SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP-11/19- “Real Delight And True Desires” (Psalm 37:4)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/19- “Real Delight And True Desires!” (Psalm 37:4)

Premise Question: How does one take real delight in The LORD?

“Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires.”
(‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Be filled with rapturous joy and gleeful delight, as you enter into, being fully engaged in, the presence of The LORD, and He, The LORD GOD Almighty Himself, shall lavishly endow and bestow upon you, by fulfilling your deepest longings and cravings, that, with assured certitude, shall bring you great satisfaction and enjoyment, with perfect peace, to the innermost and deepest part of your unique disposition and inclination, at the very center of who you are and were created to be. (Psalm 37:4 PDCP)

Bottom Line: When one truly takes delight in The LORD, they will spend copious amounts of time with Him, in His word, in prayer, communing, meditating, listening, learning, honoring, praising and worshiping Papa God, with their whole heart; thus, developing a close and intimate relationship with Him. Then, as a direct result, The LORD will grant to them the true desires of their heart; the ones planted deep within them, by Papa God Himself, even before they were born into this world, in order to fulfill The LORD’s true desire, purpose and divine will for their lives. And this would bring great delight to His heart!

We all should smile more, pray more and spend more intimate time in the presence of The LORD. For when we spend more intimate time with The LORD in His presence, our prayers end up being more in line with what He wants, and definitely more powerful, and thereby, more effective, and then, we surely will, as a wonderful result, be smiling more, with real delight, as we will have so much more to smile about! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 06/06/15- “Put To Death The Person You Once Were!” (Galatians 2:20)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/06/15- “Put To Death The Person You Once Were!” (Galatians 2:20)

Premise Question: What is the most important decision that each one of us, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, must necessarily make on a daily basis?

My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (‭Galatians‬ ‭2‬:‭20‬ NLT)

By my own free will, I have chosen to put to death the person I once was. I do this continually, each day, by personally choosing to identify with Christ’s crucifixion; and therefore, I lay my life down and die daily to my old self, and then, I follow Him only. For now, it is the life of Christ living inside of me that leads, guides, directs, motivates and sustains every part of my life, spirit, soul and body. My existence, as I live and breathe here on this earth, is now lived out of my faith and my complete trust placed in Jesus Christ, The One and only Son of The One True Sovereign Papa God, who showed His love for me, by personally laying His life down; thereby, immediately paying the ransom required and demanded, for the redemption of my life. (Galatians 2:20 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There comes a time, in the life of every believer, when, with much humility and sincerity, a decision must and should be made, to no longer live for one’s own desires and pleasures. For that time, at the moment of our salvation, has already come and past and should be long gone; the time where one lives their life for and only unto themselves, being self-centered, self-indulged and completely self-consumed. So, it is therefore, much wiser and much more prudent, to put to death the old flesh and self-life and allow the new life and walk of faith to come fully alive, along with the wonderful blessings and benefits attached to living a new self-less life, and no longer living the flesh self-life, which produces dire curses and consequences. Because Christ now lives in me, and I now live my life in Christ, He lives in me, through me and for others! This is the most important decision that we, as believers and members of The Company of The Redeemed, must necessarily make each and every day of our lives! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/10/15- “Deep And Wide!” (Colossians 2:6-7)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/10/15- “Deep And Wide!” (Colossians 2:6-7)

Premise Question: Why does the apostle Paul give such an urgent exhortative admonition, with such great significance and importance attached, that we, as followers of The LORD Jesus Christ, should, with sincere diligence, make it our greatest ambition and aim, to continually develop and mature, by growing deeper and ever wider, in our faith and relationship with Him; and, what are the benefits and positive results, that can be directly attributed to having greater depth and width in our faith and relationship with The LORD, when we allow this to transpire and take place in our lives?

And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. (‭Colossians‬ ‭2‬:‭6-7‬ NLT)

So then, since you have become a qualified member, in good standing, of The Company of The Redeemed, by receiving Papa God’s gracious gift, His Son Jesus Christ, as your personal LORD and Savior; it is of great importance, to you personally, in your walk of faith, that you now make it your greatest ambition and aim to be constantly consistent, in diligently chasing after and persistently pursuing Him, above all else. Do this, by allowing Papa God to plant you deep in the chosen ground of His presence, His Word; so that, you will be completely immersed and begin germinating in His Holy Ground, which will cause you to develop a strong root system that will forever anchor you to Him and in Him, thereby, giving you a depth and width that will support, as a sure foundation, the building of faith that shall be built above the ground, which shall be representative of your life and ministry, for all to see, and will bring glory to Papa God. The most obvious and wonderfully amazing result of having a huge dose and impartation of Papa God’s truth deeply entrenched in your life is; your massively fervent, being vigorously active, walk of faith and intimate relationship, with The LORD, that shall produce a veritable deluge of overwhelming expressions of appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness. (Colossians 2:6-7 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Anytime a seed is planted in properly prepared ground, it must be planted at the right depth, width and spacing, with consideration given to sunlight, water source and season, and also must be planted in soil that will be conducive to nurturing and protecting the seed, in the growing process, in order to ultimately produce a bountiful harvest. We are very much like the seed planted in the good ground (soil). For we are buried deep in the soil of The LORD, His precious and completely nurturing Word. We are continually being fed, watered and taken care of by the Light of The Son and the presence and protection of The Holy Spirit’s loving guidance. But, we must be willing to grow deeply, down and out, before we ever begin to grow up and out of the soil we are planted in! We must be willing to be patiently hidden, buried deep in Him, before we ever surface and are brought out into the open! And this promotion must be done by The LORD, no self-promotion allowed! So, great benefits and positive results are fully derived, experienced and attributed to this wonderful process of growing and developing, in Papa God’s time, our most precious faith and intimate relationship with The LORD. He provides us with His comfort and peace, His joy and refreshing, His enduring love and compassion, His mercy and grace, His encouragement, courage and strength, as well as, His lovingkindness and more than enough provision for all of our needs. When we are grounded and pounded, being made strong and thoroughly established in Papa God’s Truth, then we will flourish and produce a bountiful righteous harvest, in season, that will cause us to overflow with gratitude and thanksgiving. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/27/15- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/27/15- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)

Premise Question: What activity, desire, goal or aim or relationship, in this life, that we could chase after, strive for or be involved in, would yield more, with the greatest and most advantageous benefits for living a flourishing, successful life, now and in the life to come, than being eager to know and obey Papa God’s Word?

Give me an eagerness for your laws rather than a love for money! Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word. (‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭36-37‬ NLT)

Grant me a voracious appetite, Papa God, that is far greater, in scope and magnitude, than for any other strong affectionate affinity, that I may be overwhelmed or consumed with, in this world, including money; that I may always desire to devour Your precepts, statues and commands! I ask You, Papa God, to give me the desire, fortitude and discernment, to always avert my attention, my gaze, focus and unhealthy infatuations, away from those things that are set before my eyes, in this life, that are despicable in Your eyes; things that are of no use, are devoid of any intrinsic value, being completely empty and futile, but, please do continue, Papa God, to grant me a life full of meaning and value, through Your vivacious life giving, satisfying and fulfilling, Word. (Psalms 119:36-37 PDCP)

Bottom Line: According to Papa God’s Word, nothing compares with eagerly desiring to know Him intimately and to fulfilling His will and purpose, for our lives, by obeying, adhering and following closely, His precepts, statues and commands found within His Holy Writ; for no life lived without His love, mercy and grace, His guidance and direction, His peace, joy and comfort, is a life lived to the maximum enjoyment, for this life and the life to come! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/26/15- “I Shall Not Ever Forget!” (Psalms 119:93)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/26/15- “I Shall Not Ever Forget!” (Psalms 119:93)

Premise Question: Why, how and for what reasons should we never forget the commandments of Papa God?

I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life. (‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭93‬ NLT)

I, with a diligently devoted heart, shall always carefully choose to follow closely, Papa God, Your life giving precepts, Your wonderful statutes, and without defects, perfect commandments; without any delay or procrastination, by treasuring them and making sure not to ever neglect, dismiss, discount, put aside, ignore or in anywise or manner, disregard or compromise them in anyway. (Psalms 119:93 PDCP)

Bottom Line: WHY, we should never forget: First and foremost, is because they are Papa God’s commandments that He’s given to us to follow and obey and that, with great benefits. Secondly, is because they are full of life that remains and sustains us, keeping us pure. HOW, we should never forget: By committing to memory, internalizing and personalizing, Papa God’s holy commandments, they will continually revive us, causing us to thrive in any and all situations and circumstances, that we may face or go through in life. For WHAT reasons, should we never forget: Life is more vivacious and vibrant, filled with enjoyment, satisfaction and fulfillment, because we follow Papa God’s commandments! They also are filled with His complete joy, His perfect peace, His courage, common sense and divine wisdom, keeping us from lying to ourselves and others, which is desperately needed, in order to live and flourish in this life! Just a few reasons we should not ever forget Papa God’s commandments. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/17/15- “Don’t Stop Now, Don’t ever Stop!” (Philippians 4:9)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/17/15- “Don’t Stop Now, Don’t Ever Stop!” (Philippians 4:9)

Premise Question: What are some of the highlighted things, that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, have learned, received and heard about, from the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Philippians, and now, subsequently, also see modeled in others, that we ought to perpetually put into practice, in our everyday lives, in order to experience Papa God’s comforting presence and His perfect peace?

Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you. (‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭9‬ NLT)

Safeguard, by holding securely in your grasp and refusing to ever let go of, all that you’ve received, been taught and caught, as well as, been shown by me and my example, of what I’m doing and have done. Do this, by perpetually putting it into practice, in your daily walk, with the blessed result of becoming well versed in everything. Then, you can fully expect to experience the comforting presence and perfect peace of Papa God. (Philippians 4:9 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Here are just a few highlighted things we ought to perpetually put into practice, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, in order to fully experience Papa God’s comforting presence and perfect peace: Stay true to The LORD, settle your disagreements, seek peace, tell others about the Good News and supply the needs of those who have devoted their lives to sharing the Good News of The Gospel with others. Be considerate and joyful, no matter what, don’t worry about anything, pray about everything. Tell Papa God what you need and thank Him for all that He’s done. Stay focussed upon The LORD and the work He’s called you to. Watch out for those who would do evil and follow those who set a good example, by choosing to do good. Depend on your faith in The LORD, for your righteousness, not yourself or the law. Forget the past and look forward to what The LORD has in store for you, and finally, don’t ever stop learning, don’t ever stop doing good! Practice, Practice, Practice! Learn by doing and follow closely the righteous example of others! (Philippians 3-4) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/12/15- “Forever Safe, In Papa God’s Hand!”
(John 10:28-30)

Premise Question: Do believers, those who’ve placed their faith and complete trust in The LORD Jesus Christ, by calling on His Name through confession and believing in Him and His resurrection; thereby, having accepted and received Papa God’s gracious provision of a forever safe and secure eternity, ever have any reason to fear what the future may hold?

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me, for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s hand. The Father and I are one.” (‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭28-30‬ NLT)

I, The LORD Jesus Christ, with great joy and delight, choose to grant to all those who hear my voice and follow after Me; life without end, one, in which, there shall not ever be a reason for them to fear what the future may hold, for they shall forever be safe and secure, never ceasing to exist. There isn’t any power in heaven or on earth, that will ever be able to steal or take them from Me, nor will there be anyone or anything that will have the capacity or power to abduct them from Papa God’s almighty grip, as it is He that has given them to Me, and Papa God and I are one. (John 10:28-30 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Nope! For according to Papa God’s faithful promise, written down in His Holy Writ, there’s not anything or anyone that is powerful enough to wrest us away from the tightly held, firm grasp of Papa God’s forever safe and secure hands, in which, He is and forever shall be, in possession of our lives. So, for the believer, they are fully assured, by The LORD God Almighty, that they are forever, eternally safe and secure, within His grip. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY- PDCP- 02/08/15- “Papa God’s Word, Cuts And Carves, Right To The Core, It Slices And Severs, ‘Tween Soul And Spirit, Exacting With Perfect Precision, His Engraved Personal Etching, Upon Our Hearts!” (Hebrews 4:12)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/08/15- “Papa God’s Word, Cuts And Carves, Right To The Core, It Slices And Severs, ‘Tween Soul And Spirit, Exacting With Perfect Precision, His Engraved Personal Etching, Upon Our Hearts!” (Hebrews 4:12)

Premise Question: How do we, as believers, keep our sword razor sharp on both edges of its blade, staying effective in using it both vertically and horizontally, as well as, inwardly and outwardly, and which shall always bring honor and glory to The LORD?

For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬ NLT)

There is not a more potent, full of force and dynamic power, than Papa God’s efficacious living Word. There is no weapon on earth that is as sharp or its equal, as it incisively cuts and carves right to the core issues between our soul, with its emotions and human tendency to sin, and our spirit, which was created to worship, honor and commune with Papa God. His Word cuts deeply into our nature, even separating out and revealing our most private and intimate thoughts, all of our imaginations, machinations are laid open and bare, for nothing can be hidden from Papa God, not even our personal proclivities, fascinations, cravings, infatuations, or longings. He sees and knows them all. (Hebrews 4:12 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There is but one way to keep The Sword of The LORD sharpened on both of its sides, in our lives, and that is, by loving Papa God, vertically and inwardly, within the within of our heart, mind, soul, body and with all of our strength, as well as, loving others, horizontally and outwardly, as much as we love ourselves, and with the same love that Papa God loves us with. So, love Papa God and your vertical/inward love shall always stay sharp and be effective, love others and your horizontal/outward love shall always stay sharp and will be completely effective! Stay sharp, my fellow believers and dearly loved friends, by keeping both sides of your sword sharp, with The Stone the builders rejected, The Rock, The Word, Jesus Christ! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/26/15- “Wisdom That Makes Us Sure!” (James 1:5-6)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/26/15- “Wisdom That Makes Us Sure!” (James 1:5-6)

Premise Question: “What can bring us complete assurance, whereby, we are able to absolutely depend, with utter reliance upon, and that will work every time, for everything we encounter, in this life, and will also enable us to experience successful living, other than, the supreme wisdom of Almighty Papa God?

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. (‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭5-6‬ NLT)

When wisdom is required, for anything pertaining to this life, choose to always inquire of Papa God first, for looking to someone or something else is quite deficient and not at all prudent. Do this, by petitioning, through prayer, our beneficently gracious Papa God, for He is ever ready to lavish upon you His bountiful benevolence. When you approach Papa God though, with your request, do not be fearful of a reprimand or His disapproval, for He will not rebuff you, because of your inquiry. But do understand this, that when you do ask Him for anything, it is of the greatest importance and absolutely imperative, that you are relying only upon your faith in Him, to the exclusion of all others and everything else. One more thing, don’t waffle with indecision, swaying back and forth between a juxtaposition, because an individual who tries to straddle the fence, will always be trying to balance and manage the situation, rather than being on one side or the other, with trueheartedness, and thus will always be subject to being weakened, anxious and rattled, thrown and hurled about, by the forces and influences of this life, without ever having any peace or rest. (James 1:5-6 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Answer…it is only Papa God’s Supreme Wisdom alone, that we can absolutely depend and rely upon, with complete assurance, for living a successful life, for there is no one or nothing else, in this life, that will suffice. Ask Papa God today for His Supreme Wisdom and believe, with your whole heart that He will grant your request, and you’ll have it! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/25/15- “We Must Stay Ever Vigilant!” (1 Peter 5:8-9)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/25/15- “We Must Stay Ever Vigilant!” (1 Peter 5:8-9)

Premise Question: Why must we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, be ever aware and vigilant, constantly standing guard, wide awake, at the ready, to thwart the enemy’s tactics and attacks, who is always striving, with the intentional purpose of destroying our very souls?

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. (‭1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭8-9‬ NIV)

Stay wide awake, circumspect, on high alert, with a clear head, temperate, calm and restrained, always being aware of your adversarial antagonist, the enemy of your soul, who is constantly, stealthily lurking, around you, looking for an opportunity, when you’ve let your vigilant guard down, in order to take full and devastating advantage, by pouncing on you like a vociferous, ravenously hungry lion would its unsuspecting prey, ready in waiting to annihilate and then feast upon the dead carcass. You must be ready, at all times and on all occasions, to defiantly stand against him, opposing him with a determined resolute resolve, relying on your strong faith and the strength of The LORD, with the knowledge and understanding, that all your beloved precious members, of The Company of The Redeemed, throughout the the entire earth, are experiencing and enduring the same types of afflictions, persecutions, adversity, distress, misery, discomfort and hardships, so stand firm together, in the struggle. (1 Peter 5:8-9 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Much is at stake, when we let our guard down, by not staying vigilant, alert and clear-headed; our mind and thoughts become cloudy, allowing for and causing our spiritual senses to become dull. It is then, that we become open season, fodder and food for the enemy. We must stay ever vigilant and aware, at the ready, to resist, with a defiant resolve and the strength of our strong faith, and the help of The LORD, to be steadfast in the fight and struggle we are engaged in, with the enemy of our souls. Blessings…
