SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 05/14- “Papa God Has No Peers!”
(2 Samuel 7:22)
Premise Question: What insight, instruction and understanding, can we gain and take away from this magnificent statement of truth, that was spoken by King David, in a time of thoughtful, thankful praise and prayer, which he offered up to The Sovereign Most High, Papa God?
“How great you are, O Sovereign LORD! There is no one like you. We have never even heard of another God like you! (2 Samuel 7:22 NLT)
How magnificently great and awesome You are, with all power and authority, The Utmost Excellent Supreme Ruler, The Almighty God and Sovereign LORD, who is exalted preeminently above all others! Nothing and no one is worthy of comparison, for You are most distinguished! You have no peers! You alone are Papa God, The Most High! The record is clear, everything that’s been told about You and that we continue to see and experience personally, verifies the Truth of who You are! (2 Samuel 7:22 PDCP)
Bottom Line: The insight that we gain is: Papa God hasn’t any peers that can be compared to Him, because there is no other God like Him; none that preceded or predated Him, nor none that has, does, or will ever supersede Him, for they have never existed, do not exist, nor will they ever exist!

The wonderful life giving instruction that we can learn and should faithfully follow and devote ourselves to is: Papa God is to be worshipped, honored, obeyed and praised above all others and all else; for He should take the preeminent place in our hearts and lives, and our life house should be built upon Him and Him alone, The Solid Rock! (1 Chronicles 16:29, Luke 6:48)
The place of understanding that we come into is: He is the sure, Solid Rock, foundation and that whatever He says and declares shall come to pass and be completely fulfilled! (2 Samuel 22:31-32, Isaiah 55:11)
Finally, we all should accept, as truth, this powerful statement made in First Chronicles: “Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O LORD, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.” (1 Chronicles 29:11 NLT)
Why? Because, Papa God has no peers! Blessings…
