SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/12- “Papa God’s Unmerited Gracious Favor Is Revealed!” (Titus 2:11-12)

Premise Question: Why are we, The Company of The Redeemed, strongly admonished, with righteous and beneficial words of instruction, to reject godless living that’s filled with always wanting and seeking to please one’s carnal self; but conversely, though, are encouraged and exhorted to be consecrated, while living here in this world, by being fully dedicated and devoted to Papa God, with wisdom and righteous living, in order to be pleasing to Him?

For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, (‭Titus‬ ‭2‬:‭11-12‬ NLT)

For the manifestation of Papa God’s unmerited favor, His mercy and grace, has become visibly clear for all of humankind to see and perceive, and His offering up of His only Son, Jesus Christ, upon the cross, which is an offer of redemption to everyone, should be joyfully celebrated, accepted and gladly received by all. Papa God has accomplished and made this possible by removing, in its entirety, the penalty of sin, which is utter destruction and damnation, being forever separated from His glorious presence and ultimately, eternal death. Papa God gives instruction to each of us, through His Holy Scriptures, on how to refrain from involving ourselves in insufferable, sinfully wicked acts and powerfully luring, seductively earthly, mundane pleasures, and He also gives us the power to live a life that restrains and denies the carnal self, thus giving us the ability to live a rectitude godly life, in this present age and the age to come, (Titus 2:11, 12 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There is this thought, for some, that Papa God has given these strong instructions, because He doesn’t want His children having any fun, or doesn’t want them to experience the real and many enjoyable pleasures of this world; for without them, life is just a bore, without any real satisfaction or enjoyment, being full of nothing but drudgery. Although this may be the thinking of some, it certainly is not the case! For Papa God desires that we experience the complete fullness of joy and all of the blessings and abundance this world has to offer.

Ungodly living and sinful pleasures may be enjoyable for a season, but once the season of planting seeds of sin is over, the resulting harvest surely comes, with all of the repercussions and resulting fruit in tow.

So, it’s for our own good and blessed benefit that we, The Company of The Redeemed, truly accept and follow closely, Papa God’s important instructions for living our lives here in this world, His divine plan of redemption for all of humankind, that He’s left us in His Holy Scriptures, The B-I-B-L-E- which stands for: Basic-Instructions-Before-Leaving-Earth.

Then, we shall forever be in the glorious and victorious eternal presence of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ—Papa God Almighty! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 06/09- “Wise Speech!” (Colossians 4:5-6)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/09- “Wise Speech!” (Colossians 4:5-6)

Premise Question: Why is it so extremely important for members of The Company of The Redeemed to be ardently circumspect in their speech, their personal behavior and deportment towards those who are still unaffiliated; and why should their speech be wonderfully fascinating, filled with intriguing words and concepts that are interesting and pleasantly refreshing to those who are still unacquainted; whenever an opportunity arises to be engaging, with a satisfying and appropriate response for them?

Live wisely among those who are not believers, and make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone. (‭Colossians‬ ‭4‬:‭5-6‬ NLT)

Be prudent, with proper discernment, in regards to the manner of your deportment towards those who presently are not yet a part of The Company of The Redeemed—the family of Papa God. Be compelled, with great temerity, taking full advantage on every occasion of each favorable condition presented to you. Let your interactions with others, through the words that are spoken and exchanged, without exception, be abundantly flavored with expressions that preserve and refresh them and that are filled with favor, goodwill and kindness; this, so you will properly perceive, with complete comprehension and understanding, coming into the full realization of how to respond correctly, with an appropriate reply, to every person you may engage. (Colossians 4:5,6 PDCP)

Bottom Line: It is of the greatest import, that in our approach towards others, the unaffiliated and unacquainted, that we ourselves always remain approachable! It’s never a good approach or idea, nor is it ever very effective, to passionately prove your point and that you are most definitely right, in order to prove that others are definitely wrong! We all were, at one time, definitely lost and wrong; for it is only because of Papa God’s great love, mercy and gracious favor shown toward us, that we were able to approach Him and be made right!

Therefore, may we not ever forget, that it was when we were at our worst, that Papa God gave His best, His Son Jesus, up for us!

We will not ever reach those that we are commissioned to reach and love, if before we even have an opportunity to engage them, we’ve already cut them up, cut them down and literally cut them off!

So, with humility and grace, the gracious favor, mercy and love of The LORD, we should choose to be civil, kind, long suffering, exhibiting a patient endurance, care and great concern for those who are presently unaffiliated, who’ve not yet been captivated by the Good News of The Savior; which is that of being set free, released from darkness and brought into the glorious light and enlightenment of a loving, merciful, full of grace and forgiveness, Almighty Sovereign Papa God.

If it be our true intention to fulfill Papa God’s divine purpose and will for our lives, then we must make our true intentions clear, by obeying and fulfilling The Great Commission and His greatest command, which simply is: Love Him, love others and then, go and tell everyone everywhere about His love for all of humankind!

Here’s an old saying that speaks volumes: “Claim you are right and you will start a fight!”

I’ve shared this acrostic before, but it’s apropos to do it again here. SODA-POP- Seek-Out-Divine-Appointments-Pray-Obey-Persevere! This is something we all should be doing on a daily basis! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/22/15- “Where No Really Means No, And For Good Reason!”

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/22/15- “Where No Really Means No, And For Good Reason!” (Ephesians 5:3-4)

Premise Question: Does “no” still really mean “no” for us today, or is it just an old, strongly worded, strict, antiquated suggestion, that was meant for another time and another people?

Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes—these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. (‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭3-4‬ NLT)

Therefore, because you are members of The Company of The Redeemed, being Papa God’s unique and special beloved children; you should always strive to follow His perfect example, by not allowing any lewd, promiscuous, wanton, evil behaviors or misconduct, that are vile, contaminated, filthy, being utterly defiled, filled with rapacious, covetousness desires, that are entirely indulgent and completely insatiable; for they are sin and shouldn’t ever be practiced or tolerated in midst of The Company of The Redeemed. Furthermore, don’t repeat, engage or participate in, stories that are offensive, which describe indecent, abhorrent and depraved activities, that lack good sense, propriety and discretion, being course, rough, rowdy and filled with raunchy salacious tidbits; for this will never produce anything of value, nor will it ever benefit you in anyway shape or form. The more prudent, wise and a blest alternative way to go, is to always have a heart of thankfulness, filled with gratitude, that declares openly to Papa God your sincere thankfulness and great appreciation, to Him. (Ephesians 5:3-4 PDCP)

Bottom Line: I would say, that “no” does still mean”no” today! We, The people of God, continue to be strongly admonished, by The LORD, to shun entirely, these types of behaviors, practices and activities, and that, for very good reason, as well as, for our own good! Rather, though, we are to be completely immersed and involved, on a daily basis, in voicing and showing our thankfulness to Papa God! Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 12/15/14- “The Paradox Of Our Tongues”

Posted on Updated on

With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. (‭James‬ ‭3‬:‭9-10‬ NIV)

My dear and most beloved family, of The Most High, we have an all too common practice, that is paradoxical in nature, of expressing, by uttering praises and blessings, with acclamation, exaltation, admiration, laudation and commendation unto our LORD and Savior and Papa God, while at the same time, out of the same mouth and with the same tongue, we utter profanity, filled with condemnation, denunciation, abomination, damnation and a commination of curses, of our fellow humankind; which, by the way, were formed, shaped and modeled, by The LORD God Almighty Himself, to be a representation of His Own Likeness. What is this then, that I’m hearing coming from your mouths; both, expressions of appreciation, grateful homage, with high acclaim and devotion, as well as, expressions of profane obscenities that are blasphemous, filled with obloquious hurtful abusive language? My most beloved and cherished fellow family members of The Company of The Redeemed, this should not be occurring, as it is completely unacceptable and incongruent behavior, that should never be a part of our common practice, as believers. (James 3:9-10 PDCP)

Bottom Line: What ends up coming out of our mouths, which is uttered by our tongues, is more often times than naught, determined by the content of our hearts. One more salient point to consider: When we curse others, who have been created in Papa God’s likeness, we in essence, are essentially cursing The Creator of humankind. Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 12/03/14-“O LORD, You Are My God And Are Perfect In All You Do!”

Posted on

Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭25‬:‭1‬ NIV)

Sovereign LORD God Almighty, maker of Heaven and earth and everything therein; You, O LORD, The One True God, are my God! I, Your humble and grateful servant, choose to extol You, with exuberant and extravagant joyful praise and worship. I do this, by lifting my voice and heart in exaltation of Your Holy Name, which is above every name, to the highest place of honor and recognition; for You, O LORD, are always completely faithful in performing, with extraordinarily perfect precision, every gloriously incredible and wonderful thing that You do, have done and will yet do. And this, You have done, from before the very beginning of time, being divinely purposed, planned and determined, as to what is to happen, according to Your desired will and supreme design, which has already been eternally established. (Isaiah 25:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, the people of Almighty God, being members of The Company of The Redeemed, should, without intrepidness, shame or reserve, declare and proclaim to everyone everywhere, that He, The LORD, is The One True God Whom we serve and we should also tell of His glorious gracious acts, as well as, tell all of His great love and wonderful deeds. Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 12/01/14- “Time To Buck Up, Soul!”

Posted on

Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. (‭Psalm‬ ‭42‬:‭11‬ NIV)

Why, O my soul, and for what earthly reason could there ever be an occasion, on which I would ever allow you to stay in a state of despondency, spiraling downward, feeling dejected, disheartened and depressed? Why, O my soul, would you perpetually be distressed and disrupted deep within the within of your inmost being, in disharmony and in complete disarray? Listen up, here’s what you should immediately do, O my soul, because it’s what I’m going to do whether you want or are even ready for me to do so; I put, I place, I fasten tightly, my complete hope, faith and trust, in The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, I do this right now, by worshiping, with exuberant and joyful praise, The LORD God Almighty, my Redeemer and my God! (Psalm 42:11 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We need to have a serious conversation with our soul, expressing to our soul, that no matter what is going on in our life, there is nothing in this world that we should fear or be worried about; for He, The LORD Himself, will quiet and put us at perfect peace, deep within the within of the inmost part of our being. And, He, and He alone, is able to truly satisfy the hunger, quench the thirst and fulfill the deepest longing of our soul. Blessings…
