SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/29/15- “Our Boasting Should Never Be In Or About Ourselves, But Only In And About God And God Alone!” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Premise Question: Concerning the provision of our freedom, our redemption, new life and our eternal salvation, is it ever appropriate to boast in or about anything or anyone, other than Papa God and His Only Son Jesus Christ?

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.” (‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:8-9‬ ‭NLT)

For it is only because of Papa God’s unmerited favor, His loving kindness and His unfailing great love shown towards you, that you’ve been rescued and redeemed from certain death, becoming righteous members, in right standing, in The Company of The Redeemed; and this, because of your personal confession of faith and belief in His Son, Jesus Christ, when you placed your complete trust and reliance on and in Him. And even then, it’s not based on anything that’s been generated by your best behavior, significantly important actions or your good deeds; for there’s not any sort of effort, work or accomplishment that you can do or attempt to do, that will suffice; as it is indeed solely based entirely upon His love for you and His free merciful gift of salvation, provided by and through the mighty works of Papa God Himself and His Son. Papa God has done it in this way and manner, so that, there wouldn’t ever be any personal aggrandizement, by anyone; for when it comes to our salvation, there’s no boasting allowed, except in The LORD GOD Almighty, and what He has done for each one of us. (Ephesians 2:8-9 PDCP)

Bottom Line: When it comes right down to it, unless we are willing to truthfully address, consider or speak about the only reason we have our freedom, redemption, new life and eternal salvation, we will be forever lost! For we must first come into the full realization, complete acceptance and ultimate understanding, that, as far as there being anything or something that we can effectively do, be, say, earn or ever deserve, or even that we personally could ever have anything to do with, have any real bearing on, or whether or not we can achieve it on our own, or that somehow, someway, perhaps we may possibly have the innate ability to be redeemed and rescued from certain death and being eternally separated from the eternal presence of Papa God and His Son, our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, on our own and outside of the only way that Papa God has offered and provided for all of us; then unfortunately, we would be woefully misguided and sadly mistaken! In essence, essentially all that we can do, is to acquiesce, assent, concur, consent and come into agreement, with Papa God’s divine purpose and will for our lives.

So no, no one can do it on their own, as everyone is completely dependent upon Papa God’s love, mercy and grace, for salvation; therefore, it is not ever appropriate for anyone to boast about anyone or anything, other than boasting about what Papa God and His Only Son Jesus Christ has done for us, in rescuing and redeeming us from certain death and eternal damnation and punishment without end!

Thank You Papa God, that at the very moment we first confessed with our mouths and believed in our hearts, that Jesus Christ is LORD, by calling on His Name for deliverance from our own sin and the darkness and evil one of this world; that it is at that very moment that salvation, eternal life, redemption and freedom became ours forevermore; for The Light of the world, in the person and presence of The Spirit of The LORD, comes to live, by taking up personal residence, to forever dwell, deep within the within of each our innermost beings, even our hearts!

Remember, no matter what we can spectacularly ever do, be or accomplish, in or with our lives, in this life, it will still only ever be nothing but dirty laundry; stained and soiled with our guilty sin and shame! Only Papa God, through the efficacious shed blood of His Son, can completely cleanse and remove all the guilty sin, stains and shame from our lives. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 09/17/15- “The LORD Disciplines His Own, Because He Loves Them!” (Proverbs 3:11-12)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 09/17/15- “The LORD Disciplines His Own, Because He Loves Them!” (Proverbs 3:11-12)

Premise Question: Who of us really enjoys being disciplined, corrected, reprimanded and reproved; but, what would be the outcome if everyone that needed an appropriate rebuke, choose to truly, with joy, fully embrace the process, in an attitude of humility and complete submission?

“My child, don’t reject the LORD’s discipline, and don’t be upset when he corrects you. For the LORD corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights.” (‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:11-12‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

My dearly beloved precious child, decide right now, to never refuse or ever reject The LORD God Almighty’s very deliberate and diligent, careful and loving, nurturing chastening of you, and also, choose to not ever become bitter or resentful of His faithful, considerate concern and resolute reproof of you; for it’s truly only done for your greatest good and benefit. Do always remember, that just like an earthly father will administer loving correction to his own children, that he delights in; so too, does Papa God only bring His merciful and loving correction upon those children whom He joyfully delights to lavish His gracious favor and unfailing love upon. (Proverbs 3:11-12 PDCP)

Bottom Line: One of the most difficult lessons, that everyone must learn, is the great value and tremendous blessings that loving, appropriate and consistent discipline brings and adds to a person’s life experience. Although it may seem quite difficult during the time the necessary correction is being administered, as it may be extremely hard to endure; once it has run its course, the wonderful, useful and greatly beneficial fruit that discipline produces in one’s life, is not only a benefit to the individual, but also to those they may come into contact with and have interaction with, in various forms and different ways. Remember, that The LORD never wastes anything that may happen to us or that we may go through, due to our own behavioral choices, decisions and actions or as a result of others and what they may do, that ends up having a direct affect upon our own lives; The LORD will utilize all of it, in shaping, making, maturing and growing the individual, in order to fully accomplish His purpose, will and the unique mission in life that each of us are called to do. So, child of Papa God, don’t ever reject, disdain or be upset when The LORD disciplines you, who are His very beloved and greatly cherished very own children, whom He joyfully delights in; and therefore will absolutely correct, discipline and appropriately reprimand, as needed, as well as, whenever and wherever it’s necessary! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/10/15- “Get Rid Of It All!” (Ephesians 4:31-32)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/10/15- “Get Rid Of It All!” (Ephesians 4:31-32)

Premise Question: Why would any member of The Company of The Redeemed ever even consider choosing to hold onto things, that if they don’t deliberately choose to get rid of completely out of our lives, will eventually end up destroying them and weakening their faith; when if they would confess those things as sin and release and replace them with the exact opposite attitudes, behaviors and practices, their lives would be full of love, joy, peace and release and their faith would be made stronger, regardless of the kinds of attacks, hurts, insults hurled, or harm that may be directed against them?

“Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
(‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:31-32‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Don’t allow yourself even another scintilla of a moment of being encumbered, weighted down or influenced by, some intense, antagonistic, grievous and resentful attitude or hostility you have towards someone or something to turn into an out of control blind rage of belligerent behavior, because you’ve determined that somehow, or in someway, you’ve been horribly wronged by something that happened or by someone’s words, attitude or actions towards you; therefore, you are then subject to immediately being thrust and literally propelled into acting out in a malicious and retaliatory way, with the express intent and overwhelming purpose and desire of inflicting injury, harm and suffering upon something or someone. Rather though, choose to exhibit and model a benevolent and kind nature, with quite an indulgent disposition of showing extreme compassion and patience toward each other, by releasing and forgiving one another, being loving, overlooking the offense and being long suffering, with great grace, mercy and kindness in the same way that Papa God, through His Son Jesus Christ is forgiving, loving, gracious, merciful, kind and long suffering towards you. (Ephesians 4:31:32 PDCP)

Bottom Line: What a great question for each one of us to answer for our own spiritual sojourn and daily walk of faith! Why would anyone hang on to things that can ultimately destroy them? Here is a brief list: Wounded spirit, resentfulness, holding bitterness, which can turn into holding a grudge and being vengeful, which leads to refusing to forgive and release someone or something that has happened to them. These are all quite understandable and typically, an all too common reaction and practice, given the amount of hurt and suffering it can bring or heap on a person’s life. Even though The LORD completely understands and is sympathetic and compassionate, He doesn’t have to come into agreement with us on how it should best be resolved! For He desires that a person learn and choose to respond to the other person or situation, in the same way and manner He would and has prescribed, rather than just going nuclear and having a meltdown of their reactor! Our natural tendency is to react, one could even say that it is actually in the DNA of our old fallen humankind nature to do so. But, we now have a new life, with a new nature, the nature of Jesus Christ and His attitudes, mindset, behaviors, characteristics of His Spirit living in us; for the old is passed away and died and the new life has come and taken up residence inside of us, completely transforming us into a new person, to do His will and fulfill His divine purpose, bringing honor and glory to Him! (Galatians 2:20)

So, in order for this to truly happen, we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, must read Papa God’s Word, know His Word, fully accept all that He is conveying to us in His Word, (the “B” in Bible doesn’t stand for buffet, we can’t just pick and choose what we want or are most comfortable with) and then, we must deliberately and with great diligence and devotion, trust and obey Papa God’s Word, by putting into practice in our daily lives, the perfect example, that’s been clearly delineated for all of us in Papa God’s Word, The Living Word, Jesus Christ, our LORD and Savior! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/04/15- “Love Others As Papa God Loves You!” (1 John 4:11-12)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/04/15- “Love Others As Papa God Loves You!” (1John 4:11-12)

Premise Question: What is the unmistakable evidence that Papa God’s love is obviously present and readily seen, as living in and flowing out of a member of The Company of The Redeemed, and when is it conspicuously noticeable, that it is, in truth and fact, downright, blatantly apparent, that it is not?

“Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.” (‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:11-12‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Beloved and most cherished friends, I implore you to earnestly consider, that since the time when, The Sovereign Papa God Almighty put His unconditional, unfailing, unending, benevolent, and affectionate love on display, for all of humankind to see, by sending His perfect and without sin, most precious and honorable only Son, Jesus Christ, to die in our place, we also, every member of The Company of The Redeemed, should exhibit and have the same attitude, action and behavior, in our love expressed, towards each other. No human has ever seen The Sovereign Papa God Almighty face to face; but if, (indeed a big if) we choose to exhibit and express our love towards each other, in the same way and manner that Papa God has towards us, then His presence is living inside of us, and thus, His perfect love is brought to complete fruition and the fulfillment of its ultimate purpose, when His perfect love lives in us, and is expressed through us, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed. (1 John 4:11-12 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The absolute empirical, being completely unmistakable, irrefutable and undeniable evidence, that the love of Papa God is living in and flowing out of a person’s life, is when that person is expressing Papa God’s love and affection towards others. It is patently false, to accept or believe, that one has the love of Papa God living inside of them, if they are not willing and in fact are practicing, expressing His love towards others, whether they be enemy, friend, family or foe. For we all are strongly admonished to share, show and express the same love that Papa God has shown, is showing and will continue to show us, towards others! The phrase used in the NLT version of this scripture is: “we surely ought!” There is no ambiguity in that phrase, no wiggle room, nor any doubt or uncertainty, as to its meaning, but rather, it leaves us to wrestle with the the truth of the matter, which is not even unreasonable or impossible to accomplish, but is, our spiritual duty, our honorable obligation and really what’s expected of us; so, we must choose to come into full compliance, with the help of The LORD, and just do it. The LORD’S Word is quite clear, that if we refuse to love our brothers, our sisters, and others, then the love of Papa God is simply not living in us, or at the bare minimum, we are not yet allowing the full and truest expression of His love to permeate the deepest regions of our hearts and lives, and are therefore, incapable of truly expressing the full force and sheer magnitude of His great love shown us, toward others! Papa God’s Holy Writ goes on to say, that ultimately, if we refuse to love others, then we will remain in death and will not experience everlasting life. His Word further states, and this may be difficult to accept or comprehend, for some, but we must choose to accept it, because His Word declares it to be so; that anyone who hates his brother, sister or others, is in effect, committing murder! Wow! Help us Papa God to love and express Your love toward others, as You have, and are continuing to express Your love towards us! So, it is unmistakable and completely obvious that Papa God’s love is living inside of us, when we choose to express His love towards others, as it is also, conspicuously noticeable, being downright, blatantly obvious, that His love is not the controlling influence and ruling force in our lives, when we refuse to express His love towards others! Let’s choose to love others the way Papa God has chosen to love each and every one of us! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 05/15/15- “Papa God’s Great Love For His Creation, Humankind!” (John 3/16)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/15/15- “Papa God’s Great Love For His Creation, Humankind!” (John 3:16)

Premise Question: What should our immediate response be to Papa God’s great overture of love towards us, what actions should follow our response and how should we then comport our daily lives?

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ NLT)

For Papa God, the Supreme Ruler, The Creator of Heaven and Earth and everything else created therein, had, and still does have, such a profound and great propitious love, a benevolent affection, for all of humankind, His creation: He voluntarily provided, by furnishing the perfect, efficacious sacrifice, His exclusive, one of a kind Son, who was and is and is to come; who being The Word, from before the beginning, became flesh, in order to dwell among us, so that, whoever places their complete faith and trust, their full confidence, in Papa God’s Son, Jesus Christ, who is The Savior/Messiah of the world, shall not ever be destroyed, as they shall never cease to exist or die a spiritual death, but will experience an everlasting, perpetual, ceaseless, without end, eternal life of joy and peace! (John 3:16 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Our response to Papa God’s great overture of love towards us, should be to immediately believe in and accept His provision of an absolutely necessary Redeemer, His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ, as our personal LORD and Savior, with a heart full of thanksgiving, appreciation and gratitude, for His love, mercy and gracious favor and for all that He’s done for us, in providing us a new life of eternal joy and peace, along with a sure escape from certain eternal death, punishment and separation from the mighty and magnificently glorious presence of The LORD. Then, our quick and deliberate actions should be to prepare ourselves and others adequately, in order to send them and to go ourselves, armed with the ability to share, Papa God’s clear and concise message of great joy and good news, with everyone everywhere. Finally, the daily comportment of our lives should be lived in such a way, that it will bring glory and honor to our LORD, by obeying His Word, desiring and then doing His will, and then living our lives as an offering of spiritual worship and praise unto The King Eternal, The Most High, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, Jesus Christ The LORD!
