SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/02- “The LORD Is A Faithful Friend, Trustworthy Teacher And My Redeeming Rescuer!” (Psalms 25:14-15)
Premise Question: Why is it so significantly important for a person to give true honor, due respect, and to revere and fear, with reverential awe, The LORD?
“The LORD is a friend to those who fear him. He teaches them his covenant. My eyes are always on the LORD, for he rescues me from the traps of my enemies.” (Psalms 25:14-15 NLT)
The LORD discloses and imparts His mysteries and secrets to His confidants; those whom He considers trustworthy, because of their faithfulness shown towards Him, by honoring, revering and respectfully worshiping Him. He enters into an agreement with them, by enacting, establishing and giving them a deep understanding and awareness of His intent and divine purpose for them. Therefore, let it be known, that my focus, with rapt attention, shall at all times be constantly upon the magnificent majesty of The LORD’s power, grace and mercy, for it is He and He alone, that can set me free from all of my falterings, failings and falling into a pit or being tripped, tricked or trapped and ensnared by the enemy of my soul. He, The LORD, is our best, greatest and only hope. For apart from Him, there is no other hope! (Psalm 25:14-15 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There are a number of extremely important, being really significant reasons, along with some great benefits and wonderful results, why a person should choose, or may in fact, want to decide to give serious consideration, to giving The LORD the true honor, due respect and reverential awe, that should absolutely always only go to Him.
First and foremost, topping the list, is the direct command given to us through Papa God’s Holy Scriptures, which tells us, that fear of The LORD is always the place to begin; as it is the only solid and unshakable sure foundation of divine wisdom and knowledge! We are exhorted and strongly encouraged, with faithfulness and an undivided heart, to earnestly pursue and acquire wisdom, while always hating evil and perverse speech.
The benefits derived from choosing to fear The LORD are huge and plentiful; as they provide the person with excellent instruction for life, security and protection from evil and harm, escapes from snares and traps, long life, true wisdom and real treasure.
The incredibly wonderful results that ensue and that will most assuredly follow a person’s wise decision to always fear The LORD, by giving true honor, due respect, with reverential awe, are numerous—here is just a sampling:
Great insight and understanding of the mysteries and secrets of The LORD, complete joy, real peace, good judgment and discernment, having all that a person will ever need, growing in knowledge and strength, becoming stronger and stronger in faith, not having to ever be afraid of anything or anyone, and always knowing the direction and path to take in life; because, The LORD is our ever faithful friend, our wise and trustworthy teacher and our wonderful redeeming rescuer—The Savior of humankind! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/18- “Trust Your Friends Rebuke—Don’t Ever Trust An Enemy’s Compliments!” (Proverbs 27:5-6)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/18- “Trust Your Friends Rebuke—Don’t Ever Trust An Enemy’s Compliments!” (Proverbs 27:5-6)
Premise Question: Are we wise and mature enough to recognize and accept an open rebuke from a dear and close friend, when it’s for our own good and benefit; or are we so shallow, sensitive and thin skinned, that we live, yearn and thrive, only on the compliments of others, and even if and when it’s a detriment to our own well being, are we still willing and subject too, accepting the adulation and excessive compliments that come from an avowed enemy?
“An open rebuke is better than hidden love! Wounds from a sincere friend are better than many kisses from an enemy.” (Proverbs 27:5-6 NLT)
When you truly love and approve of someone, it’s much more virtuous and acceptable to be open and transparent with them, by administering a firm, but gentle rebuke, when appropriate! Hurtful insults that causes anguish, distress and heartache, which results in producing heartbreak, actually are trustworthy, when they come from a close friend, who has your best interest and well being at heart. But, deceitful, excessive compliments, with expressions of feigned affections are nothing but lies, and especially so, when they come from an avowed enemy. (Proverbs 27:5-6 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Unfortunately, all too many of us receive our sense of self-worth and validation entirely from others; through the expressions and comments that are uttered with wonderful sounding platitudes and high praise!
Not that being complementary of others is all bad, per se, because we ought to give honor where honor is due, and we ought to build each other up, through encouraging and by refreshing one another.
But we also ought to be mature and grownup enough to be able to receive strong correction and appropriate discipline, when and where it is needed; administered in the form of a gentle, but firm, righteous rebuke from a loved and respected, highly regarded, brother or sister in The LORD!
That we should be loving, kind, generous, respectful and considerate of one another, should be quite obvious and entirely apparent to everyone! But it should also be just as obvious and apparent to everyone, that being open and transparent, authentic and real, with each other, is just as vitally critical, as it will truly, (by having this perspective and attitude, and then actually implementing and doing it) prove our love, compassion, kindness, generosity, respect and consideration for one another!
Dear LORD, help each and everyone of us to mature and grow up in such a way, that we will not be susceptible to being wooed, influenced or swayed, by the compliments of others, including our avowed enemies; but that we will be strong and courageous, standing firm in our faith—unmovable, always being open and ready to receive, with joy, an appropriate and open rebuke, accompanied by righteous correction!
Remember, receiving an appropriate open rebuke and righteous correction, really is for our own benefit, our greatest good and interest, as well as, our overall spiritual well being. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/25- “Mother Mary, Aunt Mary And, Friend And Follower Mary!” (John 19:25)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/25- “Mother Mary, Aunt Mary And, Friend And Follower Mary!” (John 19:25)
Premise Question: What is the message of hope and strong source of strength, with the much needed and appropriate help, for what we may have to face or go through, at any moment and time, in our lives, that we can extrapolate and draw, from the picture that’s being painted, with words for us, here in this passage of scripture?
Standing near the cross were Jesus’ mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary (the wife of Clopas), and Mary Magdalene. (John 19:25 NLT)
Standing together at the base of the cross, huddled close, while holding onto each other tightly and supporting one another, as they looked up at Jesus hanging there on His cross, were His Mother Mary, His Aunt Mary and His friend and follower, Mary of Magdala. (John 19:25 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There are going to be times and occasions, where we ourselves or those that we are close to, are going to experience great times of stress, hardships, difficult and hard to comprehend situations and circumstances, trials and turmoil, sickness and affliction, broken relationships, being wounded, with emotional, mental or physical pain, disappointments, and even perhaps an untimely or totally unexpected death, in its various forms and ways. During any and all of those experiences and times, we may not have the perfect resolve or answer, but what we do have, is each other; therefore, we can, should and must be there for each other—on every occasion that comes along, supporting and encouraging one another with comfort, peace and strength, while exhibiting hope and giving our help and love in the practical and appropriate ways that we have the ability to do so. Just being there with and for each other, availing and travailing, by making ourselves available, as a true loving and deeply moved and concerned friend, who will come alongside, to be comforting, supporting, bearing each other up and undergirding one another during those truly difficult times, is absolutely vital, as well as necessary. Not to mention, that we now have The Great Comforter, to bring the comforting help and support necessary and needed, to each other, through each other, for each other! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/22- “Look! I Know You’re In There—Invite Me Inside To Dine! (Revelation 3:20)
Premise Question: What has happened, that The LORD would be outside, knocking on the door, of a place He ought to already be living in, with full and unobstructed access, inquiring, as to whether or not His voice is even heard or recognized anymore; to come in to dine and to have sweet fellowship, with His dearly loved friends?
“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. (Revelation 3:20 NLT)
Hello! Is there anyone home? I know you’re in there! Why have you locked the door and refused Me access? Shall I knock on the door louder, more vigorously or with a greater sense of urgency? Don’t you even recognize My voice anymore? It’s Me, The LORD, and I really desire to come inside, so that we can resume our once close relationship. Invite Me back inside, to enjoy a fellowship meal together, as dearly beloved friends. (Revelation 3:20 PDCP)
Bottom Line: What have we done? Have we put The LORD outside and locked the door of the Church (our hearts) preventing or limiting His access? Do we no longer listen for His voice? Have we forgotten what His voice even sounds like? Are we trying to conduct our lives and the ministry of His Church, without His approval, presence or empowering anointing of His Holy Spirit? What has happened and what have we done? The greater question is: What are we thinking and what are we doing, acting as if, what we are doing, without His approval, presence or the empowering anointing of His Spirit, that we’d expect to ever do or get anything good, righteous or be pleasing, to Papa God, accomplished without Him! It’s time for us, as individuals and corporately, as The Church, to, unlock the door and invite The LORD back in! Check out this pertinent scripture. I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you.’ (Hosea 10:12 NLT) Blessings…
