SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 12/01/15- “Time To Buck Up, Soul!” (Psalms 42:11)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 12/01/15- “Time To Buck Up, Soul!” (Psalms 42:11)
Premise Question: Should we really attempt to have a serious conversation with our own soul, when we are down and out, discouraged and disturbed?
“Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God!” (Psalms 42:11 NLT)
Why, O my soul, and for what earthly reason could there ever be an occasion, on which I would ever allow you to stay in a state of despondency, spiraling downward, feeling dejected, disheartened and depressed? Why, O my soul, would you perpetually be distressed, disrupted and disturbed deep within the within of my inmost being, in disharmony and in complete disarray? Listen up, here’s what you should immediately do, O my soul, because it’s what I’m going to do whether you want or are even ready for me to do so! I firmly put, I resolutely place, I fasten tightly, my complete hope, faith and trust, in and upon The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty! I determinedly do this right now, by worshiping, with exuberant and joyful praise, The LORD GOD Almighty, my Redeemer and my most merciful, loving and full of gracious favor, Papa God! (Psalms 42:11 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Yes! We need to have a serious conversation with our soul, expressing to our soul, that no matter what is going on in our life, there is nothing in this world that we should fear or be worried about; for He, The LORD Himself, will quiet and put us at perfect peace, deep within the within of the inmost part of our being. And, He, and He alone, is able to truly satisfy the hunger, quench the thirst and fulfill the deepest yearnings, longings and desires of our souls. It’s time to tell our souls to buck up! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 10/02/15- “Be Joyful, Patient And Faithful To Prayer!” (Romans 12:12)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 10/02/15- “Be Joyful, Patient And Faithful To Prayer!” (Romans 12:12)
Premise Question: Is it actually possible for us to be continually filled with the joy of The LORD, irrespective and regardless of what we may be experiencing or having to go through; if we will deliberately choose to rejoice, no matter what, learn to be patient and hopeful, in our troubling and difficult times, and always give ourselves to praying about everything and for everyone, on all occasions, in any situation and in every circumstance?
“Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.”
(Romans 12:12 NLT)
Deliberately choose to be ever joyful, by rejoicing with a glad heart, that’s filled with gratitude and thanksgiving, as well as having a fully expectant and confidently assured belief of obtaining real hope and the complete joy of The LORD, from Him, who is The Blessed and only Hope of humankind; the redeeming LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ. Be patient and still, relying on The LORD, by remaining tranquilly calm, with a steadfast resolve. Do this, without any complaining, moaning and groaning, mumbling and grumbling or being quickly or easily annoyed and given to despair, during times of affliction, persistent distress, disease and misery, that most assuredly, all too often, is also accompanied by excruciating pain, along with, arduously difficult trials and hardships. And, be ever vigilant, by being completely faithful and true, keeping your word, fulfilling your vows, being consistently and constantly humble in all ways, all of your days; always choosing to do what is right and just, being diligently devoted to prayer, by offering up to Papa God, on behalf of yourselves and others, earnest supplications, requests and petitions of expectant, believing prayer. (Romans 12:12 PDCP)
Bottom Line: There are countless historical examples of those who were continually full of joy, filled with patience and had a confident and expectant hope that came from The LORD, through their deliberate rejoicing and devotion to a consistent prayer life; from the Old Testament through The New Testament, all of the Church history to even this time that we are now presently living in, and there will be countess more examples to recount in the future and the coming days, as The LORD continues to tarry and we wait for His certain return. Noah prayed and received specific instructions on how to build an Ark for the coming great deluge, even though it had never rained, he did this with much joy, enduring patiently, with an expectant hope, (it took 120 years to do it) and he never stopped inquiring of The LORD. Daniel was thrown into a den of hungry lions, and yet, he did not stop rejoicing, praying or waiting patiently upon The LORD. He also didn’t lose his confident faith or positive attitude in and during his ordeal. His close friends, (commonly referred to as the three Hebrew children) that were cast into a fiery furnace, never wavered in their confident hope in The LORD and His ability to deliver them, and they ended up have a wonderful meeting with The LORD in the midst of their fiery ordeal. David went out to face Goliath, a giant that had ridiculed and mocked, threatened and filled with disabling fear, every soldier in the armies of a whole nation, as well as personally insulting and mocking The LORD God Almighty and His Holy Name; after David had prayed, praised and sang songs unto The LORD, he went out to face the giant, with just a slingshot, five smooth stones and the greatest of his weapons, his expectant faith and confident hope in The Name of The LORD! As we all found out, Goliath was no match for David, who was armed with his faith, a slingshot, five smooth stones, (he only needed one, the others were not just in case he missed, but just in case any of the four brothers happen to show up to fight) and The Name of The LORD! Remember, if God is for us, and He most certainly is, who can be against us? Here’s a couple examples from The New Testament: Paul and Silas beaten, jailed and shackled, and yet they were rejoicing, praising, praying and patiently enduring, with a joyful confident hope, that The LORD was with with them and would see them through it all! They ended up at their jailer’s house in the middle of the night having a celebration party for all that The LORD had done, and they even got to eat and drink to their fill! Paul encourages Timothy to keep his joy, by enduring hardships as a good soldier, for a good soldier never complains, moans or groans, but continues to do what he is called to do. Paul told the Philippians to rejoice in The LORD no matter what, and then, to continue to rejoice! James tells us to count it all joy, no matter what we may experience or have to go through! Most recently, Christians in the Middle East, young and old alike, have been beheaded, drowned, cut in two, starved, beaten, tortured, enslaved, used and abused as sex slaves, because of their faith, and yet, testimony after testimony emerges of the joy and sustaining comfort they all experienced from The LORD, during their awful ordeal! Now, we hear of those who were shot in the head, because they stood up and were willing to acknowledge Jesus Christ as being their LORD and Savior; willing to be recognized and counted as being members of The Company of The Redeemed, those who’ve placed their confident faith and expectant hope in The LORD! Great is their reward, with much rejoicing and celebration! So, absolutely yes! It is not only possible, but in fact, is completely validated and established, by numerous examples from ancient history, long ago history, recent history and will be, in the history of the future, because, again, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and even beyond forever, He doesn’t change, but He can and does change our hearts, filling them with rejoicing joy, confident faith and an expectant hope, one that will not ever disappoint, diminish or fade away, as long as we joyfully rejoice, patiently endure, have a hopeful expectation and continue to faithfully pray! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 06/26/15- “Hold On Tight!” (Hebrews 10:23)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/26/15- “Hold On Tight!” (Hebrews 10:23)
Premise Question: What is our blessed hope and the great promise that we, as members of The Company of The Redeemed, are urgently, and with great insistence, compelled to grasp on to tightly and to not ever consider letting go of, no matter what may come our way?
Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. (Hebrews 10:23 NLT)
Grasp, with a firm tight grip, never letting go of or deviating one iota from your declared profession of allegiance to the blessed, fully assured expectation of the complete realization of our hopeful promise; because, The One True Sovereign All Powerful and Most Mighty Papa God, who is reliable and worthy of our entire trust, is The One who has made this hopeful promise to us and it is He, who will do due diligence to make sure it performs and satisfies completely all that it’s promised and expected to do. (Hebrews 10:23 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Our Blessed Hope is also our Redeemer, Savior, Healer, Baptizer, Comforter, our Helper, Succor, Provider, Shepherd, Pastor, Teacher, Brother and Friend; for He is The Prince of Peace, The King of Kings, The LORD of Lords and The Great I Am, who was and is and is to come, for He has rescued and set us all free from the darkness, death, despair and sin that plagues us and has brought us into the radiance of His splendid light and right into His glorious presence! The LORD fills us with a hope and expectation that gives us full assurance, with an absolute certitude, that we shall not ever be disappointed. For He is ever Faithful and True! He was before the beginning and will be there long after the end! We are urgently compelled, for He is quite insistent, that we are to hold on tight and to never let go, waffle, waver, vacillate or fluctuate, no matter what may come our way or what we may have to face or endure, but to continue to grasp tightly to the promise that He’s left us with, that one day, we will be spending all of eternity in the presence of His Holiness and His Glorious Light! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 03/11/15- “You Can Count On Him!” (Psalm 130:5)
SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 0/11/15- “You Can Count On Him!” (Psalm 130:5)
Premise Question: We can, with certitude, count on Papa God; but, can Papa God count on us to faithfully get His message of redeeming love and reconciliation, effectively, out to the whole world?
I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word. (Psalms 130:5 NLT)
My expectation of hopefulness is based entirely upon my resolute reliance on The LORD; therefore, yes, I am depending solely and completely on Him, for I have, without hesitation, reservation or any reticence or restraint, “hitched my wagon,” (my life) with all of my hopes, dreams and desires, to The LORD and His declared desires and intentions, written down, in His Holy Writ.
(Psalm 130:5 PDCP)
Bottom Line: Yes we can, absolutely count on The LORD to be there for us, no matter what the situation or circumstance demands or requires; but the answer to the first part of the Premise Question, begs a response to the second part of the question within the question, which is: Can He, Papa God, count on us, by relying on us, to get His message out to everyone everywhere? In effect, will we, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, “let the whole world know” of His incomparable love, His glorious grace, magnanimous mercy and consoling compassion, through our own expressions of sharing His love, showing it through acts of kindness and considerate care and that, with great compassion? Yes we can and will, with diligence and great faithfulness, by devoting ourselves to deliberately spreading the hope that we have, to everyone everywhere. Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 12/11/14- “Believing Is Truly Seeing!”
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1 NIV)
Now concerning our Rock Solid unshakable faith, which is the sure foundation upon which everything in our existence is built on, for faith is what gives us the supreme confidence, being fully convinced, that what we hope for, in this life and beyond, even though we can not actually see it, with our physical eyes, we still have the absolute assurance of our strong convictions; therefore, our faith is all the evidence that we need, in order to believe in what we can not see with our physical eyes. (Hebrews 11:1 PDCP)
Bottom Line: We should take a firm grip upon faith, but even more important, is allowing faith to take a strong hold upon us, for whether it’s in the past time, present time or some future time, the concept of “now” always applies and should be a continuum for all time, when we consider faith! So, when evaluating our own faith, “seeing is not believing,” but, “believing is seeing with the eyes of faith and being fully assured with a heart full of expectant hope!” Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 11/14/14- “The LORD Has A Plan For Your Future”
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)
For I, The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, am not in the dark, ill prepared nor unaware, when it comes to knowing what My future plans entail for your life; therefore, I The LORD, emphatically affirm and declare, making it a certainty, with this pronouncement, that my blueprint for your life will be carried out to fruition, which is to assure your success in seeing that you flourish in the place that I’ve planted you, and that, without suffering loss or injury. Also, My blueprint for you shall bring an expectant hope, that will not fail or disappoint you, but shall, with confidence and full assurance, restore unto you a bright future, filled with many wonderful prospects and satisfying rewards.
