SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/30- “Papa God Gives Us The Desire And Power To Do What Pleases Him!” (Philippians 2:12-13)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/30-“Papa God Gives Us The Desire And Power To Do What Pleases Him!” (Philippians 2:12-13)

Premise Question: What are each of us, as individual members of The Company of The Redeemed, directly responsible for, with regards to pleasing Papa God, and fulfilling His purpose and will for our lives, and what must we do, in order to fulfill our own part in the process of our own personal sanctification; and then, what is Papa God’s declared and defined role of what He has promised to faithfully do and be personally responsible for, in the process of each of our own individual personal sanctification?

Dear friends, you always followed my instructions when I was with you. And now that I am away, it is even more important. Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. (‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭12-13‬ NLT)

My beloved and most cherished close friends, I greatly appreciate that whether I’m in your presence or not, you continue to understand the importance of conducting yourselves in a manner worthy of honor and recognition. Therefore, I encourage you to carry on, in your persistent and enduring effort, to bring about, with the help of The LORD, the complete sanctification of your soul. Do this, with much reverential awe and affect, so that, a true and total transformation of your life will take effect. Remembering always, that it is Papa God who acts on your behalf, in you, through His Spirit’s enabling powerful influence, which grants and gives you the tools and desires, making it possible for you to be grounded and established in Him; in order to bring to fruition, finally, the realization of the fulfillment of His morally excellent, intended desired result, which is, His heavenly inspired, divinely designed, perfect will and purpose for your life. (Philippians 2:12-13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: What is our part and our individual responsibility? Love Papa God, love people and love mercy and compassion. Know and follow the instructions and commands we’ve been given in His Word. Understand and accept that no one can do it on their own or in their own strength.

So, learn to rely upon the gracious favor of The LORD and His enabling power, presence and guiding influence of Word and His Holy Spirit.

When The LORD says that He will give you the true desires of your heart, He means that He will fulfill and give you the heavenly inspired, divinely designed, true desires that He has personally placed in your heart, and purposed just for you. But, this only happens when we choose to do our part, which is, doing what is just, right and honorable, in His sight, by coming into complete compliance, with regards to obeying His Word and then, by learning to utterly rely upon the leading and guiding influence of His Holy Spirit!

As for Papa God’s part, His responsibility and role, in the process of sanctification; He has already done and will continue to faithfully do His part, in fulfilling and making sure He satisfies every one of the promises He’s made, with regards to helping each of us, individually, reach full and complete sanctification of our souls, by literally giving us the desires and the power to do it, thus, with the most honorable and righteous result of pleasing Him, by fulfilling His purpose and will for our lives. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/23- “All Who Call!” (Acts 2:21)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/23- “All Who Call!” (Acts 2:21)

Premise Question: Is it actually a possibility for someone to call upon The Name of The LORD for salvation, without ever expressing a believing faith in Him, and still be saved?

But everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.’
(Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭2‬:‭21‬ NLT)

Now hear this! Everyone, anyone, of any race, color or creed, from anywhere and everywhere, here in this world, who cries out, from a heart of humility and contrition, while recognizing and accepting that there is no other Name given to mankind, whereby, one can receive salvation, for He is The LORD of Lords and The King of kings, The One True God, Who was and is and is to come. Call upon His Name and you will and shall forever and ever eternally, without end, be rescued from the power of darkness and the penalty of sin, which is eternal death, hell and the grave—being forever separated from the presence of Papa God! There is no power anywhere that will be able to stop or keep you from being redeemed…SAVED! (Acts 2:21 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Nope, in answer to the premise question! It is not even a remote possibility for someone to be rescued from certain death and eternal separation from the presence of Papa God without a believing faith in His Son, our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ!

But, even though there will be such horribly awful and terrible things happening all around, as the world experiences trouble and is in complete turmoil, anyone and everyone, regardless of their people group, their past or present circumstances or situation, culture or creed, from anywhere and everywhere, it truly does not matter, for if they will humbly, with a contrite heart, cry out in believing faith to The LORD, by simply asking Him to hear their plea for mercy, they shall immediately and absolutely, without a doubt, be eternally recused from certain death and eternal separation from Papa God’s joy filled and wonderful, eternally blissful, presence.

So, the question comes back on us, the members of The Company of The Redeemed. What is our part, our call of duty and obligation, as believers? The Apostle Paul makes the case in Romans chapter 10 for what the honorable right thing and our obligation is for us to be engaged in fully.

According to Paul, no one has the ability to call upon The LORD, to be rescued and saved by Him, unless they believe in Him! And no one can ever possibly believe in Him unless and until they have heard the good news about Him! And, in fact, when they do hear, they will respond, by calling upon His Name to be saved! Furthermore, Paul surmises, it’s not even a remote possibility for anyone to hear about the good news of Jesus Christ unless there is someone who is willing to share it with them!

And finally, there will not be anyone to share the wonderful good news with those who’ve not ever heard, unless and until they are willing to go, and are, in actuality, sent! (Romans 10:14-15)

Now, that being the case, and because of this marvelous and wonderful truth, we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, must have a tantamount sense of duty and joyful obligation, along with great urgency, to go, send and be sent everywhere, for the express purpose of sharing the good news, by telling everyone about Jesus Christ!

Thank Papa God for His lavishing love, His magnificent mercy and glorious grace! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/06- “Just This One Thing!” (Psalms 27:4)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/06- “Just This One Thing!” (Psalms 27:4)

Premise Question: What should we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, aspire to become, as it relates to this unique request and deep desire of the Psalmist David?

The one thing I ask of the LORD — the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple. (‭Psalms‬ ‭27‬:‭4‬ NLT)

The consummate existence and supreme experience that I am requesting of You, O LORD, for it is my ultimate quest and the thing I earnestly desire and urgently chase after; is to dwell in the place of Your manifest presence, Your heavenly abode, for every day of my earthly existence and even extending beyond my mortal existence into eternity, to always enjoy The LORD GOD Almighty’s excellence and His holiness, being allowed to stay in deep contemplation and thought, while ruminating and worshiping forever in The Temple of The Most High. (Psalms 27:4 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, should aspire to become The LORD’s “Sanctuary of Praise” (Psalms 68:35, 27:6) “Temple of Worship” (Psalms 5:7, 138:2) “House of Prayer” (Luke 19:46, Isaiah 56:7) “House of Power” (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 2:4, Ephesians 1:19) and His authentic “Household of Faith” (Galatians 6:10, Titus 3:14, James 1:27). I leave you with a scripture, which I believe, encompasses it all!

O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory. Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. You satisfy me more than the richest feast. I will praise you with songs of joy. I lie awake thinking of you, meditating on you through the night. Because you are my helper, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings. I cling to you; your strong right hand holds me securely. (‭Psalms‬ ‭63‬:‭1-8‬ NLT) Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/08- “There Is No Other Name!” (Zechariah 14:9)

Premise Question: Are we the generation and people who will see this specific “Day,” referred to by the prophet of The LORD, in this portion of Papa God’s Holy Writ, come to pass?

And the LORD will be king over all the earth. On that day there will be one LORD —his name alone will be worshiped. (‭Zechariah‬ ‭14‬:‭9‬ NLT)

On that day, when The KING of Kings and The LORD of Lord’s, steps out of Heaven, for a second time, and places His feet upon the Mount of Olives, He is coming to rule and reign upon the whole earth, to reside and dwell in the midst of humankind; for in that particular and quite spectacular and glorious day, there will be only One LORD, in Heaven and on the entire earth, that will be exalted above all else; His Name alone, for there is no other name, will be honored, worshiped, praised and glorified. (Zechariah 14:9 PDCP)

Bottom Line: In answer to the Premise Question: I don’t know, and neither does anyone else! (“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows.) (‭Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭36‬ NLT) So, whether or not we are the generation and people that will see it happen, it matters not! For it’s going to definitely happen! And, if we are His, when it happens we will be there one way or the other. Either here on earth, seeing it take place, or returning with Him from our eternal place of abiding in His everlasting presence of eternal joy and peace—Heaven! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY:PDCP- 03/05- “Our Greatest Honor!” (1 Peter 4:16)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/05- “Our Greatest Honor!” (1 Peter 4:16)

Premise Question: Is there a difference between suffering, because you’re being recognized as an associate of Christ, and suffering, because of your own willful belligerent behavior?

But it is no shame to suffer for being a Christian. Praise God for the privilege of being called by his name! (‭1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬ NLT)

There is never any ignominious guilt or shame associated with being recognized as a follower of CHRIST. So, when you suffer reproach, because of your association and personal attachment to Him, rejoice! For it is a great privilege and supreme honor to be identified and labeled as a true follower of CHRIST—when you are called a Christian. (1 Peter 4:16 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The greatest privilege and supreme honor, that a believer in CHRIST can receive, in this life, from the world, is to be associated with, by being recognized and called, by The LORD’s Name—a Christian. It may be done in a contemptuous way and manner, being completely derisive, but it carries not an once of stigma or shame. There is a distinct and marked difference, though, between suffering because of our alignment with CHRIST, and suffering due to our own bad decisions and behaviors, outside of CHRIST! One is filled to the brim and overflowing, being over the top, with loathsome and quite perilous ignominy, while the other is a glorious and wonderful reason to rejoice, with thanksgiving and gratitude, for the great privilege and supreme honor of being identified, as being an associate of CHRIST; thus, wearing the label, termed by designation and reputation, of being a Christian.

A note of interest: The writer, of this great Epistle of 1st Peter, is none other than Peter himself! It’s interesting to point this out, because of his own brief moment of great shame suffered, when he denied his association and personal relationship with the “Galilean”—CHRIST! He definitely rebounded and fully recovered from his momentary lapse, and that, because of The LORD’s great compassion and unfailing love and His mercy and grace. We bear CHRIST’S Name, without any shame, for it is a privilege to do so, as it is our greatest honor.

Check out the entire chapters of 1Peter 3-4. It’s great reading and wonderful insights into how we ought to deal with suffering, as well as, how to approach and interact with others. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 03/01- “Let The Whole World Know!” (Psalm 105:1)

Premise Question: Why are we, as believers, to be the source of giving thanks and making huge announcements and proclamations, and then, broadcast and spread it near and far, by telling who, what, when and where?

Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. (‭Psalms‬ ‭105‬:‭1‬ NLT)

Offer your heartfelt thanks, with expressions of gratitude, to Papa God, and extol the enormity of the Good News of His infinite mercy, grace and unfailing love, by announcing and declaring it far and wide, broadcasting and spreading it everywhere to everyone; so that, they may also have the blessed opportunity, as well, to become aware of, comprehending, with understanding, and then, ultimately, believing, accepting, and receiving, all that Papa God has accomplished and done for them. (Psalms 105:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Why, who, what, when and where? Because of who Papa God is and what He has accomplished for everyone, by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, into the whole world, for the express purpose of redeeming all of humankind, and, because He has preordained and commissioned us, His adopted children, to be the primary source of delivering the Good News to everyone everywhere; meaning, every people group, every nation, kindred, tongue and tribe, anywhere and everywhere on the face of planet earth; and, by what ever means possible, even shouting (broadcasting) the Good News from the tallest buildings, the highest mountain peeks, declaring and making it known, even in the lowest valleys and the most remote islands and jungles, of this planet, as well as, the desolate deserts, that are out of the way, being extremely difficult to reach and have access to, any and all places that are inhabited by humankind. We, The Company of The Redeemed, are to give thanks, announce and declare through proclamations, by using any and every means available and possible to us, to send, broadcast and to go and tell of the Great and Glorious Good News, spreading it throughout the entire world, telling of all that Almighty Papa God has accomplished for all of humankind! There is a divine reason, a holy purpose and use for all the radio towers, tv towers, launched satellites orbiting the earth, and the millions of miles of cable run, not even to mention, The World Wide Web! We’ve been given the tools, the resources, the humankind power, but most importantly, the message of The Good News, with the anointing and power of The Holy Spirit to do it! So, let’s just do it, NOW! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 02/14- “No Greater Love!” (John 15:13)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/14- “No Greater Love!” (John 15:13)

Premise Question: Are there illustrious examples today, that are clearly seen, being put on display, exemplified and recognized, before our very own eyes and ears, that show this kind and level, of the extreme ultimate expression, of sacrificial love, where all is given for another, without expectation of a return, and, with nothing held in reserve, for one’s own regard?

There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. (‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭13‬ NLT)

There never has been, nor will there ever be, a more significant or magnificent display, of the ultimate expression, of true, selfless, sacrificial love, than when someone chooses to lay down their own life, in service, and then, ultimately death, for another. (John 15:13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Absolute YES! The LORD Jesus Christ is, of course, the greatest example of “No Greater Love,” as He not only laid down His life voluntarily, giving His life, as the ultimate perfect sacrifice, for the redemption of all of humankind, but He also gave up the splendor and majesty of His heavenly throne, humbling Himself, by taking off His regal robes of glory and descending to earth to become just like us, experiencing life in human form and on an earthly level; so that, He could, by laying His life down for us, renew, restore and reconcile us back to Papa God, to forever live in His glorious light and wonderful presence.

The great examples of this kind and expression of love today, I believe, is seen in the way soldiers volunteer to serve their country, family, friends and fellow citizens; willing to lay their lives down in service and death for their fellow soldiers and others. It is also, I believe, seen in the lives of first responders, who daily are asked, by fellow citizens, to put their lives on the line for others, without regard for their own safety. There are many others that could be put up as wonderful examples; such as, all those, from different walks of life, that constantly put the care and welfare of the lives of others before themselves, especially those who put themselves in harms way, when dealing with those who are sick, afflicted, dealing with various kinds of infirmities, are weak and diseased, and doing all of this without any personal regard or safety for themselves.

We all, as fellow believers, ought to be willing to put our lives on the line, in serving and dying for others; for there truly is no greater example of our love for one another, than this: to be willing to die for another. Blessings…
