SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/02/15- “He Endured It All, For All!” (Isaiah 53:5)

Premise Question: Did the prophet Isaiah get it right, in regard to the absolute specifics, of his descriptive prognostications, of what The Anointed One would have to go through, on behalf of humankind, in order for them to be restored to a right relationship and fellowship with Papa God, The Creator?

But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭53‬:‭5‬ NLT)

It was not for His own transgressions, that The Savior’s head was punctured with a crown of thorns and His side run through with a soldier’s spear, but for our own transgressions and evil deeds; nor was He humiliated, shamed, pounded with fists and severely bruised, for His sin, for He was without sin, but for ours. He took such a beating for us, that He became completely unrecognizable, by taking upon Himself the punishment and chastening meant for us, in order, that we might have the ability to be in a righteous, being full of peace and joy, relationship with Papa God, The Creator. He, The LORD, took and received the blows of a vicious and most nefarious whip, as He was flogged and thrashed with a lash, on our behalf, for our healing. (Isaiah 53:5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We all should daily be continually giving thanks, with a heart filled with gratitude, for what Papa God and His Son, our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ has done for us, by choosing to go through and joyfully endure, all that He did. The prophet Isaiah was completely 100 percent correct, being exact, in every detail of his future prognostications, concerning The Anointed One! He was punctured and pierced: (John 19:2,34, Matthew 27:29) He was humiliated, shamed and beaten with fists: (Matthew 26:67-68, 27:28-30) He was whipped for our healing: (John 19:1, Matthew 27:26, 1Peter 2:24) He is, without any doubt, The King of kings! The LORD of Lords, The Redeemer and Savior, of humankind! He endured it all, taking a pounding, undeserved, for all of us, who do deserve, all chastisement and punishment, but He took it upon Himself, by taking our place. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/01/15- “He, Came To Serve!” (Matthew 20:28)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/01/15- “He, Came To Serve!” (Matthew 20:28)

Premise Question: As a member in good standing, of The Company of The Redeemed, are you following the example of Christ, by making yourself available to Him, in order to serve others, and then, are you actively looking for opportunities to do so; or are you, in fact, just sitting back, waiting and looking, with the expectation of an entitlement attitude, of wanting and expecting to be served by others?

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (‭Matthew‬ ‭20‬:‭28‬ NLT)

So, it was Papa God’s only Son, Jesus Christ, who came to earth, as a humble and obedient servant, not to be served, by all of humanity, but to serve all of humanity, by meeting their greatest need, of faithfully serving in the role of an absolutely necessary Redeemer; thereby, volunteering to lay down His life, in order to purchase their lives. (Matthew 20:28 PDCP)

Bottom Line: It has been said, that there are primarily two different kinds of people in the world, (church) those who are looking to serve and those who are looking to be served! That actually works out well, as the one who wants to serve will always have plenty of opportunities to serve those who are looking to be served. This, ironically and beneficially, works both ways! A wonderful example of this scenario took place on a weekly basis, in a community of believers that I was greatly honored and privileged to personally minister with and see this incredible dynamic, of serving and being served, carried out, with diligence, in a beautiful way. The ministry was called LAF, (Loaves and Fishes) which served a weekly hot meal, that coincided with an encouraging word and service, personal ministry, follow up, referrals and also sent home, with each of them who came out for the meal and ministry time, about 40 to 60 lbs of groceries and personal necessities. The entire ministry was staffed and facilitated with volunteers from the community of believers. Those who served those who were in need of being served, ended up receiving the greater blessing, for it truly is more blessed to serve than to be served! Another ongoing result of the ministry, was that, many of those who had come for the ministry and were being served, eventually, became joyful volunteer servers, in the LAF ministry, and then, they too, received the greater blessing, of serving, rather than being served. Before Christ, we were in great need of being served by Christ, but now that we’ve been served by Him, we should now become His faithful servant, by serving others. So, as Jesus came to serve, rather than to be served, we too, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, should have this same attitude and mind, the mind of Christ! We are to follow the example of Christ, by being what Christ like means: An authentic Christian! I leave you with two very poignant scriptures: #1. For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” (‭Luke‬ ‭19‬:‭10‬ NLT) #2. Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.” (‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭21‬ NLT) He came to serve, seek and save the lost, and now, He is sending us to do the same…Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/30/15- “Retirement Plan? Pick One!” (Romans 6:23)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/30/15- “Retirement Plan? Pick One!” (Romans 6:23)

Premise Question: What are the stark contrasts and differences, when compared side by side, between the two eternal retirement, (benefits/plans) packages being offered, by Papa God through His Son Jesus Christ, to all of humankind?

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. (‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23‬ NLT)

The renumeration and recompense you’ll forever be paid, because of your sin, is eternal separation from Papa God’s presence, utter destruction and spiritual death, but the undeserved serendipitous and really generous gift, that Papa God has made available to you and which is absolutely free, without any cost to you, is everlasting, without end, eternal life, provided by His Son, our LORD, Jesus Christ, through His death on the cross. (Romans 6:23 PDCP)

Alternate PDCP: If you allow sin to master you, by serving its desires, then sin will reward you with death, as your compensation; where as, if you choose to accept God’s overture of being joined together with Him in a Holy Union, through His Son Jesus Christ, then, He rewards you with a perpetual, ceaseless, without end, eternal life of joy and perfect bliss. (Rom.6:23 PDCP)

Bottom Line: As we go through the passion week, I believe this particular scripture aptly sums up for us, perfectly, the “why for reason” and the “what for purpose” of the events that transpired during that week. Within the “why for reason,” was; because of the love The Creator has for all of His creation, He wanted to be reunited with them in a joyful and righteous, intimate relationship, in order to once again experience sweet fellowship, which had been broken and utterly destroyed by sin. And, the “why for purpose,” was to restore the relationship, by redeeming them and restoring their life, even eternal life, to His creation. So, Papa God has proffered two distinctly different and starkly contrasting choices for us to choose, as our eternal retirement (benefits/plans) package. One is based entirely on your own individual life and you being paid in full, wages for every sinful behavior, activity, deed, attitude, motive, wrongdoing, wickedness, thought, you may have. While the other, is based entirely on the perfect and sinless life of The Savior, who has paid in full, all that the righteous law of Papa God required, satisfying it completely. Enrollment is presently open to everyone. Everyone that chooses to respond has been pre-approved, pre-qualified and pre-selected, made possible through the death of Papa God’s Son, Jesus Christ, on the cross. A deposit and contribution has been made, by His Spirit, on your behalf, in your name. Papa God’s perfect retirement plan for us is to exchange the wages we would be paid for our sin, for His free gift of salvation and eternal life! Here is the two retirement packages, side by side, to compare, that are proffered, by Papa God, to all of humankind.
HEAVEN…………………………………………….HELL
*Eternal life………………………………………*Eternal death
*Humility………………………………………….*Humiliation
*Perfect light…………………………………….*Outer darkness
*No more tears or fears……………………..*Weeping and gnashing of teeth
*Plenty to eat and drink……………………..*Constant hunger and thirst
*Forever in the LORD’S presence………..*Outside the presence of Papa God
*Never alone or lonely………………………..*Lonely and left all alone
*Always joyful and happy……………………*Always depressed and tortured
*Perfect health/glorified body………………*Constant suffering, without relief
*Overwhelming joy and peace……………..*Burning with a fire that never stops
*Clean/clear air and atmosphere………….*Constant stench of burning sulphur
…………………………………………………..and searing flesh
*Completely paid in full, as if………………..*Never ending wages being paid, for
you had never even sinned……………………..every sin you’ve ever committed.
*Forever free………………………………………*Incarcerated forever

One choice leads to hearing: “Well done!” While the other choice leads to hearing: “You’re done in!” Choose wisely, make the smart pick, the wise choice, select the best retirement plan ever provided! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/27/15- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/27/15- “Beyond Eager To Know And Obey Your Word!” (Psalms 119:36-37)

Premise Question: What activity, desire, goal or aim or relationship, in this life, that we could chase after, strive for or be involved in, would yield more, with the greatest and most advantageous benefits for living a flourishing, successful life, now and in the life to come, than being eager to know and obey Papa God’s Word?

Give me an eagerness for your laws rather than a love for money! Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word. (‭Psalms‬ ‭119‬:‭36-37‬ NLT)

Grant me a voracious appetite, Papa God, that is far greater, in scope and magnitude, than for any other strong affectionate affinity, that I may be overwhelmed or consumed with, in this world, including money; that I may always desire to devour Your precepts, statues and commands! I ask You, Papa God, to give me the desire, fortitude and discernment, to always avert my attention, my gaze, focus and unhealthy infatuations, away from those things that are set before my eyes, in this life, that are despicable in Your eyes; things that are of no use, are devoid of any intrinsic value, being completely empty and futile, but, please do continue, Papa God, to grant me a life full of meaning and value, through Your vivacious life giving, satisfying and fulfilling, Word. (Psalms 119:36-37 PDCP)

Bottom Line: According to Papa God’s Word, nothing compares with eagerly desiring to know Him intimately and to fulfilling His will and purpose, for our lives, by obeying, adhering and following closely, His precepts, statues and commands found within His Holy Writ; for no life lived without His love, mercy and grace, His guidance and direction, His peace, joy and comfort, is a life lived to the maximum enjoyment, for this life and the life to come! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/21/15- “Freedom To Serve In Love” (Galatians 5:13)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/21/15- “Freedom To Serve In Love” (Galatians 5:13)

Premise Question: What is the greatest temptation, for the most part, given the blessings that have been bestowed upon us here in America, that The Church has to overcome, in order to fulfill the reason and purpose Papa God has given us the freedom we enjoy?

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬ NLT)

The freedom that Papa God has granted all of us to experience, enjoy and live in, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, was not given to us, so that we could spend it all upon ourselves, by satisfying and gratifying our own sinful desires of the flesh. Rather, though, it’s been given to us, so that we would be fully equipped, with every provision, in order to have the necessary capacity and ability, to love and serve others, with our freedom and blessings. (Galatians 5:13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: I truly believe, that The Church in America, has been extremely blessed for the divine purpose and reason of having the great ability to bless and reach those who are less fortunate. I believe that Papa God has given us, The United States, a trust. He desires that we be good, honorable and faithful servants, to utilize what He’s given us to reach and bless those, first, who are amongst us, then, those who are outside the church, and finally, to the rest of the world. So we’ve been given a choice, of how we are going to use our new found freedom and blessings: #1. We can choose to enjoy and use the blessings of our freedom, by spending the biggest portion upon ourselves, building our own kingdoms, by satisfying and fulfilling our own desires, goals and dreams. Or, instead, #2. We can choose to use our new found freedom to love and serve others, by meeting their needs, helping them to get on the path that see them succeed in life; thereby, fulfilling Papa God’s commands, His will and purpose, and one of the main reasons He for granted us freedom in the first place, which, if we’ll do, will highly please Him! And that’s a good thing. Let’s begin to inquire of The LORD, as to what He wants us to spend and use our freedom and blessings on, rather than always lavishly spending it all upon ourselves. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/20/15- “In Shape Physically VS Cross Fit Spiritually!” (1 Timothy 4:8)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/20/15- “In Shape Physically VS Cross Fit Spiritually!”
(1 Timothy 4:8)

Premise Question: Being “in shape” physically versus being in “cross fit” shape spiritually, which is most important for living?

“Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” (‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬ NLT)

Although, while daily working out one’s physical body, with due diligence, in order to stay in shape and be physically fit, is commendable; it doesn’t even begin to hold the light of a single lit candle, when compared to the immeasurably preferred, being much superior, longer lasting, with greater value, and with many more impactive results and benefits, to that, of a daily routine that is diligently deliberate, with specific exercises and instruction in righteousness, for a total and necessary, spiritual transformation within us, not only for today, but for a far reaching, into the future and even infinitely beyond, invaluable greater purpose. (1 Timothy 4:8 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Being physically fit definitely has some significant value for being able to perform and function in everyday life, but, being spiritually fit is significantly much more important, as it is absolutely beyond invaluable, not only for everyday life, in every way possible or imaginable, but for the long haul, as well; reaching beyond the present day existence and into an infinite future, without end. So, we ought not to neglect entirely, a daily workout routine for our physical bodies, but that definitely should not be our primary focus, as the physical is only temporal; but we ought to choose the more excellent, wise and prudent way, of growing, developing and staying
“in shape” spiritually, by being in “cross fit” shape. Check out (Jude 1:20) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/18/15- “Who We Tell, How We Warn, What We Teach And Why!” (Colossians 1:28)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/18/15- “Who We Tell, How We Warn, What We Teach And Why!” (Colossians 1:28)

Premise Question: Who do we, The Company of The Redeemed, tell about Jesus Christ, how do we warn them, what do we teach them and why?

So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ. (‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭28‬ NLT)

So, because the message, of Christ living in us, is no longer a long kept secret, we, The Company of The Redeemed, are now compelled to announce and make known, to everyone everywhere, The Good News about the truth of who Jesus Christ really is. We do this, with the divine wisdom Papa God has imparted to us and with a sense of great urgency, by admonishing and instructing everyone, giving them clear notice to be on alert and to become keenly aware, by personally acquainting themselves with Jesus Christ. All of which is done, in order to affect their personal involvement and connection to The LORD Jesus Christ, so that, when they are personally introduced to Papa God, they will be without flaw, defect or fault, being in an absolutely perfect relationship with Jesus Christ. (Colossians 1:28 PDCP)

Bottom Line: WHO, do we tell about Jesus Christ, by making Him known, through our own personal testimonies, declaration of His Word and proclamations of His greatness? Everyone everywhere: Including, but not limited too, immediate family, extended family, friends and associates, our neighbors and co-workers, fellow citizens and non-citizens alike, even, if possible, and the doors open for you to go, which would allow it to happen, to every nation and people group, no matter where they may be, in the whole earth. HOW, do we warn those we tell about Jesus Christ? With the divine wisdom that Papa God has given us, and by becoming authentic living examples of Papa God’s love, grace, mercy, truth and compassion, through our sacrificial service, of ministering to the needs of others, not just with words, but with our actions and good deeds, as well, and that, with great joy, thanksgiving and a grateful heart. WHAT, do we teach those we’ve told about Jesus Christ? To love Papa God and love people, to share the Good News with others, to know and comprehend the truth about grace, to seek and have a clear knowledge and full understanding of Papa God’s will and purpose for their lives, to accept that their faith in Jesus Christ has set them free from the restraints and results of sin, allowing them to walk in and experience all the benefits of freedom, and finally, to live a life that will always bring honor and glory, as well as, be pleasing to Papa God. WHY, do we do all this? In order to be able to introduce them to Papa God, as individuals who have grown and fully matured into a flourishing and satisfying relationship with Jesus Christ, their LORD and Savior. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/15/15- “Teach Me!” (Psalm 143:10)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/15/15- “Teach Me!” (Psalms 143:10)

Premise Question: When we ask Papa God to teach us and to keep our feet on firm footing, does that necessarily mean that our path will always be smooth, without any ruts, cracks, bumps, or one that’s fraught with danger, peril and difficult challenges?

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing. (‭Psalms‬ ‭143‬:‭10‬ NLT)

Instruct me, your humble and reliant servant, to always desire to do your bidding, in order to fulfill Your will and purpose for my life, by putting You, O LORD, first and foremost in everything in my life’s journey. For You and You alone are my Almighty Sovereign Papa God, there is no other! I ask that Your loving and most merciful, being full of gracious favor, Holy Spirit would always direct and guide every step I take, upon the path forward, of my sojourn in this life. No matter what I may encounter upon the path You’ve chosen for me, I humbly request that You keep my feet from stumbling off or straying from, Your path. (Psalm 143:10 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Quick answer to the Premise Question: NOPE! But Papa God has given us many assurances that we should not be frightened, concerned or overwhelmed, with what we may face or encounter, while traveling upon our path in life. After all, He has clearly told us that we would have trouble, trial and tribulation in this life, but He also said not to worry about any of that, because He has overcome all of it for us! (John 14:1,16:33) For even in the midst of all of it, He is faithful to give us His joy, peace and comfort.
(1 Thessalonians 3:3-8) For He promises to never abandon or forsake us. (Deuteronomy 31:6, Hebrews 13:5) We are told not, at any time or any occasion or circumstance, to fear evil or what may happen to us, for He, The LORD, will always be there beside us! (Psalm 23) And finally: We should start every day, with Psalm 40:8, as our opening salvo, in our daily prayers. The message of this verse is: That it should be our utmost desire to do His will, above all else, each and every moment, of each and every day! “Teach Me!”

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/13/15- “We Know That We Know!” (Romans 8:28)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/13/15- “We Know That We Know!” (Romans 8:28)

Premise Question: Does “everything,” really, truly mean, “everything,” with no exceptions or mitigating circumstances, that would influence how we may accept or perceive what happens to us, or that we may go through in life; including, but not limited to, the onerous, the heinous, or any suffering we may have to endure, or even the strange and the most difficult to make any sense of?

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. (‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬ NLT)

And we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, being fully assured, that we know that we know, having already accepted as established fact, that Papa God does all things well, and that He is able to utilize and bring together, simultaneously and in conjunction with, any and all things that may happen, transpire or occur, to us, in a perfectly harmonious way, absolutely everything, for all those who’ve devoted themselves entirely to loving and obeying Papa God; having accepted His personal invitation to come to Him, by allowing Him to accomplish and fulfill His divinely inspired will and purpose for their existence and their very reason for living. (Romans 8:28 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Absolute YES! “Everything,” literally means, absolutely “Everything!” For Papa God doesn’t allow anything to be wasted, that happens to us or that we may go through, whether or not it is of our own doing or the doings of someone or something else, not of our own doing! He will, with perfection, utilize every little bit of every part and partial of everything, whether it be humongous in impact or minuscule in impact, to our lives, for our benefit; in order to accomplish His divine purpose and will for our lives. So, we should not ever think it’s strange, (1Peter 4:12) nor should we ever be ashamed, for any reason, because of our testimony, (2 Timothy 1:8) we should stay strong, (2 Timothy 2:1) always give thanks, (1 Thessalonians 5:18) count it all joy, (James 1:2) always being full of joy, (1 Thessalonians 5:16) endure suffering, as a good soldier, (2 Timothy 2:3) be patient in afflictions, (Romans 12:12) always waiting on The LORD, (Isaiah 40:31) not ever growing tired and giving up in doing good to others, especially to those that are Papa God’s own, (Galatians 6:9-10) and finally, no matter what, always rejoice and don’t ever stop rejoicing, praising and praying to Papa God; because, we know that we know, that He will use everything that happens to us, for our own benefit and good and the ultimate accomplishment of His divinely designed and inspired will and purpose for a our lives! (Philippians 4:4, 1 Thessalonians 5:17) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/07/15- “Made Right With Papa God!” (2 Corinthians 5:21)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/07/15- “Made Right With Papa God!”
(2 Corinthians 5:21)

Premise Question: How and for what divine purpose are we brought back into a right and proper relationship with Papa God?

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭21‬ NLT)

For Jesus Christ, Papa God’s own beloved, perfect and without sin, Son. Who was not acquainted in the least little bit, with any kind of sin ever, was treated, by His Papa, as if He were the worst of all sinners; when He became the sacrificial proxy, a stand-in, for every transgression and sin of the whole of humankind. So that, they could be brought back into a justly approved, right and acceptable relationship with Papa God, through Jesus Christ, acting as their Intermediary. (2 Corinthians 5:21 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The how is: Papa God’s gift to humankind, in the person of Jesus Christ, who was the Great Facilitator, when He took upon Himself all of humankind sins, standing in our place, for the just judgment of our sin, by becoming the perfect sacrificial offering upon The Cross, thereby, satisfying the righteous requirements of Papa God’s Holy Law, which through, we then, are returned back to Papa God, in right relationship, approved and acceptable unto Him. The for what divine purpose is: So that we can make a personal appeal to others; “Come back to Papa God!” We do this, through the powerful persuasion of The Word of Papa God, the example of the love of Jesus Christ, our love for others, and through the power and the anointing of The Holy Spirit, which empowers the believer with unction to witness, compelling and persuading others to be reconciled back to Papa God! Let’s do this! Let’s allow The Holy Spirit to accomplish Papa God’s divine purpose through us! Blessings…
