SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/06- “Note To Self—Then Too Everyone Else!” (James 1:2-3)

Premise Question: Is there ever any good thing that can come, when we, The Company of The Redeemed, choose to complain, mumble, grumble or groan; rather than, looking at it with joy and considering it a privileged opportunity to grow and see the purpose and will of Papa God revealed in us?

“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.” (‭‭James‬ ‭1:2-3‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Acknowledge, accept and embrace the difficult times in your life. Recognize them all, as honored and privileged opportunities, to experience the ultimate in pure delight, with great felicity, my dearly beloved fellow members in The Company of The Redeemed. For whenever, whomever and wherever you may encounter these difficult people and times, which will be hardships that are numerous, varied and sundry in kind, don’t ever let any of it, in any way, throttle or disable you, due to the reality of what you should already be aware, “au courant” of and familiar with; that being, the ongoing process, in your sojourn and walk of faith, of the evaluation and verification of your full confidence and complete trust and reliance that you’ve placed upon and in The LORD GOD Almighty. This then, will have the perfect result and effect of bringing into existence into your life, not just a lofty desire, thought or wonderful aspiration, but a valiant tenacious courage, a resolute determination and steady persistence, which will empower you, enabling you to stay on, not stray from, and to walk uprightly upon the path of Papa God’s divine purpose for your life. (James 1:2-3 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Nope! Complaining, mumbling, grumbling and groaning has never brought or bought anything good or righteous into our lives!

Therefore, here’s something for everyone of us to seriously consider, then diligently, with devotion and dogged determination, follow resolutely!

Note to self, then to everyone else: no more giving into moaning and groaning, mumbling and grumbling, bumbling and stumbling, crumbling into a heap of desperation and despair, being depressed and oppressed, completely suppressed, kept under duress.

But, choose to always joyfully accept, embrace and endure, the hardships in your life, as part and partial of the process, for they are only a trace of Papa God’s unique and divine purpose being fully accomplished, in your sojourn of this life.

So, choose to always rejoice in the midst of your ordeal and trial, knowing full well, that His perfect purpose is soon to be fulfilled. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/06- “Papa God’s Love—Christ’s Patient Perseverance—Our Understanding Expressive Hearts!”
(2 Thessalonians 3:5)

Premise Question: What is it that really matters, in the overall grand scheme of things, when all is said and done, and each one of us get to the very end of our time and individual existence here on earth, what is the most significant thing we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, ought to have done, in order to fulfill Papa God’s divine will and purpose for our lives?

“May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.” (‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

May The LORD Jesus Christ be permitted, (because you’ve given Him authorization to do so, through the surrendering of your will to His divine will, for your life) to unequivocally direct and regulate the condition of your hearts; therefore, the consequential effect will be you being led into the fullness of Papa God’s unconditional, unfailing, as well as, undying, profoundly tender and affectionate love, to not only experience and understand it fully on a personal basis and level, but to then have the ability and desire to express His love towards all of humankind. Therefore, as a direct result of your hearts being lead and directed by The LORD Jesus Christ, this will empower and enable you to be persistently steady and patiently enduring, even unto the very end, not ever giving up, but relentlessly pursuing and accomplishing Papa God’s divine will and purpose for your life. (2 Thessalonians 3:5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We must first grant The LORD permission—authorization, to lead us into a full understanding of His love, and then, a sincere willingness to express His love towards others, by guiding and directing our thoughts and actions, our very hearts, in the way that will be pleasing and honoring to Him, and in a manner that will have us reaching out to others; extending ourselves towards them with His love, with His understanding and compassion, through our personally daily lived out commitment and strong faith in Him.

We should always be expressing our faith in love towards everyone!

We need to always humbly be asking Him to be in charge, by continuing to daily take control of our hearts and lives.

We must be willing to lay our lives down, in the same way Christ laid His life down for us, for the proliferation and spreading of The Gospel, for each other, and for those that are lost; the ones that we are diligently loving and sharing The Good News with, while waiting patiently and enduring all things, all for the sake of Christ and the mission of rescuing and offering salvation to those that are perishing.

Finally, Papa God’s love, we must have and experience personally!

Christ’s patient perseverance, we need to ask for and grow into!

Our understanding and expressive hearts will only truly be effective when we completely yield them to be transformed by the power and personal presence of Papa God’s Holy Spirit—The Spirit of Christ; which needs to live and dwell, by faith and confession, within the within, of the innermost part of our beings—our hearts.

So, please remember this: the only thing that really does matter, and truly counts for something, in this life, is our faith in Christ being expressed towards others, through His love! Blessings…

S-O-B-E-R: STEADFAST—OBEDIENT—BLESSED—ENCOURAGE—RENEW/REFUEL.

Papa God’s Word gives us a wonderful picture of what it means to be S-O-B-E-R, as believers. His Word details what our state of mind, our attitude toward ourselves and others, should be, as well as what we ought to be placing our hope in. His Word tells us that He has supplied the faith needed, to each one, in order to accomplish this daunting, but vital endeavor of fulling the call of Papa God, in and upon our lives! It, His Word, encourages us to not be like “others” who may be sleep walking through life, but to accept the fact that we are to be awake and alert, living our lives out in the open, circumspectly, in broad daylight, so to speak, being clothed with faith, love and hope for everyone to clearly see! (1st. Pet. 1:13, Rom. 12:3, 1st. Thess. 5:6-8, NIV)

In order to fulfill Papa God’s call upon our lives, we must be S-O-B-E-R, in every part of our lives!

STEADFAST to answer His call, upon your life! (Psa. 119:5, NIV)

OBEDIENT to His call, in your life! (Psa. 128:1, NIV)

BLESSED as you fulfill His call, in your life! (Deut. 28:6, NIV)

ENCOURAGE others to answer His call, in their lives! (1st. Thess. 2:12, NIV)

RENEW/REFUEL yourself and others, to continue fulfilling His call, in your life!

All of this is done and accomplished with a proper diet and intake of good nourishing F-O-O-D: FAITHFULNESS to His house and His people, OBEDIENCE to His Word and will for our lives, OBLATION in our praise and worship of The King Jesus, and DEVOTION to prayer and good deeds!

When you are called, it is a S-O-B-E-R-(ing) thing! We must be S-O-B-E-R in order to do it! But Papa God is ever faithful…He will renew and refresh the strength and resolve of all those who will look to Him; relying on Him to enable them to soar like eagles, above the fray, and to have the ability to walk and run, without becoming overwhelmed and lost without any hope of victory!

At times, all may appear to be lost, but if we put our hope and trust in Papa God, He will not disappoint, but will be and is always ever faithful to His Word and His own! (Col. 3:10, Psa. 103:5, Isa. 40:31, NIV) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/22- “Pursue Righteousness And Unfailing Love, And You’ll Find Life!” (Proverbs 21:21)

Premise Question: Where in the world can a person go to and who can they run to, in order to find a satisfying, really enjoyable, abundant living, virtuous, spiritual life, of dignity and renown; that’s sustainable, as well as, having the greatest amount of longevity, and, that’s also full of an inexhaustible, completely trustworthy, reliable, never ending, matchless love?

Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love will find life, righteousness, and honor. (‭Proverbs‬ ‭21‬:‭21‬ NLT)

It matters not who you are or from whence you came, for if you choose to strive to gain, following hard after, in order to attain, right and just living, as well as, with earnest devotion, seek Papa God’s love, the only love known to humankind that’s unfailing, incomparable and freely given, a redemptive love that endures forever, you shall prosper; enjoying and experiencing to the fullest, a life filled with His goodness, His love, His everlasting joy and peace, and that, with great value, dignity and high honor. (Proverbs 21:21 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Where can a person go to find dignity and real life, and who does a person run to, in order to experience authentic love, be valued and given great honor?

Well, it really is quite simple and easy to answer. For anyone and everyone, anywhere and everywhere, can go to the place of safety, comfort and refuge; which is, the place of The Almighty’s presence.

And then, once there, in His glorious presence, can choose to run into the anxiously awaiting, readily accepting and completely embracing, loving arms, of the full of grace and mercy, Sovereign LORD—Papa God Almighty, and there receive the fullness of everlasting joy and peace, living eternally in His glorious presence and light!

We, as humankind, have a holy quest, a race to run, and are to run this race of life, treating it and approaching it, as the greatest and most honorable thing we are called to do in this life; which is, a lifelong pursuit of Papa God’s holiness, His righteousness and His unfailing love.

Therefore, we are to run our life-race with all our might and with joy; the joy of The LORD, which strengthens and enables us to finish our life-race, running strong towards and through the finish line with endurance, honor and grace, into Papa God’s glorious and great light, His boundless and endless love, His everlasting joy and His most merciful and gracious provision of righteousness and life eternal! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/05- “Run Your Race With Dogged Determination!” (Hebrews 12:1b-2)

Premise Question: How are we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, supposed to approach the race we’ve each been given to run in this life, how are we to run the race we’ve each been given in this life and finally, how are we to finish the race we’ve each been given to run in this life?

And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.
(‭Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭1b-2 NLT)

Be doggedly determined, while running the race of your life; proceeding with a sense of urgency, persistently steady, regardless of the obstacles or challenges you encounter along the course and path that’s been clearly marked out for you to follow. Refuse to acknowledge anyone or anything else that would distract you and take you off course and path, in your race. Always remain focused, with your eyes gazing intently only upon our Victor, The Savior of humankind—Jesus Christ, who is the first, the pathfinder, The One who forged a new path, by entering and clearing the way for all of us to enter into a new faith that is without any flaws, entirely faultless and beyond any improvement, being that it is entirely perfect. It was because of the exhilarating extreme joyful delight that was presented to Jesus, by Papa God, His Father, namely, the deliverance and salvation of the whole of humankind, that He willingly yielded to the abject, contemptible disdain and the disgracefully painful ignominy of the cruel cross. Following this, though, Jesus sat down in the most highly exalted, most honored and His rightful place, seated right next to His Father, The Sovereign Almighty Papa God, upon His eternal throne. (Hebrews 12:1b, 2 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, are to approach our individual race with an attitude of humility, awe, having hopeful expectations, with great excitement, along with a joyful enthusiasm.

We should devote our lives to running well, always looking up, not down, moving and pressing forward, looking ahead, not behind.

We are to run our individual race, with a dogged determination, completely resolute and tenacious while running in our race. Refusing to quit, never giving in to the pressures, temptations and vicissitudes of life, but always relying on the leading, guiding and empowering of The LORD’S Holy Spirit.

And, perhaps, when on an occasion we are distracted by something or someone, causing us to stumble and fall by the wayside; then, we must not allow ourselves to stay down on the ground, just laying around, on our path and course, stewing and wallowing in defeat, shame and ignominy, just waiting, and at times, even wanting to die. But, we must arise, get up, repent and begin again! Remembering that as long as we are still here, there is still something we’ve not done; and so, we must finish the race we’ve been give to run and complete.

Speaking of finishing: We are to finish strong the race we’ve been given to run, in this life! We may not be able to run as fast as we once did, when we were younger, but we can still choose to sprint to the finish line and lean into the tape at the end with a flourish!

Then, we will hear these words from our LORD: “Well done! Way to go! You ran great, my faithful servant and dear friend! Come on in and enjoy all the rewards I’ve prepared for you! You are victorious! You have overcome and won your race!”

I once heard a man describe life, our race, as being the – (dash) between the date of our birth, both physical and spiritual and the date of our death in this life. The – (dash) in each person’s life is different, in that each one is given a certain amount of time to run their race and each one is given a different kind of race to run. Some may have a very short race, like a fifty-yard dash, while others may be given a hundred-yard sprint, and still others may be given longer and more difficult races to run, such as, a three-thousand meter steeple race, with many obstacles. Then, there are some that will even be given a marathon to run, which I would say, most of us are given, as it is a life long, in for the long haul kind of race.

Whatever race we’ve been given to run in this life, we need to run like the wind, giving our greatest effort and devotion, with a dogged determination to finish strong the race we began, the one given to us to run, by The LORD Himself. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/27- “Contending For The Authentic!”
(1 Timothy 6:12)

Premise Question: What must we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, with fervor and ardor do, in order to attain and contain, sustain and remain, in the truth; while contending for the authentic faith?

Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses. (‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ NLT)

Contend for the authentic faith, by earnestly and eagerly, ever striving to thrive, when driving to arrive, safe and secure, surviving the ride and staying revived, all the while, holding on tight, to all that is right, until at the end of your sojourn you land, into the two loving and eternally secure arms and hands, of Papa God; thereby, finally realizing your full potential of your highest calling and your divine purpose, which you so eloquently accepted and declared, when your personal testimony of salvation you shared, in the midst of The Company of The Redeemed. (1Timothy 6:12 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, must thoroughly reject the profane and the inane; in order to attain and contain the authentic, so that, we will be sustained and remain in the divine purpose and will, of our high calling, given and conferred upon us, by Papa God.

We must do this, with a fiercely passionate fervor and intensely devoted ardor; pursuing, with an earnest eagerness, a life that is characterized as one that is lived out of an authentic faith, with true and honorable intentions, always displaying godliness and real love, along with an enduring righteous perseverance, that continually shows kindness and meekness, having a gentle spirit.

Let us compete well, giving our greatest effort, empowered by the power and presence of The Spirit of The LORD in our lives, enabling us to honor Papa God, and with eloquence, tell others, by faithfully living and testifying, with boldness and courage, all about the redemptive grace, mercy and love of Papa God and His Son, Jesus Christ, who is The LORD and Savior/Redeemer of humankind. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/07/15- “Leave An Example, A Legacy To Be Followed And Emulated By Others, Of Working Hard, Always Endeavoring, To Give Relief And Remedy To Those In Need!” (Acts 20:35 PDCP)

Premise Question: What will be said and remembered about the example that we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, leave as a legacy for others to see and follow, with regards to our diligence, devotion and earnest effort, of working hard, to make sure that we’ve met the needs of others, with the needed provision, teaching/mentoring, nurturing and the appropriate help that will enable them to successfully overcome the challenges of life?

And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” (‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭20‬:‭35‬ NLT)

As I, Paul, have not ever wavered in my effort and great exertion, always striving and endeavoring to be completely reliable, persistent and perpetually consistent, in setting the perfect example, which should be followed by everyone, of how to serve and contribute, in order to bring relief and remedy to those who are in great peril and need; I also exhort you to be wise and really prudent, which will be extremely pleasing to Papa God, for all of us to recall the strong word of exhortation and the perfect example left, by The LORD Jesus, when He declared: “It is much more blissful, being full of supreme joy and great favor, to provide for and facilitate the needs of others, rather than, having your own needs furnished and provided by others; for the greatest blessing is in the giving, not the receiving!” (Acts 20:35 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The answer to the Premise Question is quite simple: Love and serve Papa God and love and serve people! (Matthew 22:37-40, 1 John 4:11) Treat others as you would prefer others to treat you! (Matthew 7:12, “The Golden Rule”) Accept what Papa God says is good and what He requires and expects from us, which is: Do what is just and right, with integrity; constantly show lovingkindness and mercy towards others; and last but not least, clothe yourself with humility, by walking in devoted obedience and in sweet fellowship, with Papa God! (Micah 6:8) Do these things faithfully and with consistence, and you will leave a wonderful example and legacy for others to emulate and follow! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/02/15- “He Endured It All, For All!” (Isaiah 53:5)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/02/15- “He Endured It All, For All!” (Isaiah 53:5)

Premise Question: Did the prophet Isaiah get it right, in regard to the absolute specifics, of his descriptive prognostications, of what The Anointed One would have to go through, on behalf of humankind, in order for them to be restored to a right relationship and fellowship with Papa God, The Creator?

But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭53‬:‭5‬ NLT)

It was not for His own transgressions, that The Savior’s head was punctured with a crown of thorns and His side run through with a soldier’s spear, but for our own transgressions and evil deeds; nor was He humiliated, shamed, pounded with fists and severely bruised, for His sin, for He was without sin, but for ours. He took such a beating for us, that He became completely unrecognizable, by taking upon Himself the punishment and chastening meant for us, in order, that we might have the ability to be in a righteous, being full of peace and joy, relationship with Papa God, The Creator. He, The LORD, took and received the blows of a vicious and most nefarious whip, as He was flogged and thrashed with a lash, on our behalf, for our healing. (Isaiah 53:5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We all should daily be continually giving thanks, with a heart filled with gratitude, for what Papa God and His Son, our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ has done for us, by choosing to go through and joyfully endure, all that He did. The prophet Isaiah was completely 100 percent correct, being exact, in every detail of his future prognostications, concerning The Anointed One! He was punctured and pierced: (John 19:2,34, Matthew 27:29) He was humiliated, shamed and beaten with fists: (Matthew 26:67-68, 27:28-30) He was whipped for our healing: (John 19:1, Matthew 27:26, 1Peter 2:24) He is, without any doubt, The King of kings! The LORD of Lords, The Redeemer and Savior, of humankind! He endured it all, taking a pounding, undeserved, for all of us, who do deserve, all chastisement and punishment, but He took it upon Himself, by taking our place. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/01/15- “He, Came To Serve!” (Matthew 20:28)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/01/15- “He, Came To Serve!” (Matthew 20:28)

Premise Question: As a member in good standing, of The Company of The Redeemed, are you following the example of Christ, by making yourself available to Him, in order to serve others, and then, are you actively looking for opportunities to do so; or are you, in fact, just sitting back, waiting and looking, with the expectation of an entitlement attitude, of wanting and expecting to be served by others?

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (‭Matthew‬ ‭20‬:‭28‬ NLT)

So, it was Papa God’s only Son, Jesus Christ, who came to earth, as a humble and obedient servant, not to be served, by all of humanity, but to serve all of humanity, by meeting their greatest need, of faithfully serving in the role of an absolutely necessary Redeemer; thereby, volunteering to lay down His life, in order to purchase their lives. (Matthew 20:28 PDCP)

Bottom Line: It has been said, that there are primarily two different kinds of people in the world, (church) those who are looking to serve and those who are looking to be served! That actually works out well, as the one who wants to serve will always have plenty of opportunities to serve those who are looking to be served. This, ironically and beneficially, works both ways! A wonderful example of this scenario took place on a weekly basis, in a community of believers that I was greatly honored and privileged to personally minister with and see this incredible dynamic, of serving and being served, carried out, with diligence, in a beautiful way. The ministry was called LAF, (Loaves and Fishes) which served a weekly hot meal, that coincided with an encouraging word and service, personal ministry, follow up, referrals and also sent home, with each of them who came out for the meal and ministry time, about 40 to 60 lbs of groceries and personal necessities. The entire ministry was staffed and facilitated with volunteers from the community of believers. Those who served those who were in need of being served, ended up receiving the greater blessing, for it truly is more blessed to serve than to be served! Another ongoing result of the ministry, was that, many of those who had come for the ministry and were being served, eventually, became joyful volunteer servers, in the LAF ministry, and then, they too, received the greater blessing, of serving, rather than being served. Before Christ, we were in great need of being served by Christ, but now that we’ve been served by Him, we should now become His faithful servant, by serving others. So, as Jesus came to serve, rather than to be served, we too, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, should have this same attitude and mind, the mind of Christ! We are to follow the example of Christ, by being what Christ like means: An authentic Christian! I leave you with two very poignant scriptures: #1. For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” (‭Luke‬ ‭19‬:‭10‬ NLT) #2. Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.” (‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭21‬ NLT) He came to serve, seek and save the lost, and now, He is sending us to do the same…Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/21/15- “Freedom To Serve In Love” (Galatians 5:13)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/21/15- “Freedom To Serve In Love” (Galatians 5:13)

Premise Question: What is the greatest temptation, for the most part, given the blessings that have been bestowed upon us here in America, that The Church has to overcome, in order to fulfill the reason and purpose Papa God has given us the freedom we enjoy?

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬ NLT)

The freedom that Papa God has granted all of us to experience, enjoy and live in, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, was not given to us, so that we could spend it all upon ourselves, by satisfying and gratifying our own sinful desires of the flesh. Rather, though, it’s been given to us, so that we would be fully equipped, with every provision, in order to have the necessary capacity and ability, to love and serve others, with our freedom and blessings. (Galatians 5:13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: I truly believe, that The Church in America, has been extremely blessed for the divine purpose and reason of having the great ability to bless and reach those who are less fortunate. I believe that Papa God has given us, The United States, a trust. He desires that we be good, honorable and faithful servants, to utilize what He’s given us to reach and bless those, first, who are amongst us, then, those who are outside the church, and finally, to the rest of the world. So we’ve been given a choice, of how we are going to use our new found freedom and blessings: #1. We can choose to enjoy and use the blessings of our freedom, by spending the biggest portion upon ourselves, building our own kingdoms, by satisfying and fulfilling our own desires, goals and dreams. Or, instead, #2. We can choose to use our new found freedom to love and serve others, by meeting their needs, helping them to get on the path that see them succeed in life; thereby, fulfilling Papa God’s commands, His will and purpose, and one of the main reasons He for granted us freedom in the first place, which, if we’ll do, will highly please Him! And that’s a good thing. Let’s begin to inquire of The LORD, as to what He wants us to spend and use our freedom and blessings on, rather than always lavishly spending it all upon ourselves. Blessings…
