SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/20- “Love My Enemies? Loan Them Money Without Expectation Of Being Paid Back, And With Compassion? Wow!” (Luke 6:35-36)

Premise Question: Is the reward from Heaven, the one that’s given to those who do what The LORD requests, not just suggests, of them to do, when considering how to deal with and treat their enemies, enough, and worth the trouble, testing, trials and tumult, that they may have to endure and go through, when choosing to show love and compassion, in spite of all the difficulties, toward their enemies?

“Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked. You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate. (‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭35-36‬ NLT)

You have enemies? Everyone does! They may be individuals you’ve been close to in the past, but because of entanglements, misunderstandings, unfulfilled expectations, hurtful words, actions or behaviors, that has now resulted in estrangement, from one another. Your fault, their fault, somebody else’s fault, does it really matter? No, not a bit, when it comes to how The LORD desires for us to treat our enemies. Treat them with kindness and humility. Giving to them when they are in need; doing kind acts of generosity, without any expectation of getting anything in return. For when you choose, and are able to do this, with The LORD’S enabling, of course, you qualify yourself for a reward and recognition from Heaven that is far beyond your imagination and comprehension. And, you will be showing everyone, that you are acting just like a child of The Sovereign LORD GOD Almighty, Whom, by the way, is continuously showing His gracious favor and kindness to those who are forever ungrateful and utterly incorrigible. You, a member in good standing of The Company of The Redeemed, must take your lead from Papa God, which is: to be as compassionate as He always is towards others, even your enemies. (Luke 6:35-36 PDCP)

Bottom Line: Yes! The reward from Heaven is more than enough and worth every difficult person and difficulty we may encounter or have to endure. For all of Papa God’s promises are faithful and true! If we do what He has asked us to do, then He will do exactly as He says, and what He promises, He will do! And that, for our ultimate good and benefit! He will reward, He will restore, He will redeem, He will renew, He will refresh, He will reclaim, He will reconcile, He will regenerate, He will reveal, He will rejoice and sing over us, for we are His children, the children of The Most High! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/14/15- “Serving The LORD Comes With Great Benefits!” (Colossians 3:23-24)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/14/15- “Serving The LORD Comes With Great Benefits!” (Colossians 3:23-24)

Premise Questions: Is it possible, as well as, it being the honorable and right thing to do, for a person to do work they don’t enjoy, and or, work for someone that they neither like or respect?

“Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.”
(‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3:23-24‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

So, in anything and everything you do, no matter who it involves or what it may entail, as to what may be required, requested or expected of you; always extend yourself, by exerting maximum effort, holding nothing back in reserve, doing it with your whole heart, mind and body, with a flourishing enthusiasm, while at the same time, exhibiting great courage, as if your very life depended upon your work effort and ethic, and do it as if, you are actually laboring diligently for The LORD God Almighty Himself; not merely working for a human boss, overseer, supervisor, or foreman, since you are already aware of the true fact that you shall have conferred and bestowed upon you an incorruptible, being absolutely invaluable and incalculable, a magnificently huge inheritance, from The LORD God Almighty, which is an eternally glorious, without end, unmerited reward, as a result of you serving, in the wonderful service of The King Eternal, Jesus Christ, The LORD and Savior of all humankind. (Colossians 3:23-24 PDCP)

Bottom Line: According to this passage of Scripture, it is not only possible to do work you don’t enjoy, as well as, work for someone you don’t necessarily like or respect, for whatever reason; but it is the only attitude and approach we should have, as believers, as it is the only right and honorable thing to do, as long as, we are doing the work that we’re presently doing and working for those we are working for at that moment; no matter what we are doing, when we are doing it, where we are doing it or who we are doing it with and for! In regards to our work and who we work for, we ought to always be exhibiting the appropriate attitude, having a great work ethic, being full of integrity and giving due honor, respect, with an earnest effort. This is much easier to accomplish and do, when no matter what work we do or who we are working for, we do our work joyfully, willingly, not under compulsion and we do it without resentment or bitterness; but we have and exhibit the joyful attitude, that in everything we do and everyone we work for, literally, we are doing it as unto The LORD, for we are actually working and serving Him and it is Him who will ultimately treat us right, like royalty, by giving us our glorious inheritance and incredible rewards. Not to mention, that it should really be our desire and greatest ambition to always be pleasing to Him, in all that we do or say! So, we should not be looking or striving, in this world, for the recognition, accolades, attention, affections or approval of humankind, but, with regards to our work, we certainly ought to be gleefully anticipating, waiting in hopeful expectation, that no matter what is happening now or in the future, for a certitude, our sure and certain reward, of our glorious, never ending nor fading, eternal inheritance, we will personally receive, from The One we humbly and enthusiastically serve, Jesus Christ The LORD! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 07/23/15- “Seek And Desire The Approval Of Papa God, Not Man’s!” (Matthew 6:1)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 07/23/15- “Seek And Desire The Approval Of Papa God, Not Man’s!” (Matthew 6:1)

Premise Question: Is the approval, admiration, applause and adulation of man worth the risk of loosing the recognition, ratification, rewards and recompense of The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, our Papa God?

““Watch out! Don’t do your good deeds publicly, to be admired by others, for you will lose the reward from your Father in heaven.” (‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

We should be ever mindful, taking extreme caution and care, to not make it our habit or custom of openly putting on display, before others, our righteous practice of doing good deeds, our generosity and acts of kindness, shown on every occasion, with the expressed intent, desire and purpose of being recognized, seen and acknowledged by others for them. If we so choose to practice our righteous conduct before others, in this manner, then we will not receive our just reward and recompense; that of being recognized and acknowledged by The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, our Creator and Papa God, who lives and rules from His Heavenly abode. It should be our greatest desire, in this life, to always honor and please only Him, in everything we do and say. (Matthew 6:1 PDCP)

Bottom Line: NOPE! The approval, admiration, applause and adulation of man cannot and will not ever begin to compare to the recognition, ratification, rewards and recompense of The Sovereign LORD God Almighty, our Papa God!!! For man’s expressions of praise and approval is temporary and fickle at best; while being commended, recognized and rewarded by Papa God is intrinsic, ever faithful and true, as it is everlasting and eternal. Case in point: “For since the world began, no ear has heard and no eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him!” (‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭64:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬) And: (“That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
(1 Corinthians‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬) May we never succumb, for any rhyme or reason, to the temptation and scenario that Esau, the twin brother of Jacob, where he exchanged his inheritance and eternal rewards of great blessings for the satisfaction of a temporary need and condition! Don’t ever choose to exchange the intrinsic for the temporal, for one lasts forever and the other soon fades away into nothingness! Therefore, always choose to seek and desire the approval and recognition of Papa God, not man’s! Blessings…
