SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/06- “Papa God, Already Knows!” (Luke 12:29-31)

Premise Question: Why would we, as practicing believers, ever allow the daily needs of life, to distract, dominate or consume us, given Papa God’s absolute promise of provision, for everything we have need of, delivered to us by none other than His Son, our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ Himself?

“And don’t be concerned about what to eat and what to drink. Don’t worry about such things. These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers all over the world, but your Father already knows your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need. (‭Luke‬ ‭12‬:‭29-31‬ NLT)

Stop allowing the cares of this life, as it pertains to, what kind of or whether or not you’ll have enough food and nourishment to sustain you, as well as, being troubled and bothered by what kind of or whether or not you’ll imbibe enough libation, in order to stay refreshed. Refuse to be tormented, vexed or bossed around by these things! Don’t ever allow them to cause mental anguish, consuming your thoughts, by domineering and dictating your behavior, as a practicing believer. Otherwise, you are acting just like every other person, in this world that is a nonbeliever, a scoffer, who are always subject to being dominated by such things, because of their unregenerate mind; conversely though, you don’t have any reason, as a practicing believer, to act in the same manner, as you have Papa God’s absolute promise of provision and the known fact that He is cognizant, being fully aware, of all of the essentials needed for living this life. So, all you really need to do, is to make it your life’s quest, your aim, to seek Papa God’s Kingdom, first and foremost, in your life and then He will make provision to you the totality of all that you will ever have need of, in order to sustain you, in this life. (Luke 12:29-31 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Why? Because if you are constantly, as a practicing believer, consumed and filled with dread, always living in a state of angst, because of your perceived situation and circumstances; then you are not thinking or behaving like a practicing believer, but conversely, you are actually thinking and acting just like any other non-believer does or would, everywhere else in the world! So, choose to accept the fact, as reality, that Papa God already knows, not only what you have need of, even before you ask or need it, but also, when you’ll need it! Therefore, focus on seeking His Kingdom and Righteousness to be established in your life, first and foremost, and leave the rest to Him. And then and only then, you shall have everything that you have need of, according to Papa God’s absolutely reliable promise, that it will be provided to you, by Him, when He knows that you are in need of it, no matter what it is, because He already knows, and wants to meet you at the place of your need! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 02/04- “Stop The Anxious Thoughts, That Fills You With Angst, Start The Hopeful Prayers, That Fills You With Peace!” (Philippians 4:6-7)

Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 02/04- “Stop The Anxious Thoughts, That Fills You With Angst, Start The Hopeful Prayers, That Fills You With Peace!” (Philippians 4:6-7)

Premise Question: Truly, is there anything at all, in our lives as believers, that we should be overwhelmingly concerned, anxious or worried about; and, are we, as believers, truly to pray about everything, in our lives?

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6-7‬ NLT)

Stop! Immediately cease and desist, from any and all perplexing apprehensions, worrisome vexations and woe. Start! Replacing all of that with a much more preferable, and with a much better outcome and result, by choosing to fervently pray to Papa God; preparing petitions, of essentials, required for life and ministry, offering them up to Him, with faith and a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving; for all that He has done for you and for the whole of humankind. Then! You shall immediately begin to have a serene sense of well being, beyond all human comprehension, deep within the within of your innermost being, as a tranquil, harmonious peace will wash over you, surrounding and settling upon and within you, in both your heart and mind, as well as your physical body, with your life always being defended, by our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ, The One in Whom we all have an abundant and everlasting life. (Philippians 4:6-7 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Answer to the first part of the above Premise Question is: “Nope!” For there isn’t anything, in this world, meaning whatever, no matter what, in any degree or to any extent or circumstance, that we’ve gone through or may yet experience, whereby, Papa God doesn’t have the ability to give us His incomparable and incomprehensible peace, before, during and after any kind of situation or ordeal that we may happen to encounter in this life, if, we will put a stop to all our distressful, apprehensive concerns and fears, by choosing to call out to Papa God, in heartfelt prayer. Answer to the second part of the above Premise Question is: “Yep!” Without exception! Papa God is interested in every part and area of our lives. He desires that we would be at peace, deep within ourselves, settled and completely stable, within the within of our innermost being. This, so we are well equipped and ready to face, as well as, overcome any and all obstacles and challenges that we may encounter during this life. We shall also be at the ready to help others who’ve lost their way or who may be struggling; encouraging them to seek Papa God’s love, mercy and grace, and therefore, act on His behalf, as His instrument of refreshing, renewing and wonderful reconciliation. Stop the anxious thoughts, that fills you with angst, believers, and choose to start the hopeful prayers, that will fill you with Papa God’s real peace! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/29/15- “Humility Is The Way, And Don’t Ever Worry!” (1 Peter 5:6-7)

Premise Question: Just how important is it for us, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of Papa God, and then, to not worry, be offended or be anxious about anything?

“So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” (‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:6-7‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

You will do well, and, do yourself a huge favor, when approaching The LORD, to come before Him with a humble and contrite spirit; serving and putting The LORD and then others, before and above yourself is the key, and that, without pride or arrogance, but with a gentleness, meekness and a respectful submissive attitude. Consequently, by submitting yourself underneath Papa God’s superior ability, skill, power, strength, authority, His unique purpose and specific divine will for your life, in such a manner, He will support and undergird you, by lifting you up and placing you in the perfect position, in order to accomplish His unique purpose and divine will for your life. There is one caveat, though, He will not do this in your time frame, but in His perfect timing, when it is due, on time, and not a moment before or after His appointed time. So, don’t spend any valuable time or resources on expending yourself in worrisome anxious thoughts or activities, trying to please others, but leave all of that anxiety with The LORD, and accept the truth, that He loves and cares for you much more than anyone else ever could or would even have the capacity or ability to do so. (1 Peter 5:6-7 PDCP)

Bottom Line: In humility, love and serve Papa God, The LORD GOD Almighty, first and foremost, with your whole heart, in your life; then, love and serve others, as a humble, gracious and most grateful servant of The Most High, leave the timing of any and all promotions up to The LORD, and definitely don’t waste any time or resources on being anxious or offended about anything, in your life, because He, The LORD, truly loves and cares for you much more than you could ever imagine or begin to comprehend! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/19/15- “Don’t Be Consumed With What Tomorrow May Hold, For We Only Ever Have Today!” (Matthew 6:34)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/19/15- “Don’t Be Consumed With What Tomorrow May Hold, For We Only Ever Have Today!” (Matthew 6:34)

Premise Question: Why are we, as those who have been cleansed, redeemed and set free, having been justified through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, still prone to fret, worry and to being filled with anxiety; allowing our anxious thoughts to rule and consume us, about what may or may not happen tomorrow or in the future, when we have this blessed promise and admonition of The Savior, and can really only live each day, living by faith and putting our trust and hope in The LORD, as each day comes to us?

““So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” (Matthew‬ ‭6:34‬ ‭NLT)

So, as a consequence of having all that you’ll ever have need of, in your daily life, provided to you by The LORD, you are now able to fully devote all of your attention to living life to the fullest each and every day that you’ve been given. Therefore, it is foolish then to trouble or torment yourself, by being overly concerned about whether or not your daily needs will be provided for in a future time; such as, tomorrow, which you don’t even have the ability to live in anyway; for you only have today, each new day, to live and experience your life to the fullest. And besides, the future comes what may, regardless of whether you are adequately prepared for it or not, and by the way, today, this day, the only day you will ever actually have, has sufficient concern enough all by itself. (Matthew 6:34 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, can still be subject and prone to fretting, worrying and being filled and controlled by our anxious thoughts, if we dwell on them; the actual or even the potentiality for severe trouble, difficult trials and the hardships of terrible tribulation! The LORD has told us in a myriad of ways to not be afraid or to let our hearts be troubled or our emotions, situations or circumstances to rule or control us, and to not be anxious about anything, but to always put our faith, trust and hope in Him, by praying, believing and then receiving a peace and joy that is beyond our comprehension and that can only come from Him, who has promised that we would have trouble, trial and tribulation, in our lives, in this world, but to be joyful and full of cheer about it, because He has overcome this world and all of its troubles, trials and tribulations! King David, while writing one of the psalms, came to the realization that anytime he started fretting, worrying or became anxious about something, it never produced anything that was good, right or holy, and tended to only result in producing evil. So, let us trust The LORD in each day, as it comes to us, and leave tomorrow and the future in the capable, all knowing, all powerful and overcoming hands and ultimate purview of The One who holds not only tomorrow in His hands, but all of our tomorrow’s in His hands; for we only really ever have today! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/08/15- “Make Sure You Are Ready And Equipped!” (1 Peter 3:14b-15)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/08/15- “Make Sure You Are Ready And Equipped!” (1 Peter 3:14b-15)

Premise Question: Why is it so vitally important, with tremendous significance attached to it, that we, each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed, live our lives before others, without worry or fear, and that we are always, at the ready, equipped and fully prepared, to give a quick and cogent response to anyone who may ask us why we are so joyful and why we have such a hopeful outlook on life, now and even into the distant future?

“So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats. Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.” (‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3:14b-15‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Do not allow the threats being directed towards you, by your enemy, to foment worry and fear to the point of being frightened into a state of paralysis of thought and inactivity. Rather though, continue to trust The LORD for your safety, while acknowledging, with a Holy reverent worship, at the very core and the inmost part of your being, Jesus Christ, as LORD and Savior. On every occasion and circumstance, without exception, make sure you are ready, being properly prepared and thoroughly equipped, to deliver, in a cogent manner, a quick and simple, appropriate response and answer, to anyone, anywhere, anytime, all the time, to absolutely everyone, who may request of you a basis and justification for why you are so obviously filled with joy and such an expectant hope, for not only the here and now, but into the future, as well. Be very careful though, showing extreme consideration, remembering to be polite, gentle and kind, always showing the greatest amount of esteem, honor and respect towards them, while engaging and interacting with them. (1 Peter 3:14b-15 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The LORD has given us clear and concise instructions, commands, exhortations and encouragements, in His Word, to not be fearful, fretful, afraid, troubled, moved by threats, no matter the threat level, but to always stand firm, not wavering, upon our faith and trust that we’ve placed and fully surrendered to The LORD. And, that we are to not ever allow anything to dissuade, dismay or discourage us from doing the work of spreading the Good News, among and with those that we’re given the divine opportunity to do so; being ever ready, prepared and rehearsed, fully equipped, to share our own personal story, in a simple, quick, clear and concise, cogent way. We, as believers, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, should make it our priority to be able to answer cogently and explain quickly and simply, to anyone who may ask us why we are the way we are; which should absolutely be, full of joy, hope, compassion, generosity, patience, encouragement and refreshing to be around! Others should see us openly, unashamedly and unabashedly worshiping The LORD in every area and part of our lives; honoring Him above everything and all others. We should each, therefore, develop and hone our own convincing and believable personal story, (no embellishment needed or necessary, just the wonderful truth) of how we came to know and accept The LORD Jesus Christ into our lives; sharing who we were before we knew Him, explaining how, when and why we accepted Him as LORD and Savior and then, telling them, with enthusiasm, what has happened and transpired in our lives since we first believed and then, as a direct result, began to grow and flourish, maturing in our relationship with The LORD. Make sure you are ready, prepared and equipped, with the Good News and your own personal story, to give everyone, the reason why you are so hopeful and full of joy! Blessings…
