SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/09- “Generosity, Humility, Thinking About Others And Their Interests, Is The Way We Ought To Go And Be!” (Philippians 2:3-4)
Premise Question: How are we to comport ourselves, and what specific attitudes, behaviors and perspectives are we exhorted and strongly encouraged to have and exhibit towards others, in this life?
“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.” (Philippians 2:3-4 NLT)
Anything and anytime you choose to involve yourself in, or find yourself doing something in life, it’s extremely important that you make sure it’s not ever done with the attitudes of, “it’s all about me” and “how is this going to make me look and appear to others.” Nor should you ever display haughtiness or arrogance, by exhibiting a pompous, ostentatious attitude of superiority. Conversely, though, the most appropriate, and thereby, acceptable approach, perspective and attitudes to have and exhibit is to, with great humility and self-abnegation, choose to always significantly value others above yourself. You should do this, by making what is important and necessary to others, in their lives, a priority in your life, before addressing your own personal needs and interests. Each of us would greatly benefit by having these attitudes, with this most wise and prudent perspective and approach. For it’s not “about me,” it’s about others! (Philippians 2:3-4 PDCP)
Bottom Line: We are, as individual members of The Company of The Redeemed, exhorted and strongly encouraged to comport ourselves, in such a determined manner and fashion, that we exhibit attitudes, perspective and behaviors towards others, those we come in contact with in our daily sojourn, a selflessness, characterized by devotion to the care, concern welfare and interest of others, and that, without displaying any pretense or trying to impress and influence how or what they may perceive or think of us personally, but with true humility and grace, always being courteous, civil and generous, while showing great respect towards them, by never acting or exuding an air of superiority nor a sense of entitlement or conceit.
We should ever be looking to be involved and invested in others lives, in a positive and helpful way, by being fully engaged, with a willingness to participate in any way and on any level that shows sincere compassion, empathy and genuine concern, and which effectively meets, satisfies and assists them, while addressing the real needs of those we are deliberately making a significant valued sacrificial investment in, for the specific goal and purpose of truly helping and making an impactful life-changing difference in their lives, giving all the glory, honor and praise to The LORD.
So, being generous, walking in humility, while thinking about others and their unique and specific interests, by looking out for them, rather than only looking out for our own interests and needs, is truly the way we ought to choose to comport ourselves and the way we ought to go and be! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 11/03- “Together, Let Us Worship The Solid Rock Of Our Salvation!” (Psalms 95:1-2)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/03- “Together, Let Us Worship The Solid Rock Of Our Salvation!” (Psalms 95:1-2)
Premise Question: What is the critically most important key, being an absolute necessity, and then, what are some of the other significant keys that would be extremely helpful for us to accept and understand, in regards to our praise and worship of The LORD—The Solid Rock of our salvation?
“Come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come to him with thanksgiving. Let us sing psalms of praise to him.” (Psalms 95:1-2 NLT)
Let us, The Company of The Redeemed, all come together as one, with great delight and celebration, singing joyful exultations unto The King Eternal—The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty! Let us all, together in unison, with one voice, exclaim with exuberant expressions of worship and praise, that are literally expressed, being uttered at the top of our lungs and with all our might, unto our Great Protector—The Almighty Solid Rock; our Redeemer and Savior who rescues us from certain death and destruction. Let us all, together as one, with boldness, confidently approach the throne of grace and mercy of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty; entering into His glorious presence with hearts overflowing, full of gratitude and thanksgiving, for all His benefits and gracious favor given and shown us. Let us do this, by extolling His Excellency, with wonderfully inspired spiritual songs, psalms of praise, hymns and music of every ilk, kind, style, tradition and culture. (Psalms 95:1-2 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The absolutely necessary, being the critically most important key for us as members of The Company of The Redeemed, who are the dearly beloved and most cherished children of The Most High, is to come together as one, into complete and full agreement and unity, on this one vital principle and truth: That Jesus Christ is The King Eternal, The Rock of our eternal salvation, The LORD of all! And everyone who calls upon The Name of The LORD, shall be saved! That is where we should and must begin!
Then, after we’ve come together as one, it is important for us to celebrate and joyfully accept and embrace one another, in the various and sundry, different types, forms, functions and expressions of praise and worship.
One expression of praise and worship may be more acceptable or preferred, over another, by different segments or groups within the whole of the body and congregation of The Company of The Redeemed. But they all should be joyfully accepted, recognized and celebrated, as all of them have as their focus, or at least should have, the wonderful expressions of laudations, exultations, exaltation and thanksgivings being offered up to The LORD; all coming and emanating from hearts that are full of gratitude, uttered with mouths that are filled with rejoicing and boisterous celebration, singing, shouting, hands raised or clapping, feet jumping, stomping or dancing, all for the express purpose of honoring, glorifying, praising and worshiping The One True and Living Eternal Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty—Jesus Christ—The LORD and King of all, who is, was and shall ever be, The Solid Rock of our salvation! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/25- “Our Greatest Hunger And Thirst—Is Satisfied And Quenched!” (John 6:35)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/25- “Our Greatest Hunger And Thirst—Is Satisfied And Quenched!” (John 6:35)
Premise Question: What is our most intense hunger and thirst, the deepest cry and desire of our hearts, our greatest and most urgent need, that must be completely satisfied and utterly quenched, in order for our lives to have meaning and purpose, and then, be absolutely fulfilled, as humankind?
“Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.” (John 6:35 NLT)
Then Jesus responded to their request of always wanting to have bread from Heaven with this emphatic declaration: “I am The One who is sent from Heaven, by The Almighty Papa God, as The True Bread of life, which is the sustaining nourishment and sustenance of all life. Whatever person, no matter who they are or what they’ve done in life, approaches and moves towards Me—The Anointed One, I will draw near to them and satisfy their ravenous insatiable hunger; so that, they will never ever again be famished! And furthermore, whenever and wherever, whatever person places their complete faith, hope, reliance and trust in Me, they shall never again have an unquenchable thirsting for anything that is temporal, but only that which is intrinsic and eternal, for I will satisfy and fulfill their greatest hunger, real need and deepest thirsting desires.” (John 6:35 PDCP)
Bottom Line: To eat, drink, be happy and satisfied—to live a life filled with meaning and purpose—to do and accomplish something in life that is greater than one’s self—to leave a legacy and path for others to follow—to also enjoy a life of peace, safety and the good company and love of family, friends and others in this life; now that, perhaps, is something that’s a wonderful aspiration and desired goal for many of us, but it is just not enough and will ultimately, in the end, not cut it, if it doesn’t also include having, as its greatest desire, a hungering and thirsting aspiration, with a goal, focus and aim of fulfilling our greatest and most certainly divinely designed, urgent need, which is to have a real, authentic and intimate relationship with The Creator of humankind—Papa God, through and by accepting the provision of His Son Jesus Christ and the power of His Holy Spirit!
It’s vitally important that all of us accept the truth, the factual evidence found in The Holy Scriptures, that we are more than just flesh and blood, physical beings that are just temporal, as we are also intricately unique, spiritual beings as well; who have been given free will and a mind with creativity, imagination, desires and intense deep urgent needs, that only a good, right, holy and honorable relationship with The Creator—Papa God, can ever truly satisfy, fulfill and completely quench!
Only Papa God, The Maker of us, the heavens, the earth and everything therein, can truly satisfy and quench the deep hungering and thirsting of our extremely unique spirit, soul and body beings! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/18- “Trust Your Friends Rebuke—Don’t Ever Trust An Enemy’s Compliments!” (Proverbs 27:5-6)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/18- “Trust Your Friends Rebuke—Don’t Ever Trust An Enemy’s Compliments!” (Proverbs 27:5-6)
Premise Question: Are we wise and mature enough to recognize and accept an open rebuke from a dear and close friend, when it’s for our own good and benefit; or are we so shallow, sensitive and thin skinned, that we live, yearn and thrive, only on the compliments of others, and even if and when it’s a detriment to our own well being, are we still willing and subject too, accepting the adulation and excessive compliments that come from an avowed enemy?
“An open rebuke is better than hidden love! Wounds from a sincere friend are better than many kisses from an enemy.” (Proverbs 27:5-6 NLT)
When you truly love and approve of someone, it’s much more virtuous and acceptable to be open and transparent with them, by administering a firm, but gentle rebuke, when appropriate! Hurtful insults that causes anguish, distress and heartache, which results in producing heartbreak, actually are trustworthy, when they come from a close friend, who has your best interest and well being at heart. But, deceitful, excessive compliments, with expressions of feigned affections are nothing but lies, and especially so, when they come from an avowed enemy. (Proverbs 27:5-6 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Unfortunately, all too many of us receive our sense of self-worth and validation entirely from others; through the expressions and comments that are uttered with wonderful sounding platitudes and high praise!
Not that being complementary of others is all bad, per se, because we ought to give honor where honor is due, and we ought to build each other up, through encouraging and by refreshing one another.
But we also ought to be mature and grownup enough to be able to receive strong correction and appropriate discipline, when and where it is needed; administered in the form of a gentle, but firm, righteous rebuke from a loved and respected, highly regarded, brother or sister in The LORD!
That we should be loving, kind, generous, respectful and considerate of one another, should be quite obvious and entirely apparent to everyone! But it should also be just as obvious and apparent to everyone, that being open and transparent, authentic and real, with each other, is just as vitally critical, as it will truly, (by having this perspective and attitude, and then actually implementing and doing it) prove our love, compassion, kindness, generosity, respect and consideration for one another!
Dear LORD, help each and everyone of us to mature and grow up in such a way, that we will not be susceptible to being wooed, influenced or swayed, by the compliments of others, including our avowed enemies; but that we will be strong and courageous, standing firm in our faith—unmovable, always being open and ready to receive, with joy, an appropriate and open rebuke, accompanied by righteous correction!
Remember, receiving an appropriate open rebuke and righteous correction, really is for our own benefit, our greatest good and interest, as well as, our overall spiritual well being. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/11- “Jesus Is The One And Only Son Of The One And Only True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty!” (1 John 4:15)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/11- “Jesus Is The One And Only Son Of The One And Only True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty!” (1 John 4:15)
Premise Question: What is the direct and clear message that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, are confessing and professing, by declaring that The LORD Jesus Christ is The One and Only Son of The One and Only True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty; and what is the marvelously blessed and gloriously splendid, miraculous result?
“All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God.” (1 John 4:15 NLT)
Anyone, which includes the whole of humankind, who will openly, being completely unashamed and unafraid, confess and declare to anyone anywhere, by recognizing and accepting, with a confessing profession as truth, that The LORD Jesus Christ is The One and Only begotten Son of The One and Only True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, consequentially, will then have, The Spirit of The LORD GOD Almighty, The Living Papa God, taking up residence within the within of them, and then, their abode becomes the place of His Eternal Presence, and their eternal home. (1 John 4:15 PDCP)
Bottom Line: When we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, confess and profess, by declaring at the top of our lungs, with all of our might and all of our strength, even shouting it from the rooftops of the places we work, live and dwell in, that Jesus Christ is The One and Only Son of The One and Only True Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, we then, effectually, are sending a clear and direct message to anyone and everyone, anywhere and everywhere, anytime, all the time and every time, that we are undaunted, unafraid and unashamed, to let all of humankind, (no matter who they may be or what kind of influence or power they may wield) know, undisputedly, in Whom we believe, confess and profess and have put our complete faith, hope and trust in, as LORD and Savior!
The most wonderful and marvelously blessed, as well as being a gloriously splendid and miraculous result is: we have The Spirit of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty living and dwelling within the within of our innermost beings and our eternal abode is forever with, and in His Everlasting Glorious Presence!
Reminder note to self and everyone else: Remember the words of The LORD, when He was speaking to His disciples, before He sent them out to minister: ““Everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But everyone who denies me here on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven.” (Matthew 10:32-33 NLT)
Shout it from the rooftops! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 09/09- “Genuine, Authentic, Without Any Pretense—Real Love!” (Romans 12:9-10)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 09/09- “Genuine, Authentic, Without Any Pretense—Real Love!” (Romans 12:9-10)
Premise Question: Does it ever portend or bode well for anyone who chooses to act the “big pretender” by putting on airs, feigning authenticity and playing a game of pretense and make believe, and does it or will it ever really end well, by producing a good, right, just, honorable and holy result?
“Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them! Hate what is wrong! Hold tightly to what is good! Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.” (Romans 12:9-10 NLT)
In order for love to be characterized as being genuinely authentic—real, faithful and true, it must be free of all hypocrisy, without any pretense, falsehood or deceit. There should be an utter abhorrence, having an extreme aversion, to all that is morally wrong, detesting every evil practice; always making sure to adhere closely to actual reality, by embracing and holding on tight to all that is morally excellent, genuinely good and reliably righteous. Be strongly attached to one another, by exhibiting a loyal, affectionate and unfailing love towards each other; refusing to let go of one another. One more thing: Always choose to honor one another, with integrity, respect and, in your actions, by joyfully preferring and considering others before yourselves. (Romans 12:9-10 PDCP)
Bottom Line: When we just pretend to love someone, no matter how it looks or sounds, we are not really loving them! Our love must be sincere. And, in the same vein, it’s not enough to say we abhor, detest and despise evil, but our thoughts, actions and behaviors must prove that we hate even the appearance of evil; and therefore, shall and must refuse to participate in anywise, by grasping firmly and then holding onto all that is good, right and holy, without ever letting go of our convictions and devotion, no matter what may come our way!
Our love for each other should always be clearly reflected in the way we honorably treat, provide for and support one another. As a matter of fact, we should be more than happy to serve one another, in whatever capacity is needed, and that, with much joy and delight!
So, there should never be any pretense or faking it, in anything that we do in The Kingdom; whether it be how we approach and treat each other or in the good works of service that The LORD has ordained and purposed for us to do, in His blessed, most holy and righteous Kingdom, that He is establishing and accomplishing through us here on earth and beyond.
Let’s all choose to be genuinely authentic, without any pretense, and allow our faith to be expressed with real love towards each other and the world in which we are presently living. Blessings…
