make disciples

Script for today: PDCP-12/27/14- “Should We Go Or Should We Wait? GO!”

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭19‬ NIV)

Therefore, because all authority in Heaven and on earth has been given to Me, The LORD Jesus Christ; I now command you, all members of The Company of The Redeemed, to not sit idly by, waiting for the world to come to you, but to make haste and quickly go out into the world, with urgency, and raise up authentic followers from every people group, everywhere in the world, training them in righteousness, teaching them The Truth, mentoring and nourishing them to maturity and baptizing them, by immersion, into the great Company of The Redeemed, in the name of The Holy Father and of His Only Son, Jesus Christ, our LORD and Savior and of The Holy Spirit, The One who comforts, guides and empowers you to do this divine work of The Most High. (Matthew 28:19 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Within the message of the Great Commission, you don’t find the concept, “If You Build It, They Will Come,” rather though, what you specifically find, is a resounding urgent command of, “GO!” In some cases, it would seem The Church has either forgotten or completely neglected the “GO” part of the Great Commission, and perhaps has adopted the concept of “If You Build It, They Will Come,” mentality; thereby, waiting patiently for the Nations to come to The Church, rather than, The Church being commanded and compelled, with urgency, to go to the Nations, thus fulfilling the Great Commission!
