SCRIPT FOR TODAY: Double Entendre (meaning)…(1) A prescription (script) prescribed, by The Great Physician, for us to take each day, for our benefit and (2) A script written, for the purpose of giving direction and guidance to us, for our everyday life, in the way and manner we ought to be conducting our daily lives, given to us, by the Great playwright, in the sky, The Author of all that is good, right, just and holy. SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 01/05- “The Lips Versus The Heart” (Isaiah 29:13)

Premise Question: Why is it, that just giving “lip service,” to The LORD GOD Almighty, is woefully inadequate and isn’t sufficient enough honor given in our worship of Him?

And so the Lord says, “These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭29‬:‭13‬ NLT)

So, this is what The LORD has to say about humankind and their made up traditions and celebrations they love so much: “These people make bold claims and huge declarations, with their mouths they offer up recitations of worship and honor to Me in a memorized pledge of allegiance, which includes much fanfare, about how they belong to Me, but it is entirely meaningless and worthless lip service, because the words of their mouth are not connected to their hearts in any meaningful way, shape or form. Therefore, I, The LORD GOD Almighty, am greatly displeased with these people, for their hearts are far removed from My presence.” (Isaiah 29:13 PDCP)

Bottom Line: When the celebrating, just for the sake of celebration, of our feasts and traditions, becomes the central focus, rather than, the focus being on the central figure and reason for the feasts, traditions and celebrations; we are just giving “lip service,” while participating in a meaningless pompous display of inert apathetic activity and motion, which doesn’t have any real purpose or honor. In order for the words and expressions of praise and worship coming from our mouths to have any authentic impact and meaning, at all, those words coming out of our mouths must be connected and generated from grateful and thankful hearts, that are in right relationship with The LORD GOD Almighty! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 08/08/15- “Make Sure You Are Ready And Equipped!” (1 Peter 3:14b-15)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 08/08/15- “Make Sure You Are Ready And Equipped!” (1 Peter 3:14b-15)

Premise Question: Why is it so vitally important, with tremendous significance attached to it, that we, each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed, live our lives before others, without worry or fear, and that we are always, at the ready, equipped and fully prepared, to give a quick and cogent response to anyone who may ask us why we are so joyful and why we have such a hopeful outlook on life, now and even into the distant future?

“So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats. Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.” (‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3:14b-15‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Do not allow the threats being directed towards you, by your enemy, to foment worry and fear to the point of being frightened into a state of paralysis of thought and inactivity. Rather though, continue to trust The LORD for your safety, while acknowledging, with a Holy reverent worship, at the very core and the inmost part of your being, Jesus Christ, as LORD and Savior. On every occasion and circumstance, without exception, make sure you are ready, being properly prepared and thoroughly equipped, to deliver, in a cogent manner, a quick and simple, appropriate response and answer, to anyone, anywhere, anytime, all the time, to absolutely everyone, who may request of you a basis and justification for why you are so obviously filled with joy and such an expectant hope, for not only the here and now, but into the future, as well. Be very careful though, showing extreme consideration, remembering to be polite, gentle and kind, always showing the greatest amount of esteem, honor and respect towards them, while engaging and interacting with them. (1 Peter 3:14b-15 PDCP)

Bottom Line: The LORD has given us clear and concise instructions, commands, exhortations and encouragements, in His Word, to not be fearful, fretful, afraid, troubled, moved by threats, no matter the threat level, but to always stand firm, not wavering, upon our faith and trust that we’ve placed and fully surrendered to The LORD. And, that we are to not ever allow anything to dissuade, dismay or discourage us from doing the work of spreading the Good News, among and with those that we’re given the divine opportunity to do so; being ever ready, prepared and rehearsed, fully equipped, to share our own personal story, in a simple, quick, clear and concise, cogent way. We, as believers, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, should make it our priority to be able to answer cogently and explain quickly and simply, to anyone who may ask us why we are the way we are; which should absolutely be, full of joy, hope, compassion, generosity, patience, encouragement and refreshing to be around! Others should see us openly, unashamedly and unabashedly worshiping The LORD in every area and part of our lives; honoring Him above everything and all others. We should each, therefore, develop and hone our own convincing and believable personal story, (no embellishment needed or necessary, just the wonderful truth) of how we came to know and accept The LORD Jesus Christ into our lives; sharing who we were before we knew Him, explaining how, when and why we accepted Him as LORD and Savior and then, telling them, with enthusiasm, what has happened and transpired in our lives since we first believed and then, as a direct result, began to grow and flourish, maturing in our relationship with The LORD. Make sure you are ready, prepared and equipped, with the Good News and your own personal story, to give everyone, the reason why you are so hopeful and full of joy! Blessings…

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 07/28/15- “Only The Word Of The LORD Is Faithful, Right And Forever Rings True! (Psalms 33:3-5)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 07/28/15- ” Only The Word Of The LORD Is Faithful, Right And Forever Rings True!” (Psalms 33:3-5)

Premise Question: How significantly important is it for Papa God’s children, each and every member of The Company of The Redeemed, to deliberately, with diligence and a determined dogged devotion, abandon themselves completely to Him, by giving Him all honor, glory, praise and worship that’s due His Name; as well as, accepting and fully trusting His Word, as being the only faithful and true, right and exact, Word of The LORD?

“Sing a new song of praise to him; play skillfully on the harp, and sing with joy. For the word of the LORD holds true, and we can trust everything he does. He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the LORD fills the earth.” (‭Psalms‬ ‭33:3-5‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

Allow for a new song to form upon your lips and come out of your mouth, one that flows from the innermost part of your heart. Sing it out, with complete abandonment, to The LORD. Increase and develop, through knowledge and with deliberate practice, your aptitude for playing instruments skillfully and with great excellence. Shout joyous praise to Him, with loud, boisterous and exuberant exultations; lifting your voice to Him and giving Him all that’s within you, holding nothing back in reserve. For there is only One Word that is genuine, authentic and exact, faithful and true, and that shall last forever; it is The Word of The LORD; trustworthy, always reliable, ever dependable, as He, Papa God, is faithful, and consistently constant, to keep all of His promises in everything that He ever says and does. The LORD is greatly pleased when His people live righteously, sharing His goodness and acting justly before all of humankind, according to His principles and precepts in His Holy Scriptures. The whole earth is filled to its utmost capacity with His inexhaustible, profoundly tender and compassionate, unfailing and deeply affectionate, love. (Psalm 33:3-5 PDCP)

Bottom Line: There is nothing more significant or important, than for each and every individual child of Papa God, who are members of The Company of The Redeemed, to completely abandon themselves to Him in worship, praise and service! When we choose to honor The LORD, first and foremost, by placing Him above and putting Him before all others and everything else in life, our lives will become enriched, strengthened, renewed and refreshed, as He will faithfully order each and every day of our lives; putting us at peace, filling us with His joy, through the power and presence of His Holy Spirit in our personal individual lives, by leading, guiding, providing, sustaining and comforting us, no matter what we may encounter or have to go through in this life. Remember and be greatly encouraged this day, by the absolute truth that’s clearly delineated and shown in Papa God’s Holy Scriptures: His Word is faithful and always rings true and exact! His Word always proves true and has the ring of truth, as it always holds true, fully supported by His resounding character and truth of His Everlasting Word! We, therefore, can always count on Him and His ever reliable promises and His unfailing love to do all that He says it will do and be; for His enduring love, goodness, gracious favor, mercy and justice is pouring down from His heavenly abode, into and upon all of His children, filling and covering the whole earth! SCRIPT FOR TODAY: PDCP- 06/21/15- “Papa God Carries Us In His Arms!” (Psalms 68:19)

SCRIPT FOR TODAY: 06/21/15- “Papa God Carries Us In His Arms!” (Psalms 68:19)

Premise Question: Does Papa God save us and carry us in His arms because we praise Him or does He do it because He loves us; and, do we praise Papa God because He loves, saves and carries us or is it because of who He is?

Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day he carries us in his arms. (Psalms‬ ‭68‬:‭19‬ NLT)

All praise, honor and glory belong to The One True Sovereign LORD, Papa God, maker of Heaven and earth! We, Your beloved and unique creation, abandon ourselves in worship to You, our precious Savior, Messiah and King; For it is You, O LORD, who faithfully carries all of our heavy burdens for us, each and every moment of everyday, You are rescuing Your very own, which we are and forever will be. (Psalm 68:19 PDCP)

Bottom Line: We all should be extremely grateful that Papa God loves us, saves us and then carries us through each and every day of our lives! But, more so, we ought to praise, worship, exalt and adore Him for who He is. For all glory, honor, veneration and praise belong entirely to Him and Him alone, The One True Sovereign LORD God Almighty, who is The Creator, Redeemer, Savior, and who comforts, heals and restores His unique creation, back to Himself, to an honorable and right relationship, in order that they may enjoy sweet fellowship, the fullness of joy, perfect peace and tranquility, along with an abundant life to be fully experienced throughout all of eternity! Oh, and by the way, if you were unable to get the jest of the answer to the question of whether or not Papa God carries us because we praise Him or because He loves us? Well, I leave you with just one verse, although, there are numerous ones to choose from: “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ NLT) Blessings…

Script for today: PDCP- 12/24/14- “The Great And Wonderful Annnouncement Of Good News”

Posted on

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” (‭Luke‬ ‭2‬:‭13-14‬ NIV)

Without warning and out of nowhere, came an unexpected addition to the already heart pounding, adrenalin rushing, gloriously terrifying occasion, that the shepherds were in the midst of experiencing; for now, along with the appearance of the angel of The LORD, came the appearance of an overwhelmingly impressive and quite large, company of the angel armies of The Heavenly Host, praising and worshipping The Sovereign LORD God Almighty and announcing this great and glorious Good News to all of humankind, “All glory and honor to The Most High in the highest Heaven, and peace to all those on earth who are pleasing to Him, for The LORD’S favor and goodwill shall be upon them. (Luke 2:13-14 PDCP)

Bottom Line: As the great company of the angel armies of The LORD made the announcement of The Good News to the shepherds, while they were worshiping and praising The LORD God Almighty, and as the shepherds received the Good News, with great rejoicing, then verified the Good News, by going and seeing for themselves, and then, by quickly spreading the Good News far and wide; so too, should we, The Company of The Redeemed, rejoice greatly, because of the Good News, with worshiping and exuberant praising unto The LORD God Almighty, as we, with determination and diligence, share this Good News far and wide. Blessings…
