SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/29- “Restore Our Joy!” (Psalms 51:12)
Premise Question: Does any of Papa God’s dearly beloved children, have the capability of experiencing the fullness of His joy and His gracious gift of redeeming salvation, without initially approaching Him, with a humble and broken spirit and a heart that’s inclined towards and willing to obey Him?
Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. (Psalms 51:12 NLT)
Bring me, Your humble, broken and extremely grateful servant, back to the place and moment where You first shared with me the epitome and very essence of Your complete joy, in it’s highest degree and fullest measure, Your salvation, my redemption. I entreat You, Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, to bestow upon me, Your humble, broken and full of gratitude servant, a right disposition in my spirit, with a willing heart that’s determined to always honor and obey You; for only You, O Lord, can truly sustain me. (Psalm 51:12 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Quick answer: Nope! For although it is Papa God, through His Son Jesus Christ, His Holy Scriptures and by the power and personal presence of The Holy Spirit’s influence, guidance and the pouring out into and upon our lives, of His comfort, peace and joy, which restores our soul, renews our spirit, refreshes our body and returns us back to The LORD, in right relationship, in order to fully experience the sweet fellowship and the full and the complete restoration of His joy and His redeeming, merciful and gracious, personal deliverance—even the salvation of our entire being, without true humility being expressed by an individual, which is a broken and contrite spirit, it is a complete and total impossibility.
For it truly is He, and only He, The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, our loving and most merciful and gracious Papa God, who has the ability to renew and refresh, revitalize and restore us back to Him, as His joyful delight and His emancipated, set free to worship and adore Him, precious and beloved very own children.
We should therefore, desperately want and seek to be restored by the joy of His salvation, for we all are in dire need of it! And we can only find, acquire and get it, though, if we are inclined towards and willing to obey Him, with a humble heart that’s broken and contrite.
The LORD GOD Almighty is no respecter of persons, so if you desperately want and earnestly seek Him, and desire to do His will and to be restored with the joy of His salvation, in your life, you will only find Him, if you seek Him with all of your heart, in humility, brokenness and obedience.
Remember, The LORD says that He will never turn away from, refuse or despise, a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart. (Psalm 51:17)
Restore our joy, O LORD! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/06- “Just This One Thing!” (Psalms 27:4)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/06- “Just This One Thing!” (Psalms 27:4)
Premise Question: What should we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, aspire to become, as it relates to this unique request and deep desire of the Psalmist David?
The one thing I ask of the LORD — the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple. (Psalms 27:4 NLT)
The consummate existence and supreme experience that I am requesting of You, O LORD, for it is my ultimate quest and the thing I earnestly desire and urgently chase after; is to dwell in the place of Your manifest presence, Your heavenly abode, for every day of my earthly existence and even extending beyond my mortal existence into eternity, to always enjoy The LORD GOD Almighty’s excellence and His holiness, being allowed to stay in deep contemplation and thought, while ruminating and worshiping forever in The Temple of The Most High. (Psalms 27:4 PDCP)
Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, should aspire to become The LORD’s “Sanctuary of Praise” (Psalms 68:35, 27:6) “Temple of Worship” (Psalms 5:7, 138:2) “House of Prayer” (Luke 19:46, Isaiah 56:7) “House of Power” (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 2:4, Ephesians 1:19) and His authentic “Household of Faith” (Galatians 6:10, Titus 3:14, James 1:27). I leave you with a scripture, which I believe, encompasses it all!
O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory. Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy. I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night. Because you are my helper, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings. I cling to you; your strong right hand holds me securely. (Psalms 63:1-8 NLT) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/27- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/27- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)
Premise Question: What activity, desire, goal or aim or relationship, in this life, that we could chase after, strive for or be involved in, would yield more, with the greatest and most advantageous benefits for living a flourishing, successful life, now and in the life to come, than being eager to know and obey Papa God’s Word?
Give me an eagerness for your laws rather than a love for money! Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word. (Psalms 119:36-37 NLT)
Grant me a voracious appetite, Papa God, that is far greater, in scope and magnitude, than for any other strong affectionate affinity, that I may be overwhelmed or consumed with in this world, including money; that I may always desire to devour Your precepts, statues and commands! I ask You, Papa God, to give me the desire, fortitude and discernment, to always avert my attention, my gaze, focus and unhealthy infatuations, away from those things that are set before my eyes, in this life, that are despicable in Your eyes; things that are of no use, are devoid of any intrinsic value, being completely empty and futile, but, please do continue, Papa God, to grant me a life full of meaning and value, through Your vivacious life giving, satisfying and fulfilling, Word. (Psalms 119:36-37 PDCP)
Bottom Line: According to Papa God’s Holy Word, nothing compares with eagerly desiring to know Him intimately and to fulfilling His will and purpose for our lives, by obeying, adhering and following closely, His precepts, statues and commands found within His Holy Writ; for no life lived without His love, mercy and grace, His guidance and direction, His peace, joy and comfort, is a life lived to the maximum enjoyment, for this life and the life to come! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 02/29- “Delights And Desires!” (Psalms 37:4)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/29- “Delights And Desires!” (Psalms 37:4)
Premise Question: What does it mean to take delight in The LORD, and just how does one do it?
“Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires.”
(Psalms 37:4 NLT)
Be filled with rapturous joy and gleeful delight, as you enter into, being fully engaged in, the presence of The LORD, and He, The LORD GOD Almighty Himself, shall lavishly endow and bestow upon you, by granting and fulfilling your deepest longings and cravings, that, with assured certitude, shall bring you great satisfaction, fulfillment, refreshing and utter enjoyment, with perfect peace, being established in the innermost and deepest part of your unique disposition and inclination, at the very center of who you are and were divinely created, with purpose, to become. (Psalm 37:4 PDCP) Blessings…
Bottom Line: The true and authentic understanding of what it means to take delight in The LORD and how one truly does it, starts with our heart and attitude towards Him—in giving Him the honor, respect and reverential awe that is due Him—in how we choose to celebrate and cherish Him and His matchless, being the most magnificent and splendidly glorious Name, which is above and beyond every other name known and unknown to humankind—in our gleeful rejoicing and in our abandoned joyful praise and worship offered to Him, as He is to reign supreme above everyone and everything else in our lives—in our devotion and service to Him, offering, submitting and yielding our time, treasure and talent unto Him for the accomplishment and fulfillment of His divine purpose and will for our lives, which will, as a direct result of our actions and attitude, be absolutely pleasing to Him, as well as greatly benefit us, in that He will grant us the true desires of our heart—and finally, a true and positive indication (sign) that proves that we are taking delight in The LORD is, by and through our adoration, admiration, appreciation and obedience to Him and His wonderfully perfect, life-giving Holy Word! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/16- “My Soul And My Spirit Aches And Craves For You, Oh LORD, For Your Wise Judgements, Your Justice And Righteousness, Both At Night And At Dawn!” (Isaiah 26:9)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/16- “My Soul And My Spirit Aches And Craves For You, Oh LORD, For Your Wise Judgements, Your Justice And Righteousness, Both At Night And At Dawn!” (Isaiah 26:9)
Premise Question: What is significant about the times, during the night watches or in the light of day, that one aches and craves for the presence of The LORD in their life?
My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. (Isaiah 26:9 NIV)
Oh that my soul would experience your divine presence upon the night watches, for I am in desperate need of You, Oh LORD! And when the morning finally arrives, my heart and spirit earnestly desires and longs for Your manifest presence. For Your righteousness, Oh LORD, can only be truly learned and experienced, when You bring Your just and wise judgements upon the earth and humankind. (Isaiah 26:9 PDCP)
Bottom Line: During the night, one can tend to think about all that has transpired during the day, replaying it over and over, again and again, in their mind, rehearsing every little detail of what happened, and what could have been done or said differently, not able to get resolve, relief or any restful sleep, but continues to toss and turn, being in great turmoil; while in the morning, one needs the courage and strength of The LORD, in order to face the new day, with the old challenges of yesterday and the uneasiness and trepidation of what the new day may proffer. All too often, though, the case seems to be, as if, one does not need the presence of The LORD in their life during the day, while it is still light, and therefore, may have the proverbial attitude of, “I’ve got this,” when in reality, truth be known, you don’t! And finally, it truly is the case, that the world at large, including all of humankind, will truly only know of Papa God’s righteousness through His just and wise judgements. Blessings…
