SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/14/15- “We Get What We Ask For And What’s Best For Us, When It’s What He Wants For Us!” (1 John 5:14-15)

Premise Question: Do we, can we, as children of The Most High, The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, get and have what we ask of Him?

“And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.” ‭‭(1 John‬ ‭5:14-15‬ ‭NLT‬)

This is the certain certitude, that we confidently possess, being fully assured, with extraordinary courage, as we draw near, even extremely close, to the very manifest presence, of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty: it’s knowing that if we make a request, that is entirely congruent with His divine design, perfect purpose and wonderful plan for our lives, which pleases Him, then, He is pre-disposed to incline His ear and heart towards us and listens with rapt attention. And, because we are not in the dark, or unaware of the fact that He listens to us, when we offer up our petitions, requests and entreaties, that are pleasing to Him; then, no matter what we request, we are already fully assured of having all that we have requested of Him! (1 John 5:14-15 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Oh what a blessing it is for us and others, when our requests of The LORD are pleasing to Him, because they fulfill His divine purpose and wonderful plan for our lives and the lives of others. It’s also wonderful knowing, that when we ask anything, according to His will, we have it, for it is already a work in progress and is part of the necessary process. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/11/15- “Papa God’s Eyes Are Upon The Righteous!” (1Peter 3:12-13)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/11/15- “Papa God’s Eyes Are Upon The Righteous!” (1 Peter 3:12-13)

Premise Question: Where does the hope, confidence and assurance of the righteous, each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed, come from, and is there any hope for the wicked, who’ve not been redeemed?

“The eyes of the LORD watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the LORD turns his face against those who do evil.” Now, who will want to harm you if you are eager to do good?” (‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3:12-13‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

For The LORD God Almighty’s eyes, with rapt attention and close observation, are focused upon all those who are living right, and His ears are ever ready, inclined towards, in tune and near them, while monitoring closely and listening intently to hear the supplications, entreaties and prayers of the righteous. But the countenance and visage of The LORD God Almighty turns away from the wicked and their evil practices, for He ever resists them, will always be opposed to them and will never grant them His approval. Who, whether of this world or not of this world, will ever have the ability to bring eternal injury or harm to you, if you make it your earnest desire, with The LORD God Almighty’s enabling help, to always do what is morally excellent, honorable and genuinely good? (1 Peter 3:12-13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The righteous, those who’ve been made righteous, in the sight of Papa God, through the sacrificial offering of His Only Begotten Son on the cross, making it possible, then, for everyone in humankind to experience the redeeming love, mercy and grace of an obedient Savior and loving Papa God, when upon the recognition of their personal sin and need for individual salvation and redemption, they confess and repent of their sin and place their complete faith and full trust in Papa God’s gracious provision of His spectacular gift of a new and eternal life, which is empowered by The Spirit of Christ living inside each believer! Each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed can be fully assured, with complete confidence, that The LORD God Almighty is fully aware of who you are, where you are and what you are doing, for He is ever watching over you, and is ever listening intently to the prayers of His own. A couple of phrases from the Scriptures gives us great hope and confidence, these phrases were also utilized as comforting lyrics in a couple of songs from long ago: “He never sleeps, He never slumbers, He watches over me both night and day!” (Andrea Crouch & The Disciples version is my favorite) “His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches over me!” (Mahalia Jackson version is my favorite) Now, with regards to the wicked, those who’ve not yet been redeemed, there is hope for them if, and only if, they choose to accept Papa God’s overture of love, mercy and grace that He has provided and shown them, in His Son Jesus Christ, The Savior and only hope of humankind; otherwise, there is no hope ever for the wicked! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 05/28/15- “The Blessings Of Discipline!” (Hebrews 12:11)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/28/15- “The Blessings Of Discipline!” (Hebrews 12:11)

Premise Question: How can something that hurts so bad, produces lots of pain and anguish and is extremely difficult to withstand and go through, be so enjoyable, for those who are willing to endure the process?

No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭11‬ NLT)

Initially, at the very moment of receiving, then experiencing a severe and strong instructive reprimand of corrective chastening, it’s not going to be enjoyable, agreeable, nor in anyway pleasant, but excruciatingly difficult, exacting, seeming unreasonable, perhaps even grossly excessive and extortionate. After awhile though, with the passing of time, it becomes quite apparent, because of what is brought into existence, as a direct result of The Lord’s chastening, that it shall yield a veritable wonderful supply of upright, morally excellent, virtuous righteous living, free from strife, anxiety and dissension, characterized by harmony and tranquillity, for all those who choose to allow the instruction of The Lord to impact them to their core, developing in them the practice of righteous behavior. (Hebrews 12:11 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The chastening of The LORD, that inflicts suffering and pain, and perhaps causes us to experience discomfort, is divinely designed to be administered in just the right amount, with love, that ends up producing a harvest of righteousness in our lives, for our benefit and The LORD’S ultimate glory. When we submit ourselves to His loving care and reproving process, He then, is able to make the necessary alterations and modifications to our lives, in order to effect the complete transformation that must take place. We are forever changed and improved, for the good, through intense training, practice and instruction, even a rigorous regimen, at times, that may emulate a soldier’s basic training for the military; but, which cultivates within us a well oiled, flourishing, satisfying and deeply mature personal relationship with Papa God. There is an old familiar saying: “No pain no gain!” It is quite applicable, as the pain we experience from the intense training in righteousness, produces and develops strength, great insight and wisdom, knowledge, patience, endurance, perseverance, understanding, confidence and assurance, as well as, our resolve, in being resolute, our ability to think properly, see things clearly and make right and honorable decisions, not to mention that it also brings us much joy and peace and a sense of wonder, thanksgiving and the incredible accomplishment of Papa God’s divine purpose and will for our lives. We all desperately need the correction of The LORD in our lives, and once we have it, we will, on an ongoing basis, truly experience His “corrected direction” and His “directed correction” to the amazement of not only ourselves, but everyone else, as well! It really is a blessing and a great honor to receive the loving correction and discipline of The LORD! Blessings… #YouVersion #correction #discipline

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/27/15- “Freedom For All Who Turn To The LORD!”
(2 Corinthians 3:17)

Premise Question: Just what does it truly mean and encompass, and what is required of us, in order to fully experience the reality of the completely liberating freedom, that’s found only where the Spirit of The LORD is present?

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ NLT)

Now, since it is a given and has already been established and understood, that The LORD and The Spirit are absolutely one and the same, and that, whenever and wherever, at anyplace, anytime, anywhere, everyplace and everywhere, The Manifest Presence of The Most High, which is The Spirit of The LORD, shows up and is present, there is absolute liberty and freedom for all, who turn to Him, to be had. (2 Corinthians 3:17 PDCP)

Bottom Line: *What it truly means for us to experience true freedom is: we are no longer subject to being held captive by the covenant of the law of sin and death, but have now been set free to see, by a new and living covenant of life, with all blinders and mind blocks, on our ability to comprehend, perceive and receive, with complete understanding, being utterly removed. *What it encompasses is: the ability and spiritual anointing to minister effectively no matter where we are or who we’re with, or what the situation or circumstances may be. We will, without fear, and with great courage, be able to live free, speak freely, and with boldness, because The Spirit of The LORD’S presence is always with us. *What is required of us, is to turn to Him, believe and receive Him, as our LORD and Savior, then rely on Him to lead, guide and direct us, in our new found freedom. The old way had a glory that was fading away, but the new way, by and through The Spirit, will never fade away, or ever be diminished in its capacity; for the law always ends in death, but, The Spirit always brings freedom, with life everlasting, because wherever The Spirit of The LORD is, there is life and freedom! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 04/14/15- “Impossible To Measure Or Grasp!” (Isaiah 40:28)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/14/15- “Impossible To Measure Or Grasp!”
(Isaiah 40:28)

Premise Question: Today, in our contemporary Christian society and generation, how are we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, responding to these two presumed questions and real concepts, and do we fully accept the prophet Isaiah’s august declarations of absolute truth?

Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭28‬ NLT)

Are you trying to convey to me, that you are so woefully informed, that you’ve not ever been made aware of, or at any time in your life, that you’ve really never even overheard someone talk about The August Sovereign LORD God Almighty? And, are you furthermore, trying to feign complete ignorance, by saying you lack any knowledge or even a modicum of understanding? Well, whether or not you have ever heard of, or have any understanding of any of this; it still won’t ever change the fact and absolute truth, that The Sovereign LORD is The Everlasting Papa, The Almighty God and The Creator and Grand Divine Designer, of the entire realm, of the earth and everything therein. For it is He, who hasn’t ever, nor shall He ever, succumb to becoming frail, impotent, deficient, decrepit or diminished in any way or capacity; nor shall He ever be subject to being tired, fatigued, or exhausted mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually spent. For the sheer magnitude of the degree and extent of who He is, is immeasurable, being impossible to get to the bottom of, and is also inestimable, being limitless, in scope and comprehension, and is, by far, way beyond our capacity or ability to grasp. (Isaiah 40:28 PDCP)

Bottom Line: I question, at times, if some in the present day modern contemporary Church, perhaps have come to the conclusion or may have come to surmise, that they are beyond needing to acknowledge or accept this august knowledge, with sincere discernment? I wonder, if some may have lost their sense of urgency, of the absolutely crucial and necessary edict, to truly honor, with holy reverence, praise, worship and awe, The Almighty, for who He is? Are we now, prone to take it all in stride or maybe just for granted? I feel very strongly, that we, still today, should be approaching and responding to these questions, concepts and declarations of truth, with the same urgency and holy reverence and awe that the prophet Isaiah did long ago! There are times, though, that I’ve perceived an air of familiarity, accompanied, with a sense of entitlement, by those who approach Papa God. I not saying that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, don’t have the privilege and honor of making requests and entreaties to The LORD God Almighty, for He Himself, has in His Holy Word, encouraged us to do just that! But, when we approach Him, we need to come before Him in reverent awe and with an attitude of humility and contriteness, offering up to Him the honor, glory, praise and worship that’s due only Him! We have and serve an Awesome Papa God! His grace, mercy and love is beyond measure and too magnificent to grasp! Blessings… #YouVersion #immeasurable #beyondcompare

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 04/05/15- “Jesus Is The Resurrection And The Life!” (John 11:25-26)

Premise Question: Do you, who’s now reading this and are at present, a living and breathing soul, being a member of humankind existing now here on earth, do you now believe?

Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?” (‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭25-26‬ NLT)

With an emphatically expressed announcement, Jesus discloses the truth, with authority, about resurrection and life, to Martha, the sister of Lazarus, who had just died a few days before, and to everyone else in the earth, by declaring the truth, “I am the resurrection and life; Therefore, anyone anywhere, everyone everywhere, in the world, if they will choose to put their complete trust and confidence in Me, by believing and relying on Me in this life, will continue to live on, even after they experience a physical death, because they have chosen to live their existence, here on earth, by putting their faith and trust in Me, and thereby, essentially, they shall not ever experience ultimate death! Do you, Martha and anyone anywhere, everyone everywhere else in the world, believe this? (John 11:25-26 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The quintessential question that Jesus asked Martha and essentially, continues to ask everyone, everywhere else, that has ever or will ever live on this earth, and which still holds the urgent truth for today and beyond; for it is still, without question, the relevant, being most pertinent and germane question of this hour and every hour of each and every day for all of humankind to answer! Do you believe that Jesus IS the resurrection and the life? Do you accept that death was and is no match for Jesus? And that there isn’t any amount of worry, grief or anything that’s ever happened in your past, that Jesus hasn’t or essentially cannot overcome? The best response today to those questions is the same as it was yesterday, today and forever! Yes I believe! Jesus Christ is my LORD and Savior! My complete trust, confidence and faith, is in Him and Him alone! Thank you Papa God for Your incredible gift of Your Son! Blessings… #YouVersion #becauseheliveswelive

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 02/10/15- “Controlled By Love, The Love Of Christ!” (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

Posted on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/10/15- “Controlled By Love, The Love Of Christ!” (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

Premise Question: Is it a real possibility, being that it would actually happen, for authentic believers, (true followers of Christ) to overcome their old nature, (their corrupt spiritual DNA they are born with) and thus, no longer live unto and solely for themselves, but be transformed, by taking on a new nature, (the perfect spiritual DNA of Christ) and live a life that successfully emulates the life of Christ?

Either way, Christ’s love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we have all died to our old life. He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭14-15‬ NLT)

Whether you think we are crazy or not, it matters not, because what really matters, is that we allow the love of Christ to control what we say, what we do, and how we live. In as much as, we are fully persuaded that Christ laid His life down, in death, for all of humankind, we are, furthermore, also fully compelled and persuaded that we all have now lain our old lives down, dying to the sinful nature we were born with. Understand this; Christ chose to die for all of humankind, so that anyone who chooses to be transformed, by receiving and accepting a new nature and life from The LORD Jesus Christ, will no longer live their lives unto and for themselves, but will rather, live their lives in total submission to the will and purpose of Christ, Whom offered up His life upon the cross and then rose from the grave victorious, for all of humankind. (2 Corinthians 5:14-15 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Yes! It is entirely possible, and should be the norm of what is taking place, in all our lives, and for all to see; that being, the transformation and transition from our old nature, the corrupt spiritual DNA we were born with, to a new nature, the one provided for us through and by the death and resurrection of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ; which is His perfect divine spiritual DNA. But, in order for this transformation and transition to happen, we, as authentic believers and followers of Christ, must choose to yield ourselves completely, no longer being controlled by our old sinful nature, but now being controlled by the divine nature and love of Christ. In order for this to happen, we must first die to our old spiritually corrupt DNA nature, and then, be transformed, by coming alive to the new spiritually divine, nature of Christ. For if we are still operating out of our old corrupt DNA nature, then we are not living out of our new nature, and therefore, will not produce what is good, right and divine, but will only produce according to our old nature, which is spiritually corrupt! So, for Christ’s sake, choose to die to self and the old corrupt spiritual DNA, and be transformed, by coming alive, being reborn, with a new spiritual nature, the DNA of Christ! Our DNA- Damned Nature Already…Christ’s DNA- Divine Nature Always…Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 02/07/15- “We Are Comforted, So That We Can Comfort Others!” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/07/15- “We Are Comforted, So That We Can Comfort Others!” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)

Premise Question: Is it possible to comfort others, who are going through tremendous trials, troubles, torment and great suffering, with the comfort of Papa God, without having first experienced His all sufficient comfort in our own disturbingly difficult, distressing and trying times?

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭3-4‬ NLT)

Every expression of approval, acclaim, accolade or laudation, should all be given to Papa God, The One True Sovereign Almighty God, who is The Father of our most precious LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is He, who is the fountainhead and wellspring of all reassuring, consoling comfort; sharing with us His generous grace, while showing us His magnanimous mercy. He does this, by bringing relief and solace to us, in the midst of our own troubling vexations, which then enables us to have the needed wherewithal, to help others in their difficult and trying times; for when they are overwhelmed by the trials and vicissitudes of this life, you will have the capacity to be ready, willing and able, to administer the identical comfort and help, from Papa God, that you received and experienced in your own challenging and difficult times.
(2 Corinthians 1:3-4 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There’s a song, from a number of years ago, written by the wonderful song writer and precious minister of The LORD, Andre Crouch, entitled, “Through It All.” I believe the lyrics give us insight into the answer to the Premise Question. Here is a couple of partial examples, from that song.
#1) “But in every situation, God gave me blessed consolation, that my trials come only to make me strong.” #2) “For if I’d never had a problem, I wouldn’t know God could solve them, I’d never know what faith in God could do!”
So, perhaps Papa God permits and allows us to go through some of our difficult trials, for a number of specific reasons. One would be that we might personally experience His all sufficient, reassuring, consoling comfort and peace. Two would be, so that we would then have the capacity to not only be absolutely certain about Papa God’s great comfort, but also have an authentic compassion for others, in what they are going through, as well as having the ability to do something about it, by bringing the same love, mercy, grace and comforting, all surpassing compassion, to bear into their lives, in the exact same way. So, in answer to the Premise Question…”Nope” not possible! Why, because we are comforted so that we can comfort others, with the same comfort we were comforted with! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/26/15- “Wisdom That Makes Us Sure!” (James 1:5-6)

Premise Question: “What can bring us complete assurance, whereby, we are able to absolutely depend, with utter reliance upon, and that will work every time, for everything we encounter, in this life, and will also enable us to experience successful living, other than, the supreme wisdom of Almighty Papa God?

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. (‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭5-6‬ NLT)

When wisdom is required, for anything pertaining to this life, choose to always inquire of Papa God first, for looking to someone or something else is quite deficient and not at all prudent. Do this, by petitioning, through prayer, our beneficently gracious Papa God, for He is ever ready to lavish upon you His bountiful benevolence. When you approach Papa God though, with your request, do not be fearful of a reprimand or His disapproval, for He will not rebuff you, because of your inquiry. But do understand this, that when you do ask Him for anything, it is of the greatest importance and absolutely imperative, that you are relying only upon your faith in Him, to the exclusion of all others and everything else. One more thing, don’t waffle with indecision, swaying back and forth between a juxtaposition, because an individual who tries to straddle the fence, will always be trying to balance and manage the situation, rather than being on one side or the other, with trueheartedness, and thus will always be subject to being weakened, anxious and rattled, thrown and hurled about, by the forces and influences of this life, without ever having any peace or rest. (James 1:5-6 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Answer…it is only Papa God’s Supreme Wisdom alone, that we can absolutely depend and rely upon, with complete assurance, for living a successful life, for there is no one or nothing else, in this life, that will suffice. Ask Papa God today for His Supreme Wisdom and believe, with your whole heart that He will grant your request, and you’ll have it! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 01/23/15- “The War Within, We Can Win!” (Galatians 5:16-17)

Posted on Updated on

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/23/15- “The War Within, We Can Win!” (Galatians 5:16-17)

Premise Question: How does one triumph over, and declare victory in, the fierce battle of the war within oneself; a hostile encounter, in which we are deeply entrenched, embattled and engaged in, and that seemingly rages on and on, never abating, constant struggle, without an end to the fight in sight?

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-17‬ NIV)

This is something I need you to be crystal clear about, without any misgivings, misunderstandings or lack of information or knowledge, concerning this vital subject matter, of the reality, of the conflict within you, that rages between The Spirit and your carnal humanity; for when you choose to yield yourself to The Holy Spirit, rather than being under the control of your base humanity and very carnal nature, that desires only to indulge and please itself, you in effect, have granted permission, to allow, in your sojourn and walk, in this life, to be directed by The Spirit of The LORD that’s within you, as opposed to being controlled, by your godless human nature, that’s antagonistically and antithetically opposed to The Spirit. And, as a direct result of yielding to The Spirit, rather than your base humanity, you will not satisfy, gratify, indulge, appease or please your base carnality, and therefore, will not be hindered or prevented in accomplishing every good thing that The Spirit desires for you to do, while you sojourn and walk upon this earth. (Galatians 5:16-17 PDCP)

Bottom Line: In answer to the premise question…Here’s a short, but succinct and the only good and effective one that really works, answer!
It’s not through our own might, our abilities or sheer will, that we will triumph. Nor is it by any amount of power or influence that we may have or acquire, that overcomes the battle that rages within. But, it is by and through The Holy Spirit being allowed to direct, influence and operate in our lives freely and fully, without restraint, that we will win the war, gain the victory, triumph over our enemies and then the peace of God will rule and reign, in our hearts and lives! (Zechariah 4:6, Psalm 60:12) Blessings…
