Philippians 2:3-4)

Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/09- “Generosity, Humility, Thinking About Others And Their Interests, Is The Way We Ought To Go And Be!” (Philippians 2:3-4)

Premise Question: How are we to comport ourselves, and what specific attitudes, behaviors and perspectives are we exhorted and strongly encouraged to have and exhibit towards others, in this life?

“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.” (‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Anything and anytime you choose to involve yourself in, or find yourself doing something in life, it’s extremely important that you make sure it’s not ever done with the attitudes of, “it’s all about me” and “how is this going to make me look and appear to others.” Nor should you ever display haughtiness or arrogance, by exhibiting a pompous, ostentatious attitude of superiority. Conversely, though, the most appropriate, and thereby, acceptable approach, perspective and attitudes to have and exhibit is to, with great humility and self-abnegation, choose to always significantly value others above yourself. You should do this, by making what is important and necessary to others, in their lives, a priority in your life, before addressing your own personal needs and interests. Each of us would greatly benefit by having these attitudes, with this most wise and prudent perspective and approach. For it’s not “about me,” it’s about others! (Philippians 2:3-4 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We are, as individual members of The Company of The Redeemed, exhorted and strongly encouraged to comport ourselves, in such a determined manner and fashion, that we exhibit attitudes, perspective and behaviors towards others, those we come in contact with in our daily sojourn, a selflessness, characterized by devotion to the care, concern welfare and interest of others, and that, without displaying any pretense or trying to impress and influence how or what they may perceive or think of us personally, but with true humility and grace, always being courteous, civil and generous, while showing great respect towards them, by never acting or exuding an air of superiority nor a sense of entitlement or conceit.

We should ever be looking to be involved and invested in others lives, in a positive and helpful way, by being fully engaged, with a willingness to participate in any way and on any level that shows sincere compassion, empathy and genuine concern, and which effectively meets, satisfies and assists them, while addressing the real needs of those we are deliberately making a significant valued sacrificial investment in, for the specific goal and purpose of truly helping and making an impactful life-changing difference in their lives, giving all the glory, honor and praise to The LORD.

So, being generous, walking in humility, while thinking about others and their unique and specific interests, by looking out for them, rather than only looking out for our own interests and needs, is truly the way we ought to choose to comport ourselves and the way we ought to go and be! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 11/06- “A Healthy Dose Of Constructive Correction Is Good For Anyone And Everyone!” (Proverbs 15:31-32)

Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/06- “A Healthy Dose Of Constructive Correction Is Good For Anyone And Everyone!” (Proverbs 15:31-32)

Premise Question: Why do so many of us have a difficult time receiving appropriately administered discipline, and why is it such an intense fight and colossal personal challenge for many to relent and submit to the process of allowing oneself to first, be open to intently listening and then, to be earnestly diligent, in becoming completely compliant and submissive to constructive, appropriate correction, when the resulting positive benefits always far outweigh the culminating negative consequences?

“If you listen to constructive criticism, you will be at home among the wise. If you reject discipline, you only harm yourself; but if you listen to correction, you grow in understanding.” (‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭15:31-32‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Anyone and everyone, no matter who they are or from whence they’ve come, if they will give careful and thoughtful attention, being deliberate, as well as diligent in the application and action, in their lives, to The LORD’s life-giving, redeeming reproof, will always have a place at the table of the enlightened—those that are truly wise. Those though, who persist in their rebellious ways, by rejecting or ignoring completely The LORD’s perfect instruction, administered through His loving correcting discipline, hate themselves and are self-destructive; but those who choose to surrender fully to The LORD’s loving discipline, gains insight that sustains and retains their life, which causes them to forever remain in His glorious eternal presence—our tranquil and joyous eternal home. (Proverbs 15:31-32 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Everyone of us who are born into this world are members of the same family and species known as Homo sapiens—humankind, or as multiplied millions of individuals believe, the progeny of Adam and Eve; as we are the direct descendants and blessed offspring of the first of our kind, who having been divinely designed and uniquely created with perfection and for a great purpose, by Papa God Himself, but then succumbed to temptation and sinned, thereby, falling from perfection and into a sinful state, with a sinful nature, that they have naturally passed on down to everyone who has come after them.

So, we all have come by it honestly and quite naturally, so to speak, as we all are born with the same fallen sinful nature, and therefore, even at birth, already have a pre-disposed inclination, dispositional nature of resistance, rebellion, stubbornness, being obstinate and absolutely incorrigible, when it comes to appropriate discipline, training and beneficially good, constructive correction being administered into our lives.

Unfortunately for many, if when young, they do not have a correction in the direction their life is heading, by first, learning to listen, then to relent, submit and comply, (I refer to this as “corrected direction”) and then, by allowing themselves to be trained, developed, equipped and thereby, enabling them to grow to full maturity, (I call this “directed correction”) it becomes a much greater challenge later in life, and is most likely the very reason one would become so reticent, hesitant and stay downright obstinately stubborn, while having a adverse and negative reaction to discipline and correction when confronted and held accountable for any of their behaviors, actions or attitudes.

It is our embracing of and appropriate response to constructive correction and discipline, that determines the outcome of our life; who we may be living with, under what conditions we will be living, whether or not we will be living in harms way or growing in wisdom and understanding and enjoying a peaceful and flourishing life.

So remember, a healthy dose of constructive correction and appropriate disciple never really hurt anyone, although, at the time, while it is being administered, it may not feel good, be pleasant or very agreeable, but in the end, it will do its good work and divine purpose and shall therefore, produce a wonderful and bountiful harvest of righteousness!
