SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 11/02- “The LORD Is A Faithful Friend, Trustworthy Teacher And My Redeeming Rescuer!” (Psalms 25:14-15)
Premise Question: Why is it so significantly important for a person to give true honor, due respect, and to revere and fear, with reverential awe, The LORD?
“The LORD is a friend to those who fear him. He teaches them his covenant. My eyes are always on the LORD, for he rescues me from the traps of my enemies.” (Psalms 25:14-15 NLT)
The LORD discloses and imparts His mysteries and secrets to His confidants; those whom He considers trustworthy, because of their faithfulness shown towards Him, by honoring, revering and respectfully worshiping Him. He enters into an agreement with them, by enacting, establishing and giving them a deep understanding and awareness of His intent and divine purpose for them. Therefore, let it be known, that my focus, with rapt attention, shall at all times be constantly upon the magnificent majesty of The LORD’s power, grace and mercy, for it is He and He alone, that can set me free from all of my falterings, failings and falling into a pit or being tripped, tricked or trapped and ensnared by the enemy of my soul. He, The LORD, is our best, greatest and only hope. For apart from Him, there is no other hope! (Psalm 25:14-15 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There are a number of extremely important, being really significant reasons, along with some great benefits and wonderful results, why a person should choose, or may in fact, want to decide to give serious consideration, to giving The LORD the true honor, due respect and reverential awe, that should absolutely always only go to Him.
First and foremost, topping the list, is the direct command given to us through Papa God’s Holy Scriptures, which tells us, that fear of The LORD is always the place to begin; as it is the only solid and unshakable sure foundation of divine wisdom and knowledge! We are exhorted and strongly encouraged, with faithfulness and an undivided heart, to earnestly pursue and acquire wisdom, while always hating evil and perverse speech.
The benefits derived from choosing to fear The LORD are huge and plentiful; as they provide the person with excellent instruction for life, security and protection from evil and harm, escapes from snares and traps, long life, true wisdom and real treasure.
The incredibly wonderful results that ensue and that will most assuredly follow a person’s wise decision to always fear The LORD, by giving true honor, due respect, with reverential awe, are numerous—here is just a sampling:
Great insight and understanding of the mysteries and secrets of The LORD, complete joy, real peace, good judgment and discernment, having all that a person will ever need, growing in knowledge and strength, becoming stronger and stronger in faith, not having to ever be afraid of anything or anyone, and always knowing the direction and path to take in life; because, The LORD is our ever faithful friend, our wise and trustworthy teacher and our wonderful redeeming rescuer—The Savior of humankind! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 09/22- “Listen And Live—Accept And Win!” (Proverbs 19:20-21)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 09/22- “Listen And Live—Accept And Win!” (Proverbs 19:20-21)
Premise Question: Have you ever heard or thought of something as absurd as; there is such a thing as receiving too much divine wisdom, counsel and instruction during one’s life?
“Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life. You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.”
(Proverbs 19:20-21 NLT)
Pay close attention, giving it your highest priority, with resolute regard, to the wise counsel and admonitions of The LORD. Willingly accept and endure, agreeing and complying completely, with His purifying chastening of you, as He administers His correction to perfection, with divine instruction; so that, when the final curtain falls, at the cessation of time, you shall be included in the number of those who are known to be a part of the insightful, discerning and wise. There are a wealth, a veritable cornucopia, of dreams, desires, schemes, with deliberate and thoughtful plans, in the heart of every individual child, woman or man; but it is always going to be The LORD GOD Almighty’s intentional, divine ideal purpose and aim, that will triumph, conquer and ultimately win. (Proverbs 19:20-21 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The premise may be out there somewhere in the world, that one can be too wise or over qualified and trained, or even so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good! But it has little value, carries even less weight and lacks any real credibility or evidence, to actually be true. There really is no such thing as being someone being so heavenly minded, that they are no earthly good!
Being completely or even over prepared is not ever going to be a hindrance or weakness. But, being ill prepared, on the other hand, is short sighted, ill advised and is definitely a liability that can be extremely detrimental.
Was Jesus so heavenly minded that He was no earthly good? I think and definitely know that not to be the case! For the Scriptures say that we are to have the mind of Christ! Therefore, we should always continue to strive to grow in the wisdom and knowledge of The LORD.
It is requisite for each of us to pursue The LORD’s perfect wisdom, by continually giving ourselves over to being instructed and trained in righteousness, with Papa God’s Word as our textbook and foundation and the Holy Spirit as our spiritual teacher, counselor, mentor and guide, in this life.
For it is then and only then, that Papa God’s divine will, plan and purpose for our lives will ultimately prevail, with us being the wonderfully blessed beneficiaries and hugely big winners!
Remember, we are never too old, too wise or too learned, to continue to be able to learn and grow! Listen And Live—Accept And Win! Blessings…

“ABOVE ALL ELSE!” (Proverbs 4:23) repost from a year ago today…
“ABOVE ALL ELSE!” (Proverbs 4:23)
It was forty years ago today that I was joined in holy matrimony to Cynthia Lynn Hill…We were blissfully, blisteringly, blusteringly and very much bless-fully enjoined together for twenty-eight years. Many good and great things came of and about, as a direct result of our union, but the greatest and certainly the most satisfying and endearing, has to be the three children, Robert Lyn, aka. Boomer, then later on, just Rob Bob, (he didn’t much prefer Boomer, probably because it was also the name of our boxer) Austin Lee, aka. Bubba, (which he said we could call him his whole life, if you are family or really close to him) Noele Helene, aka. Missy Muffy Lou, (and too many other nicknames to list, all quite cute and endearing) The seven grandchildren, so far, Jordan, aka. Lil Bub; Tyler, aka Ty-Bo-Bub; Dylan, aka. Final Bub, (NOT); Cannyon, aka. doesn’t need a nickname, as her real name is too cool; Eli, aka. Bubba Don, (resembles his papa Don); Banning, aka. Bubbies, (just one of numerous nicknames); and finally, Emily Grace, who also has many nicknames, but I call her Lady Bub! I am blessed beyond measure!
As I remember this day, the one thing that comes to my mind, in the form of a question, as being most important, over and above everything else is: Are you guarding your heart, and what is the present condition of your heart? I ask myself this question, quite often, and I ask it of everyone now, whether you be in my immediate family, extended family, friends, neighbors, associates and everyone else. The last thing Cynthia said to me and asked me, before she went to be with The LORD, was: “I know that my heart is completely free of all angst, worry, bitterness, resentment, for I have released and forgiven all hurts, insults and wounds, and I am now ready to meet The LORD!” And then she asked me if we were good and if I my heart was free? Thank The LORD, my heart is completely free, because of His mercy, grace and loving kindness.
Remember, and please take this to heart:
“There isn’t anything more important, in this life, than to make sure that your heart is free of all debris; because, everything else, in your life, is always going to be affected by the condition of your heart!” (Proverbs 4:23 PDCP)
“Above all else, keep your heart free of debris, flush the flesh and stay refreshed!” Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 09/06- “Stay, Don’t Stray, From The Path!” (Psalms 16:11)
Premise Question: Is there anyone anywhere else, known or unknown to humankind, that can show the way and the where to go, in order for one to find, the path that will lead them, to a life filled with refreshing joy and the satisfying pleasure, of being in the very presence, of The LORD forevermore?
“You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.” (Psalms 16:11 NLT)
You, O LORD GOD Almighty, who is most loving and kind, merciful and filled with grace, have made it plain for me and all of humankind, to clearly see, the right path to take in life, by placing it directly in front of me. I’m truly blessed when I stay and do not stray, from the path You have chosen for me to sojourn upon. I am continually filled with Your joy and satisfying pleasures, that are far beyond any description, for they are not of this world. So, I will choose to stay close, right next to You, in Your everlasting and splendidly glorious, wonderful presence. (Psalm 16:11 PDCP)
Bottom Line: It is only The LORD Jesus Christ who can show humankind the correct way and the right where to go, in order to find the perfect path, that will lead them, individually, to eternal life, and in the process, grant them the fullness of joy, tranquility and everlasting peace; which is being able to have the great and wonderful and completely satisfying pleasure of living in His refreshing and marvelously glorious presence forevermore.
So, stay upon, and don’t stray from, the perfect path, that will lead to a life of joy, peace and satisfying pleasures forevermore. The LORD’s presence is really all we will ever need or should truly desire; for He is more than enough! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 06/30- “Let Papa God Repay!” (Proverbs 20:22)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/30- “Let Papa God Repay!” (Proverbs 20:22)
Premise Question: Are we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, most commonly referred to as Christians, ever supposed to take matters into our own hands and reciprocate in kind, in order to even the score, after we’ve been put upon or wronged?
Don’t say, “I will get even for this wrong.” Wait for the LORD to handle the matter. (Proverbs 20:22 NLT)
Refuse to react, by declaring with malicious intent, what you will do to others who’ve hurt, wounded, injured, caused you trouble, pain and or injustice. Rather, choose to respond to them, by waiting patiently, with a calm assurance, knowing that The LORD Himself will come to your aid—your rescue and defense, by repaying in full, those who’ve come against you, thorough and complete; for no one can repay and settle a score better than The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty! (Proverbs 20:22 PDCP)
Bottom Line: In answer to the premise question: Absolutely not!
Let The LORD repay, because He does it a lot better and is completely thorough! In saying that, though, we should not ever have the attitude of, well, The LORD says He’ll take care of it for me, so go ahead LORD! Make my day! Go get em LORD! You have my permission to obliterate them! And while You’re at it, LORD, do make sure you get em real good! And I do mean really good, with thunder bolts of lightning and everything that can come with it! Sic ’em Jesus!
Now, none of that really fits the appropriate attitude, that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, are to display and have towards those who’ve hurt, wounded, wronged, insulted or offended us. For we should not ever relish or feed those thoughts, but should quickly perish and utterly rid ourselves of all those thoughts and attitudes!
We ought to always choose to refuse to react out of our hurt and pain, or injury and insults, that we’ve endured and received, from being mistreated, maligned, abused and wronged, by attempting to settle the score, make it right or give payback that’s due.
We are not to ever be revengeful and reciprocating, by replying or repaying in kind, with our own returns of volatile volleys, but should always choose to respond to them with kindness and grace, displaying great patience and endurance, while showing them mercy and love.
Therefore, by doing this, we will always allow and leave room for The LORD to act on our behalf.
And, we should also, always rejoice when persecuted in this fashion, for it shows that we’ve been counted worthy to be treated in the same way and manner that our LORD was!
Let Papa God Repay! After all, He will do it a lot better than we ever could ever even imagine or actually do, and then, produce righteous results and just recompense! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/03- “A Potent And Persuasive Admonition!” (Romans 12:3)
Premise Question: Why is it so very important to not think of yourself as being superior to others, and that you be real, authentic and honest in your own appraisal of yourself?
Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us. (Romans 12:3 NLT)
Because of The LORD’S unmerited favor and jurisdiction, that He personally gave to me, in a spectacular and serendipitous manner, I am compelled to share this instructive and extremely vital exhortation and admonition with you: do not ever consider yourself above or better than someone else, by thinking that you are in some way superior to them in virtue, or significantly more valuable and important than they are. But, rather, exhibit wisdom, humility, propriety, self-control and restraint, by refusing to think of yourself in that way; always choosing to be in alignment and complete agreement with, while conforming to, the very measure of faith that Papa God, The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty has given to each one of us. (Romans 12:3 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Recognizing, accepting and fully complying with the authority and jurisdiction of the Apostle Paul’s potent and persuasive exhortation and vital admonition to us, will produce many blessings and benefits, along with wonderfully efficacious results in our lives and ministry and is ultimately quite pleasing to Papa God.
Therefore, it is of the greatest importance that we always be genuinely authentic in our faith, in our approach and in our perception of others; refusing to ever believe that we are superior to them.
We should be ethically honorable and completely straightforward, when it comes to how we look at, adjudicate and perceive ourselves; always making sure that we are open and honest, when accessing and appraising ourselves, by calculating and gauging our lives, by how it measures up to and comes into alignment with, the faith that each of us has been personally given by Papa God.
Remember, all of us have been redeemed because of Papa God’s unfailing love, by and through His gracious favor and great and undeserved mercy!
So, let us take this warning to heart and practice, and never be subject to thinking too highly of ourselves, or that we are more deserving and virtuous than that of others. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/31- “Our Redeemer, Teacher, Guide!” (Isaiah 48:17)
Premise Question: Why is it so vital and critically important for us, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, to recognize, accept, and then, to listen carefully and follow closely to what The Redeemer, The Holy, Anointed and Chosen One of Papa God is telling us?
This is what the LORD says— your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow. (Isaiah 48:17 NLT)
Stop whatever you’re doing right now, put aside everything and everyone else, and pay close attention, listen to the message that The LORD GOD Almighty, who is your Redeemer, your Deliverer, the Holy Anointed and Chosen One, who has obtained your release from captivity, set you free and removed the penalty of sin; which is eternal death and separation from His presence, hear what He says: “I AM The LORD Your God, there is no other! I AM The One who imparts wisdom, knowledge and insight, in order to instruct, teach and train you in the ways that will bring the greatest of benefits into your life. I AM The One who leads, guides, directs and watches over you, as you journey upon the path and the way I’ve chosen for you, and that you should choose to travel on, while here, in this world.” (Isaiah 48:17 PDCP)
Bottom Line: It is of the utmost importance for us to recognize and accept who The Redeemer of humankind is, and that He is The One and Only Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty of all and over all; for it is for our own good that we do so, as it meets and satisfies our most urgent and greatest personal need, and also blesses us with the best and absolutely incredibly most wonderful benefits, if we’ll do so!
Therefore, it is a tantamount and tremendously significant thing for us to carefully listen to all that The Great I Am is telling us, and then, to immediately pursue and follow Him upon the pathway and route that He desires and has purposefully designed and established for us to travel and traverse upon, in this life.
We are to do this, with everything that we are and all that we’ve got. For it is upon this path that He imparts to us life-giving instruction and the absolutely necessary correction needed, while diligently and faithfully leading and guiding us into all truth and into the right direction and upon the right path, of our sojourn in this life; which, in the end and scope of all things, is the most honorable, commendable, being completely acceptable and pleasing thing to Him, and will thus, fulfill His divine purpose for our lives.
Remember this great encouraging truth from Papa God’s Word: His word is a lamp to guide our feet and a light for our path. (Psalms 119:105 NLT) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP-’05/02- “Even Fools Are Thought To Be Wise!” (Proverbs 17:28)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/02- “Even Fools Are Thought To Be Wise!” (Proverbs 17:28)
Premise Question: On what exact occasion is it, that there’s a presumption of intelligence assumed even for fool; a time when they are perceived, viewed and regarded, as someone who is thought to have good sense, a modicum of smarts and at least some degree of wisdom?
Even fools are thought wise when they keep silent; with their mouths shut, they seem intelligent. (Proverbs 17:28 NLT)
So, even those who lack good judgement and common sense will have a presumption of having a modicum of smarts if they stay mute, but that’s not all, if they choose to keep their mouths shut and not speak, they’ll be viewed as having great insight and understanding! (Proverbs 17:28 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There are those times and occasions, where one may be subject to, and under a presumption of, thinking that someone is really smart, filled with supreme intelligence, being full of useful and great wisdom, but alas, the someone then proceeds to open their mouth and the truth is exposed, as the words begin to flow out. That’s when it quickly becomes crystal clear and quite apparent, that the someone has a dearth of intellectual prowess, as they begin to exhibit a lack of brilliance or of having any smarts—without even a modicum of wisdom.
Perhaps, maybe there have been times or occasions where we’ve found ourselves to be the one who refused to hold or restrain our tongue and the flow of inappropriate and not very helpful words that flowed out!
There are times and occasions, though, where it would not only be appropriately prudent, but extremely wise, for us to shut the trap door, lock it up and throw away the key, to zip it, close it, button it up, confine the remarks or even hit the mute and stay completely silent!
Propriety and aptness should always rule the day, otherwise, we will wreck and rue the day, the occasion and times, where we were not using wisdom or discernment, and everyone became well aware and knew it!
A friend recently told me something their mother use to tell them all the time. “Son, you can’t argue with silence!” It’s said that silence is golden! I say, only, in some cases, if it stays hidden, otherwise it’s exposed as fools gold! For even fools are thought to be wise when they keep quiet, by staying silent! Let’s choose to be wise! Blessings…
