SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/23- “We’ve Been Granted Freedom To Be Free And To Stay Free!” (Galatians 5:1)
Premise Question: Once any of us has been released from the bondage of sin, having been set free from the perilous darkness and certain death sentence, and are hereby, now a full fledged member of The Company of The Redeemed, having truly tasted and fully experienced the real freedom that only Jesus Christ can provide, with all of its blessings and benefits, why would any of us ever choose to return to our previous state of hopelessness, held in captivity, and in bondage to our sinful plight?
“So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.” (Galatians 5:1 NLT)
It is for our great benefit of individual personal liberty, that Christ has provided freedom to all who choose to become members of The Company of The Redeemed; granting them the ability to move freely, while enjoying all the rights and privileges afforded to them, because they’ve been released and set free from the penalty of sin, which is eternal death and destruction. Therefore, stay strong, firm and resolute in the wonderful knowledge and blessed assurance of your freedom; not allowing yourself to ever become entangled by the strangling cords and heavy weights of the onerous obligations of an agency of oppression, that’s restrictive and controlling, by putting you, once again, back into restraints of bondage and captivity. (Galatians 5:1 PDCP)
Bottom Line: What a great premise question for all of us to ponder, and to seriously, with grave sincerity, consider.
To expound upon the premise question even further; why would any of us, after having tasted and experienced The LORD’s goodness and gentleness, His mercy and kindness, His gracious favor, and real freedom, ever subject ourselves again to being under the influence and control of the brutal authorities, the powers of darkness and evil rulers of this world?
There are many reasons that can possibly be given, even some of them, could quite probably, fall under the heading of mitigating circumstances; but most, if not all of them, can be attributed to our own personal decisions and choices, our own actions, behaviors, thoughts, habits, practices and weaknesses, and especially, our own inappropriate personal desires!
Here are just a select few that we all need to be aware and extremely leery of, for our own benefit and well being, as well as, for the benefit and good of those around us: Isolation, insulation, arrogance and pride, being full of conceit, self confidence and pomposity, given to being slothful and lazy, lacking discipline and integrity, being anemic and weak, due to an insufficient prayer life, a lack of fellowship and intimacy with The LORD—through spending quality time in His Word and a significant and sufficient amount of time in worship and praise of Him, both personally and corporately, with other believers.
We are too prone to worry, self-doubt, self-hate, self-loathing, being fearful, full of anxiety, shame and remorse, allowing ourselves to be overwhelmed by all of this and more, and then, becoming completely exasperated, whereby we end up yielding and then finally succumbing to failure and defeat.
Other mitigating reasons, valid or invalid, perhaps may include sleep deprivation, deception, falling prey to some scheme, snare or trap, thus becoming entangled in an intricate plan and web of deceit and despair, taken advantage of in a moment of weakness and vulnerability, thus becoming entrapped and ensnared by the actions, will and desires of someone else.
Or there is always the established sage wisdom and obvious accepted fact, that a fool and his money, as well as his good reputation, will soon be separated! Added to that sage statement is the one from Solomon: “As a dog returns to his vomit, so too, a fool returns to his own folly!”
But, we are not without hope! Even if we have fallen prey to our own devices or the devices and schemes of others or even life itself and all of its vagaries and vicissitudes! We can be set free, we are set free, we can continue to stay free, if we will not allow ourselves to once again be enslaved by our own devices, and thus, become subject again to the laws of sin, death and the rulers, principalities and authorities of this world! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 07/14- “Confess, Believe, Profess!” (Romans 10:9-10)
Premise Question: Who wants to get saved and as a direct result, receive eternal life, and just what does a person have to do to get saved?
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. (Romans 10:9-10 NIV)
When you, upon your own accord, for no one else can do it for you or on your behalf as a proxy, make an individual, personal confession and declaration of your faith, by professing and declaring openly, with your mouth, that Papa God’s only Son, Jesus Christ, IS The One True Son of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, and therefore, IS LORD of all, both in Heaven and on earth; and you also believe fully, with your whole heart, that Papa God raised His Son, Jesus Christ, from death, hell and the grave, then, you shall from that time on and forevermore be saved, being spared from having to spend an eternity separated from the presence of Papa God—The One True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, Maker of Heaven and earth. Therefore, because you have believed fully, with your whole heart, you are now completely made right and put in right standing with Papa God, cleansed and set free, from all sin and unrighteousness, even to the point of Papa God now looking at you through His Son, and you appearing to Papa God, as if you have never ever transgressed His Holy Law. For it is only when you make your personal confession and profession of faith, with your own mouth, believing in your heart that “Jesus is LORD,” that salvation and eternal life becomes and is yours forevermore! (Romans 10:9-10 PDCP)
Bottom Line: O what joy, what comfort and peace we have and experience, as The LORD Himself gives us great assurance and confidence. For we know, beyond a shadow of doubt, with full certitude, that when we, or anyone else, calls upon The Name of The LORD, by confessing and declaring with our mouth that Jesus Christ is The One True Sovereign LORD and Savior, The only Real Hope of humankind, as He is The One and Only Son of The Most High Papa God, and when we believe fully, within the within of our innermost part of our being, which is our heart, that Papa God raised His One and Only Son—Jesus Christ, from the dead, because death, hell and the grave didn’t have the power or authority to hold Him down. And, because we are fully persuaded, we openly and unashamedly profess our faith, telling others our own personal testimony of salvation, we, in effect, are effectively sharing The Good News with others, and are therefore, forever saved! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/04- “Have Mercy On Me, Papa God!” (Psalms 51:1-2)
Premise Question: Why would Papa God ever entertain hearing our request for mercy or even seriously consider answering our desperation call to be made clean and pure, by removing all our disgusting sin, stigma of guilt and every one of our transgressions of His Holy Law?
Have mercy on me, O God, because of your unfailing love. Because of your great compassion, blot out the stain of my sins. Wash me clean from my guilt. Purify me from my sin. (Psalms 51:1-2 NLT)
Almighty Papa God, The Supreme Sovereign Creator of Heaven and earth, I humbly request that Your kind benevolent forbearance and divine gracious favor be shown towards me, the offender of Your Holy Law. May Your magnanimous mercy be fully consistent with Your inexhaustible, absolutely dependable, never failing, endless love, and that it be in complete agreement with Your remarkable, exceptionally deep empathy and compassion for me; having a strong desire to alleviate completely my desperation, by obliterating and wiping out all of my reproach and disgrace, removing every violation of Your Holy Law. Purge and purify me, taking away entirely, out of existence, every last bit of my wickedness, making me thoroughly clean and spotless of all evil, by removing every one of my transgressions of Your Righteous Law from my life. Bottom Line: How great is Papa God’s unfailing love, His constant care and concern, His depth of enduring compassion for us, His unique and special creation—humankind; for it is way beyond description or compare.
We were in His thoughts and heart even before we were formed in our mother’s womb.
He was well acquainted with us, having a strong inclination and affinity for us, knowing us intimately, every part of us in every way.
It is because of His great love and affection, His strong and not to be denied intent and inclination, as well as His unyielding affinity that He has for us, that He not only hears us, but also responds to our humble and contrite requests, by answering and fulfilling our greatest need; which is to be restored and reconciled back to Him in right relationship and sweet fellowship; being forgiven of all of our sin, having all of our guilt and shame, as well as, having every one of our transgressions of His Holy and most Righteous Law removed from our lives.
He, Papa God, has provided us with the perfect solution to our condition and problem; our irreconcilable differences, our irreparable and irretrievable situation, our indefensible, impossible to resolve and absolve circumstances.
Because Papa God, in His great love, mercy and grace, gave us total resolution and complete absolution, through the sacrifice of His Son upon the cross, for all those who choose to believe and receive His perfect answer and resolve; which solves our greatest problem and need, by absolving us of all our sin, guilt and transgressions, with great efficiency, He thus, has sufficiently removed our deficiency, with His unfailing love, mercy and grace. All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, (1 Peter 1:3 NLT)
Let every forgiven, blood bought, cleansed and washed member, of The Company of The Redeemed, offer extravagant joyful expressions of exuberant praise and worship, with hearts filled to overflowing with gratitude and thanksgiving, unto Papa God, The Father of The Anointed One, His Son, our LORD and Savior, The Messiah, Jesus Christ. For it is truly only due to Papa God’s august, unsurpassed, benevolent compassion and goodwill shown towards all of humankind, that we have been given this wonderful opportunity to be revitalized and have a fresh start, a new beginning, and that, because Papa God reanimated, by His Spirit, the body of His crucified and buried Son, Jesus Christ from death, hell and the grave. And furthermore, that is the very reason why we can live now, with such an overwhelming sense of joy and hope filled expectations. (1 Peter 1:3 PDCP)
Bottom Line: How are we to live? Circumspectly, honoring and obeying The Commands of The LORD; which are, love Papa God and love people!
Why? In order to fulfill Papa God’s will and divine purpose for our lives!
What state of mind? The mind of Jesus Christ; which is, to walk humbly, love being merciful and be a person of integrity, honor and peace!
What frame of reference? Live with the full assurance and confidence of The LORD’S Spirit living in you, knowing that you are more than a conquering victorious overcomer, through Jesus Christ, your saving, all encompassing and empowering, LORD and Redeemer! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/12- “Sin Has Lost Its Venomous Stinger!”
(1 Corinthians 15:56-57)
Premise Question: Why was sin given such power, for what purpose was sin given such authority and how does sin wield its power over humankind?
For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power. But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:56-57 NLT)
Sin acts as a stinger, injecting a venom into each one us that is extremely painful, absolutely lethal, being quite deadly. It has the full weight, authority and power, of Papa God’s righteous law behind it. But, all thanks and praise goes to Papa God, for providing the anti-venom, through the shed blood of His Son, our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ! For He and He alone, is the only truly efficacious antidote, graciously made available to us, that completely counter-acts the power of the law of sin and death, and in so doing, gives us all, every member of The Company of The Redeemed, a most excellent and gloriously triumphant, veritable victory, an absolutely huge success over all sin and death. (1 Corinthians 15:56-57 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Papa God established and gave His Holy Law, in order to judge sin in humankind. Sin was given the full backing and support of Papa Gods Holy Law, in order to carry out the just recompense, upon all of humankind, by paying just wages to each one, according to their own sinful practices and transgressions of His Holy Law.
Sin was given great authority, for the express purpose of clearly pointing out the sheer futility and inadequacy of humankind ever being able to even begin to attempt to try and satisfy the righteous requirements of Papa Gods Holy Law; for it is an absolute impossibility to do so! But, with Papa God, all things are possible, especially to those who will place their complete faith and trust in Him!
Finally, sin wields its lethal, legal power and authority over all of humankind, with dire consequences and curses, punishing and torturing, the sinner, which ultimately ends in eternal separation from Papa God’s presence, in eternal punishment and death.
All thanks and praise to You, Papa God and Your Righteous Servant, who came and fulfilled every righteous requirement of Your Holy Law; thereby, providing complete victory over sin, death, hell and the grave, giving all who believe and receive Your Son, as their personal LORD and Savior, eternal salvation and an ESCAPE from eternal death!

Premise Question: Besides the obvious and most excellent benefit of receiving everlasting life; what is the greatest benefit, being the most helpful one, for living our lives now, that we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, have received as a direct result of having The Spirit of Papa God living in our finite, being perishable, earthly bodies?
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. (Romans 8:11 NLT)
Not only have you been put right with Papa God, but when His Spirit, The Holy Spirit, which is the One who was charged with the responsibility of restoring life back into The Savior’s deceased earthly body, by raising Him up from the grave, has taken up permanent residence within you; then, you too shall have your finite, being temporal and perishable, earthly body restored back to life, in the very same way and manner that The LORD had His earthly body restored, as this also is accomplished by and through the same Spirit of Papa God that now lives and resides within the within of your innermost being. Bottom Line: The greatest benefit that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, have and enjoy, is full, free and unfettered access to the empowering presence, comfort and refreshing, as well as, the divine guidance and wisdom of Papa God’s Spirit, The Holy Spirit; who helps us to overcome and be victorious in every area of our lives, but especially in the intense struggle that rages within each one of us between our old sinful nature and its desires and our new life and its new nature that desires to honor and please Papa God. Premise Question: What is the most important decision that each one of us, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, must necessarily make on a daily basis?
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 NLT)
By my own free will, I have chosen to put to death the person I once was. I do this continually, each day, by personally choosing to identify with Christ’s crucifixion; and therefore, I lay my life down and die daily to my old self, and then, I follow Him only. For now, it is the life of Christ living inside of me that leads, guides, directs, motivates and sustains every part of my life, spirit, soul and body. My existence, as I live and breathe here on this earth, is now lived out of my faith and my complete trust placed in Jesus Christ, The One and only Son of The One True Sovereign Papa God, who showed His love for me, by personally laying His life down; thereby, immediately paying the ransom required and demanded, for the redemption of my life. (Galatians 2:20 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There comes a time, in the life of every believer, when, with much humility and sincerity, a decision must and should be made, to no longer live for one’s own desires and pleasures. For that time, at the moment of our salvation, has already come and past and should be long gone; the time where one lives their life for and only unto themselves, being self-centered, self-indulged and completely self-consumed. So, it is therefore, much wiser and much more prudent, to put to death the old flesh and self-life and allow the new life and walk of faith to come fully alive, along with the wonderful blessings and benefits attached to living a new self-less life, and no longer living the flesh self-life, which produces dire curses and consequences. Because Christ now lives in me, and I now live my life in Christ, He lives in me, through me and for others! This is the most important decision that we, as believers and members of The Company of The Redeemed, must necessarily make each and every day of our lives! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/23/15- “We All Fall Woefully Short And Are Excruciatingly Inadequate!” (Romans 3:23-24)
Premise Question: Is there any amount of effort or exercise, that we could make or do, on our own behalf, that would be successful in acquiring or producing the desired result of redemption for our soul; or would it all just be an exercise in futility?
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God freely and graciously declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. (Romans 3:23-24 NLT)
No one can escape the demand and righteous requirement of what is owed. As a direct result of humankind’s sin, everyone is woefully inadequate to even begin to have the ability of measuring up to the excellence and pure light of the holiness and righteousness of Papa God. Yet, all of us are declared innocent, guiltless, totally absolved of all of our sin, being completely justified, as if we had never entered into sin. This was provided and freely given to us, through and by His wonderful grace, although, this grace was not free, in the sense that it cost nothing, for it cost Papa God, The Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, everything, as they paid the ultimate price for our certain redemption. His atonement completely covered and satisfied the full amount owed for our redemption and total deliverance from sin and death; all of this came through Jesus Christ, The One True Sovereign LORD God Almighty and Savior of humankind! (Romans 3:23-24 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Without the intervention and gracious help of The LORD, we all fall woefully short, as we are completely ill equipped and excruciatingly inadequate to effect the necessary transformative change that must take place in our individual lives, in order to experience a new and redemptive life of eternal joy and peace forevermore. Otherwise, any other course of action or path we choose to take in life, is utterly doomed from the start, and therefore, would be pointless, useless, inconsequential and absurd, as it would be completely ineffective, worthless, without merit or reward, and would for certain be an abject exercise in futility. Let us choose the only way and path that leads to righteousness, peace and joy and an eternal escape from death and damnation, freeing us from the sure penalty of death and destruction, that freely grants us eternal life. Choose life! Choose Christ! Blessings…
